I'm impressed with the rarity of this particular type of ammunition that OutDoorLimited.com is selling. I've just received an order for the .45 ACP SIM-X ammunition. From what I've seen in various videos and testimonies it should prove to be an outstanding bullet for defense. I'm more prone to shoot faster, lower-weight bullets in my Walther PPQ that provide much better overall performance in recoil, ballistics, velocity and penetration. These rounds profess to expend all their hitting power inside the target.

I received a fair price on my ammo considering how crazy high it is at this time. BUT, I do not appreciate receiving an Ammo Can from COMMUNIST CHINA. ANOTHER FEW CENTS GOING TO THEIR MILITARY, WHOS GOAL IS TO DESTROY the United States! And I wish that we could get a better price on shipping. Last year I paid for a one year membership for free shipping, and then used less shipping than my annual fee was. My order was placed on the 10th and I received it on the 20th. I think that it should be delivered within one week regardless of the day ordered.

I’ve been using these for awhile now for plinking and some hunting. I save the more expensive stuff for longer ranges where they are a tad more accurate.
These shoot well in all my .22 mags, including 2 pmr30s, they recommend CCI 40gr, but I’ve been using these and have had no issues whatsoever.
They may be a tad dirtier , and just a bit less accurate at range, but always go band and always get the job done. If you’re not sure, just remember a few months ago when there were NO 22 mags anywhere, these are not junk and a bird in the hand…

The order arrived with one case of shells not in their original box. Some boxes were in the ammo can, some boxes were randomly in the box, and others were torn open and the shells were used as packing. The torn shell boxes were in the box. The top was covered with a fitting foam packing that was appropriate. I made a complaint via voicemail and email. I rec'd a call in a timely fashion. "Yes we've had that problem lately and we are addressing it." Approx $35 in shipping costs and I get a sorry. When I made the email complaint I included a picture of the box tipped over with about 25 of the shells in the picture. The picture was "not sufficient". They wanted to know what type of packing tape was used, and a picture of the outside of the box. The box had been delivered the day before and it had gone out in the recycling in the morning. The email ended with no resolution or offer to at least refund a portion of the shipping costs to show good faith. They do not respect the customer whatsoever in my opinion. I will never use them again and I was sure to share this information with my many friends that shoot. That lack of response will cost them many times over.

Box I received was intact, but poorly packed. Free ammo can was also dented, but at least it was free. All but two boxes of 5.56 and .223 were ripped open and all mixed together loose. Two boxes were taped shut aggressively (they were the two that didn’t open), so I assume they know this happens. It is what it is, but I just got a new AR and I’m trying out different ammo to see what works for me. Just annoying to have to sort through a few hundred rounds by hand to separate everything again. Good price though.

I ordered 350 legend ammo and I received it. I ordered 45colt ammo and I never got it. I was charged for the 45 Colt ammo and was told I would get a credit for what I am owed. I have been waiting and waiting for the money that I am owed. I called customer service many times get a recording even left my phone number to call me back no one ever does. Outdoor limited is about to lose a very good customer. I see now why they have so many bad reviews. You might get me once you will not get me twice.

Ammo showed up looking like the ammo was unscathed from the outside shipping box. After further inspection some ammo boxes inside had holes and light scratch damage. It appears to be from the original box staples from the factory & possibly they were stacked to high. The ammo thus far looks undamaged. I sent a message to Outdoor Limited and they responded quickly and were aware of the situation. I’ve ordered other ammunition and have been happy with the company overall.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with, I ordered some 7.62 NATO, even was offered a free ammo can. Right after my purchase they canceled my order, i told them they had 24 hours to credit my card. Then some lil smarty pants named Eric started sending me taunting emails, I’ve unsubscribed from their emails, and asked them to stop . Now they will be hearing from my attorney, and remember I called my bank right away, they refunded my money, but don’t wanna pay Chase , lmao lord you people done kicked a hornets nest. Y’all look up Rogers sporting goods, best deals around, and is a highly professional company unlike this company. These people keep harrassing me and taunting me, and I’m not a cry baby lol , even though I unsubscribed they just keep pushing me. Y’all read reviews on other spots like yelp , all their high ratings are fake. Read around and y’all going to see, I heard they closed 2 years and are just selling what they have left, don’t know and don’t care. Now y’all wanted a review from me, there it is, such a unprofessional company.

The ammo can probably cost less than the cardboard box it was sipped in. It did protect the 3 bricks of primers I ordered but the hinge is so bowed that it was very hard to open and took a prybar to close after some grunting and straining. Only good about it is it prevented box from being crushed. Useless for ammo unless you are a prepper and don't plan to open until the Zombie Apocalypse occurs. Shipping a bit slow, not shipped for a few days, but no complaints about the company.

You guys package better than anyone else in your industry. You generally have the best prices and selection as well. There have been a couple of times (very rare), where a different site was a little cheaper than you; but I still purchased from Outdoor Limited because I know the order will ship fast AND it will be packaged very well. That is worth a few extra bucks for me. But generally, you are the best price, so it is a no-brainer choice to buy from you guys. Keep up the good work! I'll keep pointing my friends your way!!

Absolutly Awesome! I have purchased alot of ammo from OUTDOORLIMITED.com. They have yet to disipoint. If there was one thing to complaine about, it would be missing the "Free Ammo Can" when I placed my orders. I've bought a couple thousand rounds, but yet, I still miss the "get a free ammo can along with your purchase of ammo". You can't have to many ammo cans.
Fact of the matter is... they beat everyone else! The delivery is supper quick. Never had a problem yet. Cheers!!

Never received shipment.
UPS sent claim to outdoors limited on 6/24/2022.
When I spoke with outdoors limited to inquire as to status, they told me that when UPS makes a decision, I will be notified by email from outdoors limited. Well……today is 7/5/2022, and ups still says that claim went to outdoor limited and of course outdoors limited is blaming ups. Getting jerked around here. They chose to use ups. Not me. I selected “adult signature required” for a reason. So where is my package? What happened to it and what is being done about it? UPS tracking shows nothing after it being shipped.

+1

I called the customer service number because I was having trouble paying for my order. The lady that answered was unhelpful and rude.
I was trying to include the Buyer's Club membership for $99 with my purchase and the lady was absolutely zero help and went out of her way to make me feel stupid. She said she would send an e-mail with instructions but I never received it. I ended up removing the Buyer Club from my cart and was finally able to complete my purchase.
This will be the last time I use Outdoorlimited.

I have ordered 1,000 rounds of PMC 223 ammo before and other ammo, but in my last order you were out of the PMC 223 so I ordered 1,000 rounds of Winchester 223 expecting it to be individually boxed and new ammo. I was very disappointed that it was in bulk in a plastic bag and the brass casings are all dirty. This was not specified how it was packaged when I ordered it. I do not like using brass that is already dirty in my AR-15. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Dean Smith

Stay away from this company. I placed an order for 1,000 rounds of the sterling 9mm and 1,000 rounds of .223. All the reviews on their site were somehow great.. come to find out after a quick google search that there are major issues with the Sterling brand 9mm causing severe damage to Glocks. I tried to stop the order calling within minutes of them opening.. and I was told it was too late to stop the order. I was told I could refuse the delivery and would get a refund minus the $25 for shipping. I informed them that is not acceptable as the order has not gone out yet and could be cancelled and that I would be disputing the charges with my credit card company and the customer service rep basically hung up on me. I asked to speak with a manager and I was refused. Two weeks later the items never shipped out and no refund. I called to find out what was going on and I was told that since I said I was disputing the charges that the order wasn’t going out. I said great, when can I expect my refund. And I was told that I will not be receiving a refund either because I said I was disputing the charges. So they kept my money $845, and never sent the items.. charges were disputed and the money was refunded to my credit card.

I was able to purchase 6 boxes of Ruger 204 Hornady superformance varmint 40 grain vmax. Was very pleased to get these, they've been hard to find for a reasonable price and outdoor limited came through for me. I have a Ruger American predator and this ammo shoot's excellent through it, the combo is a varmint/predator killing machine. I confirmed my farthest shot last year at 450 yard's on a groundhog, I didn't think it was too shabby considering I have a Nikon 3-9×40 scope on it.. thanks outdoor limited for selling quality ammo at a reasonable price 👌👌

I have purchased via boxes and bulk for approx. 2 years with home delivery. I live about 45 mins from their store. About three weeks ago, there were only 4 boxes of 300 AAC 220 gr subsonic available on the site. So I purchased them and opted for Local Pickup. The simple process for picking up ammo in High Point is fast, easy, and extremely friendly.
I hope the freight carriers don’t go broke, but from now on, I driving to High Point.
So now, when will the Showroom reopen?

I had not received a very high-demand volatile and very expensive shipment after two weeks, so I asked for tracking. The parcel delivery carrier claimed it was delivered complete, "handed to customer," and since they didn't deliver to me, my "head exploded." Customer service found the error with the carrier and replaced the shipment - no problem. Cudos to Outdoorlimited for tracking down the problem and making good. I am lucky they still had stock on hand to replace this scarce product.

I purchased an RWB Drum Magazine, it broke almost immediately upon loading ammunition into it. Outdoor Limited refused to accept a return, instead providing me with the manufacturer's information, and basically telling me I'm on my own. After weeks of failed attempts to contact the manufacturer on my own, both via e-mail as well as by phone, I again contacted Outdoor Limited and they agreed to take the magazine back for a full refund. At this point, I was feeling better about my experience. Unfortunately, that’s not the end of it. Actually, that’s not even the beginning.
My first bout of unhappiness with them is the fact that they basically tricked me into purchasing “shipping protection” for $2.00. Using a desktop it’s fairly clear that the box is checked automatically, and you have to manually un-check it to decline the protection. However, I did not make the purchase on a desktop, I did so using my phone. Using a mobile browser is not so apparent, and because the box is automatically checked, I did not see it until after I submitted the order. Immediately upon submission, I then noticed the $2.00 upcharge and e-mailed them, asking to have it credited back. They declined, of course.
Now back to the defective item issue. I went ahead and sent the item back to them, $9 more out of my pocket, which I just considered a “stupid tax” for ever having done business with them in the first place. Thus far I have spent $88 for this $60 piece of plastic garbage, which is made in Korea, by a company named RWB(Red, White, Blue).
They are now offering me the refund in the form of an in-store credit. Now that they have the item back, they’re screwing me…again! What’s worse, they’re only going to give me a percentage of the price of THE ITEM, not a percentage of the total purchase price with shipping and tax and the $2 theft(shipping protection). So the $60 piece of plastic crap that I have spent almost $90 on is going to end up being worth a 50-something dollar in-store credit to this place that sells lots of other stuff that I don’t need, as well as plenty of over-priced ammunition.
I hope that my review is taken seriously and Outdoor Limited decides to revise their customer service policy surrounding the defective items that they sell.
I am highly disappointed, to say the least. I very much recommend not buying any products made by RWB. Instead, give your money to ProMag. Their magazines are of far greater quality, using steel feed lips and much higher quality components. I ended up giving more of my money to grabagun.com. If I’d have only spent more time looking for what I wanted, I’d have found them in the first place! And the price is actually a little less for the ProMag than what Outdoor Limited charged me for the crappy one! Now I have a ProMag that is great, and will probably outlast me!
I highly doubt they will post this review publicly. Outdoor Limited truly IS…limited.

Placed an order and did not see where to enter the code for free shipping. Entered the free shipping code in the notes for the order. Outdoor limited would not give me the free shipping offer because I did not enter it in the correct place during checkout. So I canceled my order for a full refund and bought my ammo somewhere else. All you had to do was give me the free shipping vs loosing a sale. Apparently loosing a sale and potential repeat future customer doesn’t matter much.
