Oxford shop has fast become my favourite store!
In the last few weeks I’ve bought about 7 dresses - that fit perfectly, compliment your figure and feel so comfortable - they feel like your wearing nothing at all.
I’ve worn the Francesca V neck knit dress (tangerine in the attached photo) to work and have it in both colours and every time I wear Oxford’s dresses people say how much they like the dresses - 3 different people in one work day! I also have the Penelope knit dress in both colours and the rust one is beautiful.
I’ve already picked out Monday’s outfit and will be wearing my new Black Lucy Knit dress … will definitely be best dressed in the office.
I am Oxford shops biggest advocate !

Shopping online can be hit and miss, until I took the plunge at the beginning of the year and purchased some trousers, dresses, jackets and jumpers.. so happy that I did. The fit is true to size, cloth and quality is lush. I forgot about the “pre-COViD” Oxford shop located at The Met Centre Sydney as it was upstairs and out of view.. so happy that you have come back into my life again..

Fantastic quality. Best materials . Proper structured jackets fully lined and full canvas inner structural-lining as used in bespoke suits for a better fit and fall of a jacket. These days even the popular suiting shops have just half canvas lengths in their jackets … Material is high quality and even their woollen garments and scarves are fine for my family with sensitive skin and eczema. Shirts are great . Extra detailing with longing and buttons . Love their clothes !!!!!

I can't fault my experience with shopping online with Oxford. Although I haven't received my item yet, I had immediate confirmation, notification within 24hrs of dispatch and a timeframe for delivery within 3 days in the first 24hrs. You can't complain about that. In terms of the site, it was extremely easy to purchase the item, very user-friendly online shopping experience and good returns policy if the purchase isn't right. Can't fault the experience it was exceptional.

you guys need to sort out ya website. I still been buying from you for years and always hope you improve your website..in all areas..to be frank 😉 speed, ease of returning to where left off, ordering process....cgeck out Lorna Jane or Quicksilver for excellent online ordering websites..in all areas. Hope you appreciate my honest feedback.

Recently ordered a Dunbar Navy/Tan Check Overcoat online and the process was successful. Decided I wanted to buy another style Overcoat in a Large sizing & found it impossible to add to my cart for Click & Collect when unavailable for online ordering. Why is this an issue Oxford?

Got sick of clicking on a product to find none in my size. Waste of time. You need to allow filters by size. Otherwise pretty straightforward
Then I got an email inviting me to ‘update’ my ‘review’.
I’m not happy that a pop up that asked for feedback on a website page has generated a ‘review’. In my case it’s out of context - I was genuinely commenting on the sheer functionality of the page.
My feedback was not intended for publication or guidance of others so don’t ask me to update it because you got less that 5 stars. It was feedback for your web design team from a customer perspective; take it or leave it. Couldn’t care less, but I’d probably impulse buy more if the site didn’t waste my time.

After 11 days from date of order there was zero communication or tracking provided. Eventually I initiated contact to enquire about order where the order was immediately put together and received information that order was shipped. Given the order was $800 worth this was a disappointing experience given the current retail environment. I will unlikely order again

Very fast service. Arrived on the second or third day after ordering which is good for this area.
Clothing fits well but slightly different colours from when i purchased them, maybe my monitor was turned up too bright. Never mind. Thanks.

I’m impressed! I have shopped, and even worked briefly as a salesperson, over a period of 20 years. I have lived abroad for several years and just came back to Australia for a few weeks. I ordered some Oxford items. The price, quality, sizing, delivery time and ordering system are absolutely perfect. Oxford stands above the rest in the clothing market, the team behind the new Oxford I’m experiencing deserves mention. They’re doing world standard job! Thank you.

Coat bunches on my nape and consequently puckers in the shoulders. Neckline should be set further back for people who have a normal/upright neck. It is as though the coat was made for a hunchback or someone with a widow’s peak. I was going to order the same coat in camel colour but this defect has put me off.

Great stuff at a great price. I regularly get clothes from Oxford online. The online store is a great way to browse what's on sale. I get jackets and boots at the end of each season, often at a 60-75% discount. I have never had an issue with the products, and the quality is great.

I was served by Reid at the Little Collins Street store and he provided excellent customer service - he has excellent product knowledge, sense of style and was very helpful. Beautiful range of clothing. I had also spoken with Dan at the Nunawading store about sizing for a few dresses and he was very helpful too.

I have made several online purchases and the experience so far has always been excellent - my only comment regarding the returns process: free returns/exchanges would be something to consider....leaves the customer with more money to spend on the Oxford brand instead of having to consider this cost when purchasing.

Really like the woman’s clothing , sit nicely on the body , especially the pants( I have 3 already) The online purchase was a breeze and delivery very prompt. Purchased online just before midnight last night and today I have a notification that item has been dispatched .

I've always been impressed by the quality of clothing and accessories available at Oxford - great quality and on-point. I'm just upset that there are no more stores in WA anymore but fortunately, they have a great website and good shipping rates, so no big deal.
