We run a small(ish) farm and use nitrile gloves for both indoor and outdoor activities all the time. Both the large and medium gloves we purchased from OzWashroom are of excellent quality, at a very reasonable price, with fast and efficient delivery. We will definitely be returning to OzWashroom the next time we need a refill!

Have just been advised that I cannot get a refund on my less than one day old Vortex hand Dryer that does not work. I now have to go through the vagaries of Australia Post returning the unit, it being tested, then perhaps repaired, or replaced, then the new or repaired unit being sent back to me.

Good quality product.
Not happy with the courier service used. Delivery driver would not deliver to our school and took our order to a nearby shop that I had to drive to collect from.

A business to avoid, that works with the worst couriers in the world they have one star every way, this makes it clear what companies this can be, I asked few times for may money back and never happen, indeed the lady on the phone told me that they had some expenses so it is I who have to pay them, they who use a courier that is not worth anything, they are crooks and charlatans, avoid cheap people like them

Very helpful. They dispatched my purchase promptly without freight charges. It seems ungrateful to say that I was surprised to find that the fold down grab rail item includes no screws to put it on the wall. I would buy from this firm again however.

Customer service was excellent. The ordering process was easy and my hand dryers were delivered in under a week.

I would have liked to see the product before purchase but you were unable to advise a public facility in Sydney where I could view. I have since found it is installed at RPA Medical Centre (Ground floor, 100 Carillon Ave., Newtown) and it is also now at The Warrawee Club, Warrawee 2074.

Although delivery was advised may be slow, it ended up faster than expected. All goods arrived as advertised and ordered. Thanks

Good product as described but the problem I have which I didn't realize at the time is that not all paper towel rolls will fit in it as the paper rolls are different in width and another paper roll I bought would not even fit on the plastic roller as the inside of the paper roll was too narrow but maybe that is why people just have a rod to sit their paper towel roll on as one size doesn't fit all, all that aside I am happy with the product and post so thank you

We ordered the product last year & had to wait for the invoice to be paid for delivery. then had to wait because Ozwashroom could not deliver in 7 days.
We had to chase you in 2022 to receive the order that had been paid mid december 2021.
