Paint Plot

I ordered four unique Paint Plot sets to be given as gifts. The order came combined in two boxes that were crushed in shipment. I have gone back and forth with customer service multiple times - asking for replacement boxes to be sent AND that an appropriate number of boxes to be sent to accompany the four unique sets ordered. I understand combining kits to save themselves on international shipping, but this is not something that is made clear during the ordering process (I would have never ordered them had I know that in ordering four unique sets I wouldn't actually get four individually packaged sets). Further, customer service's initial response was that I should just repackage their product myself and go find another gift box, which would have meant losing the information and instructions that are provided on the box itself. I have gone back and forth five times now with customer service and am still no where near getting the boxes replaced or receiving return instructions. I have no idea if the paints or the canvases are any good as I haven't been able to gift them and the customer service, while polite, is not intent on actually solving anything. If you're ordering a kit for yourself, this might be okay. However, I tend to believe that how a company treats you and the way Paint Plot package their product speaks volumes, and what this company has said is that they just don't care. I would not recommend this company or its products.

The kit I ordered arrived sooo late that I had moved out to another city by that time. I was misinformed during the shipment process. Then I received an email saying that Paint Plot had a production issue and the deivery would be a bit late. It was much later than what they promised. Eventually I contacted the company on FB and exchanged messages with them. They made me ask the person who received the box in my old address to send it back to them. They said they would refund me when the kit is returned to them. I did and this was a time-consuming endeavor with lots of logistical arrangements. But now they are not getting back to me. I am really skeptical about their business ethic. I have been waiting for about 3 months for a reimbursement and the issue stems from their initial failure to fulfill their promise. I totally do not recommend buying anything from this company.

I ordered two paintings in March 25th and it still has not come in yet. I tried calling them many times but the number goes straight to voice mail. I emailed numerous people and Paint Plot kept saying that the package is on its way and that it was lost but they are shipping a new one. The tracking number is a JOKE it doesn't work. I ordered a very similar painting from amazon for half the price and it came within 7days. This company is such a scam and they are just taking advantage of people. Please go somewhere else!

The first time I ordered from them I got my package in about a month and a half I thought that took a long time and I really enjoyed the product. But then when I decided to order again a much bigger shipment that's when the trouble started. I placed an order back in March it is now almost October. Still no package. By the time Paint Plot finally shipped me my order I had moved. I tried multiple times to ask them to please change the shipping address but they didn't. Then I had to go through a long process with them re-shipping my order to my new address. I finally got a confirmation 21 days later that the new order had shipped to find out they shipped it is going back to my old address again! I've asked three times for my money back and they simply state that they can't as the order as already shipped. I am not going to wait one year to get this product. DO NOT ORDER FROM TIS COMPANY!

I wanted a fun, relaxing project that was more engaging than just coloring, but not as involved as a puzzle. I decided to go with a paint by numbers and found a picture I loved and couldn't wait to paint! I joined the online group and I was so glad I did! I bought the recommended gesso and flow aid, which arrived the same day as my canvas! I worked on it about an hour every night. Some of the numbers were very faded or didn't fit all the way within the lines, so I just went with what I felt looked right. Paint Plot proved a paper with the numbers, but my painting was so detailed, it was almost impossible to match up. Overall, I got the exact challenge of a project I was looking for and a beautiful picture out of it!

I've ordered multiple times from Paint Plot and all I can say is - outstanding! The quality of the canvas, brushes and paint is A+ but the customer service is second to none! I'm a return customer already and have every intention to keep buying from Paint Plot in the future solely because as a customer I am treated as an individual, not a number. The prices are very affordable for the quality of product and shipping has always been reasonable. Not to mention there is always a discount code for 5% or free shipping etc, Paint Plot practically give these away! I've bought these for all of my friends as gifts this year so I can show them how great Paint Plot is too! I love this product and I love the team at Paint Plot

In really difficult times this year, I have had nothing but a positive experience with Paint Plot. The orders I placed arrived within a week each time. The kits arrived in great condition and the canvases and paints were of an excellent quality - great to paint with. The email and tracking back up has also been excellent. I commend such a great set up here in Australia for doing so well in such trying times. Great job & great company! I will continue to recommend and use this company. Thank you.

All the negative reviews are 100% true! I placed my order on 4/20/2020 and I STILL haven't received my items. I did not get a tracking number until 5/20/2020 and it's remained the same status since (in Transit) and today is now 7/04/2020. I called and sent multiple emails wanting my money back only to eventually receive a response stating I couldn't cancel my order because it's already been shipped and I had to wait for it to arrive and return the items back, then I would get my refund. It's been in transit for 52 days now. Customer service is nonexistent. Had I known this before, I never would've bothered. This company is a scam. Don't waste your time and absolutely do not waste your money!

Ordered my painting on April 1,2020 and haven't received it 47 days later. I've emailed them many times for updates and Paint Plot continue to send tracking links that don't work. I've screenshot the tracking links but they do not respond. They delete any negative comments on their social media. They refuse to offer a refund. I filed a complaint with my credit card as I don't believe the product will ever arrive. Also filed a complaint with the FTC but I don't even know where the company operates out of. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Paint plot has great variety to choose from, paints were all in perfect condition too. Even coming from Australia to Canada during a pandemic, still arrived in a decent time! Tracking system was easy to use, and let me know exactly where my paintings were. Paint Plot give helpful emails with videos to help make your paintings better! I ordered 4, and just finished the first one. I'm a person who has to keep busy, so put on a pod cast and focus for hours haha Very happy overall with this small business! Great costumer service!

Took a month and a half to get here. I had contacted their customer service multiple times through email and Paint Plot were not helpful. I tried calling their phone number and no one ever picked up. When it got here, the wood frame pieces were all broken and low quality anyways for the price. I asked to return and get a full refund. They offered a replacement and I declined. They then told me I could return it but I'd have to pay for shipping. I told them I shouldn't have to pay to ship a broken item back. They offered to refund me for just the frame portion that I paid for. I said I did not want to do that, I wanted to return them and receive a full refund. I bought the frame for a reason and did not want to have to buy a new one. They then told me they refunded the frames and I would have to pay to ship back the items, even though I said I did not want to do that. I then found their return policy which states "On your return policy page it says "On rare occasions, we will cover the shipping costs. Some reasons for this might be:
A. The Item is defective
B. The item is not as advertised/described". Customer service then stopped responding to me. I emailed them two more times and they responded three weeks later. I repeatedly asked for a phone number. Over the next two months, I continued to ask for a phone number and for them to respect their return policy. They responded twice in those two months saying I would have to pay for a shipping label. They would not give me a phone number to call. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Very poor quality items and service.

I would give this zero stars if I could. My order "shipped" on April 5th and has said "Shipment Information Received" since then- no movement. Two of my friends ordered same day and are having the same problem. Here are my big issues:

-Ships from China, NOT AUSTRALIA. It's a scam, not a family business. Unless the family business is scamming.
-Be aware Paint Plot own another scam site called Unique Paints- same issues with them!
-They refuse to refund me after asking 3 times
-They delete all questions and negative feedback off Facebook and Instagram
-Reviews on the site are fake

I am filing a credit card dispute. This is a complete scam and their customer service is pathetic.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I've had with an online retailer. After months of back and forth and confirming that my order was sent to the wrong place, this company refuses to offer a refund or resend the order. It's incredibly disappointing that my money was wasted on something that I will never even get to enjoy. I was looking forward to starting my painting and had already picked out the next one I wanted to order, but not anymore.
Do better for people who actually WANT to give you their business.

I ordered two months ago and still have not received anything. When I contacted them after a month, asking why Paint Plot ship directly from China (had I known that, I would never have ordered from them), they said it was because paint can deteriorate if kept in storage. Well, it has now been two months, so I wonder what the paint will be like if I ever do get the package. Worse yet, when you email customer service, you get a canned response claiming it's not their fault that there are delays in shipping and I should just return it when I get it (at my own cost, of course). Problem is (and I explained this to them), I am leaving in a few days to go on a 2 month RV trip so if the package gets to me while I'm gone, it's going to be in "storage" even longer and then I won't be able to return it because all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt! They seem more concerned with defending themselves when they respond than with actually helping out their customers. Thank goodness you can dispute transactions on a credit card, because apparently that is the only way to get any resolution with this company.

I ordered their "buy 3, get 1 free" package, which was over $100. Nothing indicated on the order that the shipment would be arriving internationally. However, the next day, I received an email that stated my package would arrive in 5-15 business days. I immediately was contacted by the company, requesting to cancel my order, as that shipping time was much too long. Paint Plot stated they could not cancel my order because it was already shipped, and they gave me a tracking number. Eventually the package was marked as "delivered." When I examined the shipping information, it turns out the package was delivered to a completely different state. Either they gave me a fraudulent number for someone else's shipment, or they labeled the package incorrectly and sent it to someone else. In any event, it has been a month now, and I have not yet received anything from this company. I am currently attempting to get a refund from my credit card company for this scam.

I've done two of their paintings now, and absolutely love them! I am so happy with how my paintings come out and how fun Paint Plot are to do. The kits are high quality with everything you need for a successful project.

Shipping HAS been slow (taking about a month to get here), but in the midst of a global pandemic that is not a surprise. The longest wait was for everything to clear US customs, which is not Paint Plot's fault.

I appreciate the quality of the product and the kindness of their customer support staff.

The only things I would improve are larger instructions (the paper instructions are not always possible to read) and suggestions and tips included with each kit on how to get the best finished result.

I ordered from this company April 2020 and never received anything. I repeatedly asked for a refund but was told I needed to send their product back (which again, never received). Eventually a different customer rep (there was a new name every time) agreed to give me a refund but said Paint Plot were not able to as it had been more than 6 months. I told them to simply send me back my $ via PayPal. I was finally issued a refund and thought the whole thing was over. A month after, they disputed my refund saying it was an unauthorized transaction. It was sent from Mike's (the so called owner) Paypal. I had to contact Paypal about it and they eventually decided in my favor but it took nearly a year & some legal fights to get a refund. Save your time and money. This entire company is fraudulent & looking into the company, it doesn't even seem real.

I ordered 2 kits almost 2 months ago. The beginning of May, I contacted Customer Service requesting the delivery status. Was told it shipped on April 23 and Paint Plot provided me with the tracking information (which was all in Chinese so I could not read it). I have just contacted them again and they said it would be at least another 10 days, this time they provided me with tracking information in English and come to find out, the company submitted shipping information on April 23rd but did not actually ship until May 21. I believe this is how they play the system so they can say it shipped and you cannot cancel your order. I still have not received the order and will never order again.

I love love love buying from paint plot. Their paintings look great. Paint Plot have a good variety of paintings for beginners and the more experienced. The paint is the highest quality that I've found in a paint by numbers set. Paint Plot also have a great little community on Facebook. The owners Tova and Mick are super nice and very helpful. It's the little things like providing free PDFs and lots of vouchers and discounts that make Paint Plot such a great company to buy from. I'm so addicted to their products. Definitely recommend.

This picture is absolutely stunning and the paint is great. A good paint that goes on smooth is a must for painting. If it starts drying out a smidge just drip about 4 drops of water from the bigger paintbrush into the pot and stir with a toothpick, good as new.
I have done 6 PBN's so far and this one is by far my favorite. Will continue buying from Paint Plot.
I ordered from Paint Plot and I was a little sceptical because it is only online. Very happy with the outcome, it arrived on time and was a great quality. Five stars from me.
