Good food but bad policy
It was in southhill wa location. I been to drrive through and order plate with chowmen honerwallnut shrimp and orange chicken when I opend half hour later far-away from that location for having lunch found that order was messed up there was sweetfrychicken instead of orange chicken wich I don't like it and I couldn't have my lunch so throw the meal in dustbin... When Icallback to store Panda Express politely said sorry and promised to give my right meal back when I come to store with receipt (order no471666)when I been to store after 5 hours they give me orange chicken only in small pack... I feel very ashamed... you guys ruined my lunch and giving me this... may be its your policy... it is very bad... thanks

Food poisoning
. On Sunday May 2,2021 me and my wife ordered carry out. The order was 2 fried rice, 2 shrimps honey walnut, kung pao chicken and teriaki chicken. A couple of hours after eating at our home we both fell severely ill but she was far worse than me. (I learned later from a doctor that this is because I am on a medication that helped) That was the only food we ate together that day. She couldn't sleep that night. On Monday we went to immediate care center and the doctor said this is food poisoning. The severity of the food poisoning caused my wife terrible suffering and a high medical bill. She couldn't eat for 2 days. I called panda express and told them what happened. Panda Express said somebody from corporate will get back to me, but nobody called, looks like they careless. I have conferred with my lawyer and he is working on my case.

Panda Express is the best Chinese food.
Friday June /24/2017around 5 pm. I went to Panda Express at Huebner / San Antonio Tx. I tried the new beef bejin. It was delicious. 5 minutes later a piece of meat got stuck into my throth. At first I thought I can cough it up. Then I couldn't breath anymore. I jump out of my chair and want it yo tel Soneone to call 911. I couldn't. I was embarrassed but I see a gentleman that was cleaning the table. At that point I know I dint have time to waste. I went to him and I pull his hand and show him my throth and the sign of abdominal trust. At first he was looking at me and then imediatley trow the things that have on his hand and beggin abdominal trust. I feel that the meat moved up and I stuck my finger and pull it out.
What I want yo say, thank God, thank to that gentleman and the owner / manager that Panda Express trained there personal to know how to react in case of this incident.

I am amazed this place hasn't been shut down.
Do not eat any of their food, it is not regularly changed with fresher food letting it sit out. Panda Express charge for some of their food with an extra charge that tastes even worse. I have even gotten sick up their eating there every time I have been there. It's absolutely disgusting and I have ended up with stomach problems from there. Place is clean, but the food could end up giving you food poisoning up there. If you really wanna end up going to the hospital this is the place for you.

The manager by the name of Joy
At the Daytona Beach Florida location international speedway was extremely disrespectful, rude, condescending, and extremely nasty
I work for DoorDash and apparently she feels that I work for her as a employee
Slammed the window in my face because I asked for a fork along with a fortune cookie for my customer then the manager came to the window by the name of Joy and I said could I please and I use the word please have a fork and napkin with a fortune cookie and Her response with my request was" do you know I can rate your Service "and my response was trust me young lady I can rate yours as well it doesn't matter if I deliver for DoorDash I am still a customer and I still deliver to a customer so not only did she lose me as a customer she also lost a customer who ordered
Because I explain to them what happened she does not have any business being in a management position she doesn't know anything about me
I am an emergency room nurse with my bachelors in nursing and I work at DoorDash on the side as a side hustle to put my children through college as well
My son is in his Sr year at the University of California Santa Cruz his clinicals are extremely expensive and with price of education
Not only do I have a small side job he does not have the luxury of having a father his father was killed in Afghanistan three years ago so I am raising four young man on my own and putting them through school
I work three different jobs to do this my husband gave his life for this country and I am highly insulted by being talked down to by "Joy "at panda express on international Speedway Daytona Beach Florida
He does not have any business holding this type of position

Panada Express doesn't care: Poor customer service, poor execution and ineffectual feedback system
I awful, awful and extremely stressful time trying to order. I indicted interest in the Sichaun chicken the server did not understand what that was, apparently only spoke Spanish and further could not tell me what I could have for a side, except to wildly gesture in way I could not tell what she meant. I had no idea what was going on when she just grabbed a plate and started shoveling fried rice on it. I told her I wasn't going to order and was just going to get a drink. She still chased me down with a plate of fried rice and I had to vociferously indicate to leave me alone. This was extremely frustrating and left me massaging tension muscle cramps later on. I live in the neighborhood and it has been several years since I visited this location and lousy experiences like this just reinforce avoiding Panda Express. I also wanted coffee and there were just sweet teas and soft drinks.

It took over half an hour to get my review lodged with the panda express survey system. Panda Express use very low limits on text descriptions (400char). The system would not take the survey code, so I just made something up to get past the submit button and then the survey page froze and gave no completion code. So I had to brave the automated voice system on the phone and that took several attempts.

Panada Express does not care to have effective and well operating systems and makes the customer bear the brunt of the indifference. Perhaps if the CEO tried to order, this would be real to them.

Don't waste your time or money here.
I had placed an on line order for Panda Express at Mcdowell and 99th ave. When I walked into this eatery, I was told that people who ordered on line need to wait outside for their order. When I asked why the only other customer there was allowed to wait inside for their order, I Was told that people who walk in and order were allowed to wait inside for their order. So I asked, do you think people who order on line are more Contagious then people who walk in and place the orders? I was highly offended. The girl behind the counter said that Panda Express aren't allow to have more 10 then people inside at one time. There were only 2 customers! In the future, try to have one line where both walk in and online orders are in the same line. Having some customers to wait outside and other customers are able to wait inside is absolutely absurd. Who thinks of these ridiculous rules?

Their new Steak and Shrimp dish is a joke
I tried the newly advertised steak and shrimp dish. I had the bowl which costs a little over 8 dollars.
There was 3 shrimp in the dish and the steak was well done and very tough. Panda Express added potatoes as
Filler. Who ever thought that they would add potatoes in with rice or noodles.
To recap: Tiny portions, Potatoes in rice, really? Steak (Not prime) was overcooked and very tough.
Vegetables, very mediocre at best. Do not purchase this meal. Location: Sugar Mills Mall Lawrenceville GA.

Very dissatisfied
I went to Panda Express on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake Va. Spent 35 dollars. The bowl had 7 pieces of orange chicken. The kids meal only had four half pieces and the plate omg was so small. I have 6 very small pieces of orange chicken and four pieces of the honey chicken. Very few noodles chopped up to look like more. I can go to any Chinese place and get double the food. I will not be spending anymore on Panda Express until you decide to give your customers their money worth.

A "qualified" 5 stars...
O. K. it's not a 3 Star Michelin (if that makes sense to you... good. If not, that's OK too).
Simply, for fast food, I love this place. Now, I like Taco Bell too... just to give you a reference for this review.
Food is always hot and plentiful... pricing is fair. Authentic Chinese(?)... who cares... it's fast food. Similar to how Taco Bell is authentic Mexican faire 8^). Ummm, yeaaaaa... you bet!
Nonetheless, acknowledging the restaurant type, give it a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Taste of food
Went today at the Tigard Panda Express restaurant & their noodles tasted burned. I thought it was just me, however my daughter also expressed how awful their Noodles tasted. We could smell and taste the burned on it. I went back to the counter & a man by the name of Brandon assistant me. He seemed bothered for what I had told him. Did replace my food but but as I asked him to please put sauce over my teriyaki he made a remark, the sauce isn't burned. I told him again, it was the noodles not the chicken or sauce. When Panda Express replaced my daughters meal, again it had that burned smell. I told him again. He grabs it in a rude way, showing his frustration & tosses it in the garbage. He went back to make a new set of noodles for my daughters meal. Even though this last time the smell still had it, it wasn't as bad. But I'm thinking whatever they use to cook their meals in is old & used many times that they need to clean or replace their oil or stuff. Brandon looked upset at the fact I addressed the concerns on how the food smelled & tasted, since we were doing dine in, he goes to my table & grabs out food to throw it away and walks away still looking frustrated. At the moment I asked for his name, his attitude changed. No receipt given to us, as their excuse, they were out of paper. Definitely not going back to this restaurant.

Worse food ever
This is specifically for the new PandaExpress on Central avenue it Toledo, Ohio 1. The spring rolls tasted like Panda Express have been sitting in a cardboard box for 2 years. They are mushy in addition to there awful taste. 2. I ordered there beef with broccoli. I got 3 big pieces of broccoli and 2 small pieces of meat. This was good but to little of it. 3. They gave me no extra sauce for the rice. I had the white rice very bland without some sauce on it. I would have liked to have extra beef with broccoli sauce on it. But everything was so dry there was no extra sauce to add. 4. I asked for sauce from my spring rolls, she gave me hot sauce and soy. No egg roll sauce. Didn't know it till I got home and I don't have any. So all in all, will not be going back. It tasted terrible.

Not impressed tonight.
We eat P. E. about once a month and usually enjoy it... but tonight was just not great. Panda Express were very busy so we waited for our mobile order, which is totally fine... but it was a chilly night and of course the restaurant is closed due to Covid. First off, I didn't get the fried rice in my plate that I ordered, and it's my favorite item I got chow mein instead, and it was just flavorless. Our super greens were waaaay undercooked... like literally raw broccoli and cabbage. Very hard and bitter. We really tried to enjoy the meal... it was just almost impossible tonight ‍

Terrible Service
Waiting in line during the Ida Hurricane twice I was allowed to wait in line for at least 35 to 45 minutes only to be turned away … The first night I was told the line cut off was 9: pm had already been in line 35 minutes 2nd time told only had enough food to last till 8pm sat in line 40 minutes…several cars were behind me at the time…BAD BUSINESS ‼‼. CLOSE OFF LINE DONT LET PEOPLE SIT AND THEN TURN THEM AWAY HUNGRY ‼‼‼I will never eat at any PANDAS AGAIN‼‼‼

AWESOME customer service!
The vegetable fried rice and Lo Mein (my usual favorite at other places) did not have ANY flavor! So disappointed with those items! The veggie spring roll was good. The orange, teriyaki and kung pao chicken were good and very favorable! Our first and last visit, went out way to try this! At least the girl who brought out our order double-checked everything. Employees, you get 5 stars for outstanding service... the rice and lo mein a Zero! At least the main part of the meal had lots of flavor!
Just wish I had read the reviews first!

Drive Thu Only...
Panda Store#2233

I went to this panda express in Charleston, which is drive thu only. I order two Pates with Two different side, Panda Express do not tell your total until you approach the window, okay "I said" So I get my plates and go, Check the plates and it was nothing I ordered. The Drive-thu was about a good 6 cars ahead. The point is, you don't have an option to tell them that the food, We ordered is incorrect because now, we have to get back into the drive-thu line and wait again just to tell them... and for $18.93 the portion of food is just not worth it. POINTLESS TRIP, ( I live 30 mints away for this store#2233}. My family & extended family, friends as well, have been a cheerleader for this franchise for a good 10 years all over in some states, where ever was a panda express, I was there, on military bases to just being in the neighborhood. Drive-thu only is not fair to your loyal customer... Just Saying by a Painful Goodbye

Reocurring themes
No matter what Panda Express you visit, there seem to be reoccurring themes::
1. Panda Express never open on time
2. When they do open, there will be little to no food prepared
3. They is a no rhyme or reason to their portion servings. It's random, depending on store and employee
4. If there is a problem with the food, they will refuse to refund
5. Items will always be missing from your order
6. You almost never will receive the teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki chicken. You also won't receive soy sauce, napkins or utensils
7. Food quality is not consistent, just depends on who is on the wok that day
8. You will wait forever in drive-thru
9. They are often without an operable ice machine
10. They will wait till a food item is completely out before preparing anymore. Meanwhile, the rest of your order sits there, getting cold
11. If you are told to pull over in the drive-thru and they will bring your order out, nope, you are going to be forgotten about and have to go inside
12. They will refuse to start making new food as much as 2 hours before close
13. They will consistently close early
14. If you place an online order, it will not be ready when you arrive. In fact, they will deny knowledge of it
15. If you write a Yelp review, customer service will respond to you, but it will be a canned, copied and pasted response basically saying they will alert management to the problem.

HEY DUMBOS! MANAGEMENT IS THE ROOT OF ALL THESE PROBLEMS!

Smaller portions are getting popular by the second!
I don't usually waste my time in writing a bad review, but today I just got to the boiling point, don't know if within the store managers get rewarded for saving the corporation money in giving to customers less portions, you as a consumer pay for a full order and you end up getting 1/2 portion, and this happened to me not only in one particular location but several locations throughout TExas. So I'm done with this company, But quick solution I'll stop consuming from Panda Express.

Orange Chicken Entree Old
I generally don't have any complaints about Panda Express, but today I was craving it so stop before coming hone. I was very disappointed that the Orange Chicken tasted old as if it had been sitting there all day. I visited the Panda Express on Cobb Parkway in Acworth, GA around 5 pm. I really understand the situation we are all currently in at moment but at least serve fresh food if you're open for consumers to spend their money. Now I'm uncertain if I will go again due to service given today. I ordered the big plate and that was one of my selections. Also, notice in the picture the broccoli was over cooked.

Horrible food
I've never eaten at Panda Express and my teenager and I decided to give it a try... we were really hungry. What a huge disappointment. We both ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken with white rice. We picked up our order and hurried home to dig in. Food was dry and unappetizing; chicken tasted like cardboard and wondered if it were real chicken I consumed. The majority of the meal sits covered as I type this review. Needless to say, I won't ever visit any Panda Express in the future. I guess I got what I paid for at $6 a meal. Next time, I'll spend more elsewhere for better quality food.
