I then continued to talk to my son. Erin ask what am I saying. I explain to her I talking to my son she ask again what did I say. I then explain that the food that sat on the count should be thrown away, Erin began to get smart with me then tell her what she is doing is wrong. Word for word with the customer not okay. The conversation was done and she continued to argue with me. I then began to walk out the store, then she say I need you to leave, coming from around the counter. She tried to take me order out of my hand. I tell her she wrong for following me. She follows me outside and say she will call the cops. I tell her to go ahead. She still walking behind me to my car. She on her phone and and says to dispatch I threatened her. No! I did not! Don't say that. I then pull off cause I'm already late for work.
One hour later here come police at my job banding me from all Panera stores. Are you serious Erin
Today, Thursday, September 10,2020, order a bowl of Chicken Soup. It came out half full, mostly broth, very little chicken, a couple of noodles, a vegetable or two. Absolutely, not the quality or the quantity that Panera prided itself in delivering.
Over the past year, the two locations we visit in OKC (Edmond and north OKC on Memorial) have also seemed to decline in quality and quantity.
Service by the personnel at all locations has always been good and hopefully that will continue, but due to the declining quality of food being served, it is difficult to go back. May try it again in a few months, but not any time soon. We used to be regulars, at least twice a week at OKC Paneras, but can not see that continuing. Hopefully, Panera management(s) will make a correction on this.
I can be reached for comment. Today's experience in Tulsa was dine-in, order number 105742, Cafe # 202840, 11:48:42 AM, Customer/Pager # 38.
This is totally innappropriate. This guy could have thrown my 12 bagels in a bag when I arrived at 7AM. And I could have been out of there in 2 minutes or less. Instead I had to wait for him to put together several other orders, I assume pick-up orders, as well as the others in line behind me, before he could finish with mine. Totally unacceptable. He was rude, and unapologetic. If this is how Panera wants to do business, with terrible employees and terrible customer service, I will not be going back.
I stopped into the Rosenberg, Texas Panera Bread yesterday afternoon to try and buy my very own Superior Sourdough loaf.
I could see my prize sitting there on the bread shelf when I walked in.
I walked (as if in a dream) by the only service attendant in the place busy talking to someone at a table.
I walked to the counter.
Ummmm...
This is where everything came *crashing* down.
So. I stood there. Then I stood there a little longer. Then I looked over at the service attendant busily gabbing with the person at the table, COMPLETELY ignoring a customer trying to place an order at their restaurant.
No response there.
Then I left. For good.
I've been to the Rosenberg, Texas Panera Bread once or twice before. Yep. The last two times I went the service has been awful to nonexistent, like it was yesterday.
So I left and went over to Kroger to buy my second favorite bread, a *delicious* Rosemary Olive Oil bread that only Kroger makes.
I'll never be back to that Panera Bread, and I hope lots of other good folks avoid the place too.
I just don't understand how Panera Bread can completely *ignore* MONEY walking in the door and stay in business too long. Panera just doesn't deserve to be in business at that location imho.
My guess?
I give them six months. Hopefully they won't be there sooner than that.
