God, I felt sooooo nervous waiting for my order to be assigned a writer who understands my topic. It was just like sitting beyond the door of a class and wait for your turn to draw a question card at the exam and you never know what awaits for you there in the end. This was an epic moment I've experienced with this service. Here's why I put 3 stars for nervous breakdown:)

Nevertheless, the writer assigned to my order appeared to be aware of the topic and did the work perfectly well. Also, I ordered their plagiarism report that was an evidence that my paper was totally from scratch.

I will order with them again for sure just because of the quality. The situation occurred to me was a sign of their professional level cause Paper Help didn't want to assign any other non proficient writer in my topic.

My paper was due within 24 hours, it took them an additional 12 hours to complete the paper and when I finally receive it, it was not exactly what I asked for. Paper Help are not recommended for college papers, matter of fact don't even waste your time. I asked for a partial refund because I understand that the writer at-least made an effort (although they written me a low-quality paper)... the customer service representative had the nerve to tell me "under our policy, we can not provide you with a refund" smh, when it says money back guarantee at the bottom of the page. I WARN YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE

Their customer service is great, however, I am not satisfied with the essay quality I ordered. I paid for the abstract separately, but the writer (4969) decided to place the abstract right in the introduction (APA format). He/she also didn't include any keywords. He/she later said that it is the right form. I asked the writer to revise the essay and pointed out on mistakes, but he/she simply returned the same essay with minimal changes saying. "I do not know if you know the purpose of the abstract but in the paper, it is pretty much the introduction page as well." Yes, I know the purpose of the Abstract, especially in APA format, and it is definitely not the part of introduction. Overall, the company is good, but I wouldn't suggest to order essays from them since it seems Paper Help employ not very competent people.

I put in a order for a paper due in 24hrs, due at 10am next day. I gave the details of the 2 books I needed the paper on, and what the requirements were. Paid for 24hr turnover... I didn't hear anything from them the next day within an hour of the deadline-I called the 800# and was told that the writer was working on the citation page-and If I could give that person an extension- I said ok-I had to be at class shortly-so gave an 2 hr extension-putting the timeline for noon. Well my class ran overtime-so when I got home I figured it would be done. To my amazement NOTHING. So I call again, and Paper Help say that he needs more time-how much more extension can I afford... I give them another 2 hrs... Nothing... so I call back at 3pm-mind you it was due at 10am... And then they tell me it hasn't even been worked on yet? WHAT? I was flipping... Apparently the writer couldn't get the books-and I was told I should have provided them? What? Nothing was ever said about me providing them-and how could I give them my textbook from class... I heard every excuse... I finally told them to get my money back on my credit card... we shall see... I had other people waiting to see what my experience was from my class-they just lost that business also... I have no idea what I am going to do for a paper now. Ughhhhh... Don't waste your time & money!

This is the worst writing service! I payed $700 for a paper and ended up getting ripped off. I uploaded a rubric, with an example paper and the writer still couldn't get it right. The clarity was horrendous! I had to call support to try to find out who wrote the paper because it looked like an 8th grader did. In fact, there is no way to actually get your money back if you were not satisfied because they require you to let them revise it, and then if you look at their policy, when they revise it you are basically approving the paper. Its craziness and I would never let them steal your money.

Among a number of services out there, paperhelp.org caught my eye with affordable pricing, which was the main reason for placing my first order with this company. Monitoring feedbacks of their customers didn't help me much cause Paper Help turned out to be so controversial just like about any other service of the kind. So I decided to make my own experience the one and only judgment.

I needed to complete my paper by the end of the month, so $50 price seemed ok to me for 5 pages essay with 14 days deadline. In just an hour or so I saw in my control panel that the order was in progress. Pretty fast I guess.

10 days later I received the paper (before the deadline specified), revised it and remained pretty much satisfied. No revision was necessary as for grammar or text content itself so I approved my order with inner gratitude. In the end my work was A graded. Didn't regret a minute of choosing this company.

I never write reviews, ever. But this time I feel a need to. This company does not live up to what Paper Help offer. It is a scam and the people who have wrote good reviews about them are made up. They use fact account to create positive reviews. Their grammar is horrible and they do not do what you ask. They do not give you your money if you are unhappy with what they have done and the customer service is horrible. Trust me if I Knew what I knew going in I would have not wasted my time and money. I used them as a last resort because I'm in college, have a child and work full-time. Do not use them. Trust me they are in a foreign country and write exactly how they speak over the phone. This is a waste of time and money.

Editors from paperhelp.org deserve the best feedback only. Since I write papers myself I just need an editor to check my works for errors and typos, or outline the thoughts more precise and accurate. This when online tools like spell checker or paraphrase do not help me much.

When I get my work proofread by an editor from this service, I always compare two texts and see the difference. And I see that the changes are made by a person who is really engaged in the process and has good writing skills.

Wow! I saw the 83% rating and more positive than negative reviews for paperhelp.org and decided to give them a try. Huge mistake! I ordered the paper with a 6 day deadline, provided resources. Shortly after ordering I received an email to verify credit card payment information. The email stated the writers could not begin working on my paper without payment verification. I called 4 times was placed on hold each time until the call was disconnected. I tried the computer call several times as well that did not work. I gave up and spent the next 5 days on my paper. Surprise! In the early hours of my deadline day I received another email to let me know a writer was working on my paper. Later in the day I was able to preview the paper. I accepted the paper for whatever reason, yet could not get the final draft. I asked support for a refund. Several hours later support responded that I could not receive my paper because payment verification was not completed. I could not receive a refund because the writer had finished the paper before the deadline even though I was not able to receive the final draft. UGH! Stay away!
