Worst service ever
I was waiting on a parcel to be delivered to my address, and suddenly during the given time frame the website updates saying that the driver attempted a delivery but no one was in. I was in! No ringing at the bell, no phone calls or messages, no cards left to explain what happened. I called and stayed on the line for 25 minutes, but no one answered. Same thing happened the day after, this time after 20 minutes someone picks up and I'm told that: "the driver was there (he wasn't, because I was at the door and no one came by); No I can't ask him to pass back nor leave the parcel at the local post office (why? you have that option on the website); if you want it re-delivered on Saturday, when you don't work (mind that it's the second day in a row I'm home from work waiting for the parcel), then it will cost you £12 (are you serious? Why should I pay for your fault?)." UNBELIEVABLE. I will need to take 2 trains to go get it myself from the f*** depot on Saturday because I can't trust a 3rd re-delivery.

Worst delivery in the world not only in UK. Parcel supposed to be delivered and i was home,but i just saw a card from them saying that tomorrow will be redelivered. I don’t know why they don’t call you are message you before informing that they are ate your place. Even the costumer service is not helpful, they just tell you what happened. I know what happened u don’t have to explain me that, i need solution to the problem that u couldn’t deliver one simple thing. I don’t get annoyed easily but this is the rare case when I’m annoyed. Costumer service told me that the delivery guy don't have phones with them, what a joke. Tell me that tour company is terrible. Nothing more to say. Probably in 18th century they had better service.

I avoid using parcel force at all cost but had no choice as ordered through Amazon who should stop using them asap

A hopeless hapless service. An item urgently required for an assignment so paid extra four 24 hour guaranteed delivery - so much for guarantees!
They put it in the van but then took it back to the depot at 14.25 almost 4 hours before their last normal delivery time - they simply didn’t bother to try to deliver it.
No wonder this service has such a bad rep - mistakes I can understand but there are no excuses for just not bothering

Very bad service. I will never ever use this company again. I paid for the express premium delivery service to receive documents within 2-3 working days. It has now been over a month and I have still not received the parcel. I have even complaint to them, they are not apologetic at all, neither will they give me refund for the expensive price that I paid and I have still not received my delivery. I advice other customers to be very careful when using them, as on the website it stated that it would be 3 working days and clearly they are using misleading wording to get a customer to use their service. I am extremely angry and frustrated.

3 advisors all told contradicting advice. The third I spoke to a Carolyn Turner was the rudest most unhelpful person-she should not be in customer service and a manager needs to listen to the recording on 02.07.22 am. Told me to prove my address even though it was a click and collect point and only then could I pick my parcel up if I proved I lived at the click and collect point which I obviously don't. Told me it's my problem and talked over me repeatedly. Went down to the Manchester depot to be met with an equally rude man who said he'd not willing to serve me as they close at 12.30-it was 12.25 then proceeded to be rude. Ultimately the service is unreliable and they employ the worst staff. There's a good reason why there a 1 star rating with thousands of unhappy customers

They are horrible please don't use their service. They just lie and don't care about your timing and anything. Avoid them. My item was supposed to be collected a week ago and it still hasn't been collected. I have called them at least 15 times and they don't care to call back and just keep lying. To even called them you need to spend 20 minutes. They have an annoying AI system in place. It is useless. Avoid them, please. Don't give them any money. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Parcel for grandson’s birthday not delivered on time despite ordering early and being despatched in good time. No card left to say delivery had been attempted and to arrange for redelivery. A second delivery randomly and unsuccessfully attempted and again no card left! Searched on line but couldn’t find a contact phone number for Parcelforce. Phoned supplier of item I had purchased from who gave me a number to call but advised me not to press any buttons but to hold on until a human picked the phone up. That took 25 minutes of holding on and I have been told the birthday Parcel won’t be delivered until tomorrow, the day after grandson‘s birthday and that’s assuming Parcelforce do actually manage to effect a delivery tomorrow. Terrible customer service Parcelforce don’t deserve even one star. Would never use them to have a parcel delivered as they don’t know how to treat their customers properly.

A Driver called on intercom outside building. I answered asking him to leave it on 4th floor outside my flat as I was undressed and unwell. No answer, but I let him in to building. He then hammered on my door twice over 10 minutes. I finally was able to open the door as I am slow. No parcel, nor in foyer. No card either. No sign of a parcel
Rude, ignorant moron. Parcel Force don't apologise either. Why not tell me they can't leave a parcel if you are inside but indisposed. No, too much for moron driver.

On the 8th of March I sent a parcel to the IOW and paid £17.70 to guarantee delivery the next day. It was not delivered till the 10th. I tried to complete a Parcel Force claim form on the internet. It didn't work so I went to the Post Office and completed a Parcel Force claim form. Weeks later after complaining on the web I received a message telling me that a cheque was being prepared and would be sent within ten days. Cheque didn't arrive. A few weeks later I complained that no cheque had arrived. Again I was told a cheque was being prepared and would be with me in about ten days. Still no cheque and now 17th June 2022 four months later. The excuse from Parcel Force is that when I made my request using Parcel Force Email the address given was "Off Dalston Road" which is obviously not an address of anywhere in particular. I don't believe them because my computer automatically inserts my correct address when asked. They claim they have not received my claim form which was posted in Carlisle the day after the messed up email. They then claim to have sent another cheque to the same address. No one in their right mind would do that except a Parcel Force employee. They had my email address and if they were confused about my physical address they just needed to contact me via email. I cannot believe the incompetence of this bunch of morons and I will be making further enquiries wit the MD of Parcel Force to find out who will be getting sacked. I have had two heart attacks and spent ten days in hospital as a result of the stress caused by these people. There really should be a no star option for organisations like this.

Scam to charge for delivery. The driver didn't try to deliver an item. When I contacted Parcel Force, they asked to stay home another day. I can't stay home everyday for them to come. And a Saturday delivery (for when I can actually be home), they want me to pay £12 pounds. They would not delivery to a Post Office to collect. I don't drive and even if I did, I have paid for the delivery from where I purchased. I shouldn't be having to pay again.

PARCELFORCE is untrustworthy. This statement is my opinion based on my recent experience with Parcelforce.
I received a text this morning stating that parcel No EH was on a van for delivery today, 6th of June 2022 between 9.30-10.30.
Needless to say it never arrived.
Four conversations with customer service team proved fruitless. The first three CS staff were helpful, taking my number and notifying both the depot and the driver.
The PARCELFORCE driver went off grid for approximately 5 hours and the depot never ever bothered to give me a courtesy call or update.
It transpired, that my parcel could not be located on the van.
If PARCELFORCE are scanning parcels at every stage this can not happen. It is either the person loading the van or the driver.
The parcel can not 'vanish' between loading and delivery.
Yes, we've all watched the documentaries of how shoddily delivery companies are run, parcels thrown over wall, items stolen or drop kicked by bored workers across loading bays.
PARCELFORCE need to take into account the damage it is having on other businesses, in this case PostNL your partner in the case of this delivery. Also the small independent retailer whose business you are ruining. A list item of £300 can in these times be make or break for a SMB.
Then there is the damage to the CRM (customer relationship management) of both PostNL and the independent retailer here. I'm sure neither are going to be too happy with the weak link in their chain which is PARCELFORCE
Then there is the damage to the brand reputation of PostNL and the small independent seller. They've lost my custom going forward. Not because of anything they've done, just how PARCELFORCE has let both seller and myself down.
Please take a moment to digest the above before deciding to use PARCELFORCE, can you afford the cost and the time chasing a refund from a company who apparently can not be relied upon to do the one task it claims is its specialty

Giving it a one star because there is no option of no stars. Absolutely awful service. Package sent and returned, with no attempt of delivery or even of contacting the sender or receiver. No explanation as to the return and nearly 2 months of useless email conversations where nobody provides any resolution. Requested a phone number to actually talk to someone and also nothing. I don't have my package nor do I have my 25 Sterling I paid for a service I did not receive. DO NOT USE. EVER.

They lost my package (big, 2m bed).
They marked it in the system as "delivered", but without any proof. When I called them they contacted the delivery man and he said he left it in the house with the same number as mine, but two miles from my place, on a totally different street. During the next call, they claimed my package is not lost, but still in the warehouse and it will be delivered the next day. After two weeks, when I called them each day and still heard the same story I reported my package as stolen and received my money back.

Incompetence and laziness is rife in todays world and nothing exemplifies this more than parcel force UK. Sat in for an entire day only to have a note silently pushed through the door without any attempt to knock, for what reason I couldn't guess. Absolutely disgraceful, however it's no problem. I'll just go ahead and refund my customer £150 because people cannot or are unwilling to do there jobs properly.

In the past I've had good service and it's other carriers I've had to complain about. Sadly, today, it's parcel force that has let me down. Promised parcel should have arrived between 14.00 and 15.00 (informed by email) no parcel has arrived. It makes me sadder because I often praise that company to others and prefer to use parcel force because of its "Britishness" I noticed that I could track the driver at first then, suddenly, a message popped up, loss of service. I then expected what would happen. I'm not going to get my parcel Sneaky... I actually don't mind it being late or even delivered the day after as I'm stuck indoors most of the time with health problems, but I will not accept broken promises.

After requesting a delivery to my local post office on their own sms service. They decided to completely ignore this and return it to the depot 25 miles away. They never left a card so I found it difficult to find out what I was supposed to do. I submitted a complaint with their online form only to receive a message saying they will try to get in touch with me within 2 days. If your company uses parcel force to deliver I will not be a customer.

I have been using this company for years. We always buy additional insurance and delivery guarantees, which is the basis for a complaint. We have never had a problem with delivery, everything is delivered on time and in good condition. Until now, the package has not been able to reach my client for 6 weeks, in the meantime it returned to us to the warehouse, because there were 3 delivery attempts and my client did not have any confirmation of this at home (no photos, no notice left ... nothing), we tried to talk to him, he says that he was always waiting for this package. We were able to arrange the next delivery without any problems as part of the complaint. Very good contact with customer service. It gives 5 stars. Do not want this one unfortunate event to destroy the entire cooperation. I hope this package finally arrives.

There should be a 0-star option for companies like this. Our high-value, high security package was delivered to the wrong location - instead of the office block with security guard & reception, the ParcelForce courier left the package with someone at the nightclub next door who can only be described as a dodgy geezer. Three of us wasted 90 minutes tracking it down including 30+ mins on hold to ParcelForce customer service. It was clear that had we been unsuccessful that day, we would never have seen the parcel (the package had been partially opened when we found it). DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Once again a joke service. Parcel out for delivery today. Waited all day. Apparently the delivery driver knocked on the door no answer (was in all day, have a ring doorbell, no one came to the door all day) told a card was left. No it wasn't. Now told couldn't find the address. Well it's hard to find number 3 between 1 and 5. Which is it? Liars. Don't phone the premium rate number either. No one answers and it costs you a fortune.

Completely ignored their own SMS redirection service despite confirming it had been actioned. Tried to deliver twice on both occasions didn’t leave a card. Had no way of contacting to redeliver. Had to go to post office to get a number for the depot. When finally delivered and he was questioned he said ‘the SMS redirection rarely works and he forgot to leave a card, TWICE!!!!! Why do companies keep using them, cheap I guess.
