I was, am, glad I found you
I was, am, glad I found you. Good price. I felt the tach should of been better wrapped it was thrown into a mailing envelope and the box it came that was in the envelope was dinged up. I won't know if it damaged the tach for a couple months. It is winter here and boat won't get out for awhile. Still putting finishing touches on build. It has no visible damage so I am hopeful. I am also hopeful if it does you will honor it. Thanks will buy again from you this is the second boat I have built. One more left in me.

Well, so far, you have 2 of the 3 parts that I need...
Well, so far, you have 2 of the 3 parts that I need by this coming Friday. I was told by a very polite young lady, on the phone, that she would get the other part in and either call me back or email me on this past Friday. That never happened. So I am ordering the 2 parts that you have as I need all 3 parts by this coming Friday the latest. Hopefully she will come thru with my 3rd part on Monday, (tomorrow). Please try to combine ship. Backorder vs shipped
My experience was strange. I placed the order and shortly got an email saying the item was backordered about 6 week. Then, less than an hour later I got another message saying that it shipped! Its since come in the mail and is in great shape.

Obviously a quick mix up but otherwise PartsVu was great.

It took 12 days to arrive
It took 12 days to arrive. The box was damaged, but the product was not.
The USPS tracking kept telling me i5 was going to arrive and it didn't. Then at one time it told me the package had arrived at their facility in Oklahoma City. I don't get it, when it was coming from Naples FL goin to Louisville, KY.
I'd use a different shipper if I were you

First time customer, I was shopping on line for my parts and found your prices were best so I ordered from the web site. I would have orderer more, but had a hard time making sure the part I was looking at was the right one so I passed. Needed a thermostat for a VF250 SHO B series, 2022 model. I wasnt sure as I didnt see the B in the parts description of the 6cb-12411-10-00. No worries, I will be back for more parts.

Thanks for your quick, fast and easy transaction! I ordered the wrong part and that was my fault. I told them, and returned it. That was fast and easy to do, and now my new part is on it's way. PartsVU is the best, I have ordered from them before, and PartsVu will have my business from now on.

New Crankshaft for Yamaha F200FET
The Crankshaft was ordered 23rd June 2021 and was received the 23rd December 2021. PartsVu informed that it was due to backorder date extended from their distributor. PartsVu delivered the camshaft quickly after PartsVu had received it from their distributor. A crankshaft from a relatively new Yamaha is probably not to just take out of the shelf. So all in all I am happy with this delivery from PartsVu.

Fast Service
Item arrived in excellent condition and as described. The price was the best I have found.

FedEx didn't do so well. It sat in one location, 30 miles from my residence for 5 days. After two discussions with their customer service department, PartsVu finally put it on a truck and delivered it. This was not any fault of Parts Vu. I would have no problems dealing with them in the future.

Your website did not recognize my NGK spark plug #. I had to go to another website that showed the parts breakdown and then enter it into your website search bar. It's easier to find spark plugs by the number on the plug, not the manufacturers part number. Otherwise we can just call Napa and get them. I let it slide this time

Quick note your online descriptions don't really Help I was looking for a Park for a 20 hp mercury ended up the description is a 9.9 hp but it's the part I needed after speaking to one of your representatives I suggest someone looks at your part descriptions

First time ordering and will not be last
First time ordering and will not be last. Fast shipping also. Received one wrong item. Called customer service and PartsVu sent correct part immediately. Great to speak to nice people on phone.

Great experience. Very nice lady first time calling and called back with question and spoke with nice gentleman. Don’t find that very often these days.

Backordered parts
I needed these parts at the time I placed my order, at that time I didn't think it would be a big deal, I was able to get the parts elsewhere and I requested to cancel my order but I got no response, it wasn't a large amount so I let it go, next time I will demand a refund if it's going to take this long.

Excellent customer service
The parts view staff has kept me up to date with my orders and if an item is backordered or not available PartsVu are quick to respond. I receive my orders promptly and they have most items in stock. As a small service business they keep up and running.

Boat key replacement
I placed the order a couple of months ago and just received the replacement key. I did email the company a few weeks after ordering for status. PartsVu responded right away arising that the order wouldn't be shipped due to the manufactures back order. I did appreciate the communication and will place another order in the future.

Your website didn't say the gauge I ordered was back...
Your website didn't say the gauge I ordered was back ordered until March. Should have noted it was out of stock. You should have waited to charge me for it until it was shipped.

This is the first issue I've had with you. My other 2 or 3 orders have been great.

Very helpful and convenient service
Very helpful and convenient service. I ordered a 100 hour service kit and it got to my house quick. I was missing a bottle of gear oil and contacted the company. PartsVu sent me my gear oil without any hesitation. I would recommend Parts Vu to anyone.

I received a confirmation email after I made the purchase...
I received a confirmation email after I made the purchase stating that if the item I ordered was not in stock PartsVu would contact met in 1 - 3 business days with the lead time. Most companies let you know up front concerning out of stock items. I'm not happy about this and hope I don't have to wait, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere for item.

The rep I spoke to on the phone said you don't have...
Update to below review: A very kind person from Customer service phoned me and apologized for the inaccurate information provided previously. She graciously offered to waive the shipping fee and expedite the delivery of the product. I was quite impressed by the company's response and by the fact that PartsVu actually pay attention to what is said in the reviews and strive to make it right. I look forward to ordering from them in the future.

"The rep I spoke to on the phone said you don't have cowling covers for Yamaha 2 stroke 200 hp engines. I went back to the website to double check and found the one I'm buying. Your reps should be better informed or make the effort to check."

I like being able to shop per "your motor" but it doesnt...
I like being able to shop per "your motor" but it doesnt recognize your motor model very well to show the part your looking for. You would think that the part that fits that motor would show right up but it doesnt, leaves you wondering if you got the right part.

They only had the one item on my two orders and the...
PartsVu only had the one item on my two orders and the other items were not available till march 2022, which I could not wait that long. I did contact them to cancell the rest of my order and refund my money, haven't heard yet on the one order refund.

Waiting for refund of the one order that they were out of stock on and wouldn't get restock until march 2022
