My driving instructor Robert was absolutely fantastic. He had so much patience and was always encouraging me. I passed first time. He is a legend and does an amazing job.
The service from pass N Go though was not the best. I booked a pass in 4 week driving course and it took 6 weeks to be assigned my theory test another 4 weeks to be assigned an instructor in the January and my test was booked for May this year. Considering I paid in the august the year before. I had to buy additional lessons on top of the £800 already paid for the course.

Ciprian has been a fantastic instructor. He was very good in explaining the rules and road signs in UK driving.
I was very anxious about driving after long break but he ensured that I understood the concepts and explained with lot of passion. He believed that I can do and motivated to take test. Gave an opportunity to learn through practices and mock tests. Gave valid feedback after each tests. I should be thankful PNG for providing such instructor else I would have not passed my test in first attempt at gosforth test centre, Newcastle upon Tyne

My driving instructor was called Steve Crouch and he was fab! Such a good driving instructor, really patient, down to earth and someone who you could also have a laugh with at the same time as learning I would recommend him to anyone and I would also recommend pass n go to anyone too it’s great if you’re wanting to do all your lessons in a short space of time and wanting to get on the road they’re great! Pass N Go have been fantastic with me - I was assigned to the driving instructor Jo Batley. Jo has been so kind, patient and just overall brilliant with me, I didn’t feel any pressure at all from Jo and she was so understanding of how nervous I was to take my driving test for the first time. Jo turned up 10 minutes early to all of my lessons and she never rushed me when we ran over with our lessons 10 minutes or so or expected additional money from me. Jo was amazing at teaching and explaining the manoeuvres to me in multiple different ways until I finally understood, and she never got frustrated with me. She is also very pleasant to spend a lot of time with we had some lovely conversation whilst learning to drive also. Genuinely couldn’t have passed 1st time without Jo! Thank you to Pass N Go!

Highly recommend PNG! I was not only extremely anxious about learning to drive but also about who I would have as an instructor. I really shouldn't have worried as my instructor (Richie) was fantastic. He adapted his teaching style to suit my needs & made me feel at ease which really helped. I was not confident that I would pass my test but he believed in me and I passed!
The price is in line with most other companies and the booking system was easy to use.

I have passed my test purely from the patience and commitment of one instructor after a completely shambolic experience with PNG. Hounded after registration to book in, then once I had money the account no contact. First instructor left, waited 2 weeks with no information (my test was 6 weeks away), rang and can't get through or leave a message. Emailed and was told essentially you'll have to wait there's a wait list. Logged in to find an instructor had been assigned (no contact from PNG or them) so contacted them, not available until 2 weeks before my test (PNG clearly had not looked at my email). Further 4 weeks later after unanswered calls a new instructor was assigned to my record (again no contact to me). Messaged and got booked in with 3 weeks to go to my test. PNG have created an extremely poor experience in what is a huge milestone in someone's life, and I can honestly say I only passed that test due to the patience and tolerance of Karl dealing with my anxiety and concern of having to cram in lessons. He is a credit to the company, who seriously need to evaluate their processes. Thank you KARL

Very unprofessional driving instructors. The weekend before my test date my instructor ‘cancelled all my lessons including my test lesson’ for whatever vague reason which I can’t remember. So many times my lessons were cancelled at such short notice.
Honestly it was the most stressful experience ever. If I hadn’t driven before this would have honestly put me off driving for life.
For the amount I paid for the crash course I expected better service.
They did manage to find me an instructor to cover my test, who was a brilliant man. And I passed! But the stress was enough to give any one a heart attack.

My driving instructor was amazing!! She got me passed my first practical test!! And I thought I would never be able todo it! And I wouldn’t of if it wasn’t for her!! She was so lovely really easy to chat to and made me feel comfortable straight away! Always accommodating and making time for my lessons with working in healthcare long hours was hard to fit anything in but my instructor always made sure I got my lessons couldn’t thank her enough for all her hard work helping me get through it

I was given my instructor within a day and had my first lesson booked for a week later. I have no complaints at all. Garry was the best instructor I had. He was always so supportive and I couldn’t have passed first time without him. He made me feel calm on the roads. I couldn’t sing his praises enough. The booking system is great as well, very efficient.

My experience with pass n go was ok, the only time I felt let down was when my instructor was not well and they could not find me another one to take me for my driving test, so I had to reschedule.
Now to my instructor, Thomas, he was really patient and kind, a very good teacher. All Round Good instructor. I always recommend him to anyone wanting to learn.

Fantastic, while I cannot speak for others, my experience was very good. I had a 1 week wait before getting connected to an instructor. (for reference, this was done in November 2021, my test was booked for January)
Throughout all my lessons, I was never asked to rebook my test (which was in January) and my instructor was able to make it just fine. Passed second time with flying colours.

Tracey(my instructor) was so nice. She gave me the required confidence. Took note of all my mistakes and weak areas and reinforced them in the next lesson. Great sense of humour, there was never a dull moment. I enjoyed every bit of my lessons and I always looked forward to them.
I passed straight away with 3 minors, after failing once with a different instructor in a different school.

I had a really good experience with pass n go. When I first enquired, I was immediately put through to an instructor and was able to start lessons the following week. My instructor was amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure that I felt confident and was ready to go for my test. The new driver package I got was easily the best deal in terms of lesson price I’ve seen- if it’s still going, make sure that you make the most of it as lessons past this are very expensive!

I was super happy with driving Ryan Barry who is a very cool, calm and confident person. During my lessons he made me very comfortable even when I was making mistakes. His cool attitude was very helpful which helped to improve mistakes quickly and passed my test. Thank you so much PassnGo and special thanks to my driving instructor Rayan Barry.

First time around I was making progress but Covid caused me to pause my lessons, which my first tutor took as I wasn’t continuing, wasn’t ideal being dropped as a customer but I was determined to get back driving
After a break and wait period I got a new tutor! Lee Goodwin was absolutely incredible as a tutor, I can’t recommend him enough for those in Newcastle and Gateshead. I passed first time!

Avoid at ALL COSTS. I rang them prior to parting with any money because I was on a tight timeframe and was told 2-4 week wait, ok I thought so I paid for ten hours. After two weeks I rang again- told another two-4 weeks but they'd try get someone to call me. After yet another two weeks I ring again and they say someone will definitely call me soon. Another two weeks and hear nothing so ring again, bear in mind we are at over two months at this point - I'm told again 2-4 week wait lol, I said right you're taking the Mick refund me instead. She tried to talk me out of it but tbh I went on a bit of a rant and she gave up, then I get a snotty email saying they've refunded me in full as a gesture of good will despite it being outside their usual terms and conditions 🤣🤣🤣. They actually think they are doing you a favour by refunding your money they lied to get then hold for months and give you NOTHING in return for. An absolute shambles of a company who are poorly organised and perfectly willing and happy to lie to customers to keep their cash. I can't stress enough how much you should NOT give these clowns your money. Even if you have to wait a month somewhere else, at least it will probably be a month and not whatever ridiculous timeframe these guys use. If they were just honest and said how long it'll be or even that they don't know rather than lie, so customers can make an informed decision then that would be fine, it's just the lying. This actually adversely affected my life as I was on a tight timeframe and they really do not care about anything but themselves. I'll be reporting to trading standards because it's just not good enough tbh

I booked my lesson with automatic, Pass N Go made the mistake and paired me with a geared instructor. No apology, I had already waited about 5/6 week for this instructor, turns out I had to wait 6/7 weeks for an automatic instructor. They made that mistake and should’ve put me on the top of the list, as I have already waited. I am not waiting 12-14 weeks for a driving lesson. At first they weren’t interested in refunding me for the 10 hours I haven’t even touched, I got my refund with -£15 due to administration charges. Regret even bothering, all that time wasted, thanks a lot.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SHOULD HAVE BEEN ZERO/NEGATIVE FIVE STARS! These people are criminal. I booked my test and lessons back in October. I was told a week before the test (June) that everything had been cancelled and they couldn't get an instructor for me. As if they've not had OVER HALF A YEAR to find me an instructor who could do the bare minimum and just show up. Don't bother phoning, because you'll struggle to get an answer. Don't bother writing to them, since I'm pretty sure their workforce is illiterate - I cant seem to think of any other reason to still have no response... And now their phones are closed over Jubilee weekend, leaving me cutting it awfully fine to get my money back from these good-for-nothing reprobates. What an absolute shambles of an organisation. Leaving me back at square one. Frankly, I think you're all c**nts - all of you.

Absolutely shocking how this company lets their instructors treat their customers awful...
I would strongly advise you to use this company, however if you do then please DO not have the instructor STACEY ALLEN from Coventry.
She constantly cancels your appointments .. Speaks to students terribly and is only bothered about the money going in her pocket.

I brought 10 hours lessons £260. I tried to book my lesson but was instead told I would be on a 6-8weeks waiting list. When I asked for a refund they said they would only refund me £245. Had they told me there would be a 2month wait I would never have brought from them. They have made me miserable for the last 2 weeks since their communication and customer service is terrible. They have yet to refund me a single penny. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
