Tried to call to change or cancel order. Was on hold for 30 minutes before being hung up on. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! After this order is sorted out, I will not be purchasing any more items for myself or my clients.

Order was cancelled due to non availability of the product. System should not have been able to accept my order and give delivery dates If availability was uncertain. Went from 2 days, to 4 to 6 weeks.

Shopping experience at Patioproducts was good
Shopping experience at Patioproducts was good. However, only one color was available as all other colors were sold out. The prices were lower at the the competition, but the item was out of stock at the competition too.

Damn it this pop up for the survey is blocking the view of the order number which is a required field in your other survey. Order number is a stupid thing to make required in a satisfaction survey and absolutely undermines the anonymity of survey answers.

I called customer service regarding your cyber sale discount not working for my purchase. The representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and very kind. Based on this call, I would definitely order from your company again.

Site said item was in stock
Site said item was in stock. After purchased, it said it was out of stock and would be delayed a few weeks. In order to cancel my order I would have to jump through hoops by calling customer service lines. I will just wait at this point, but if I know the item was out of stock, I would have gone to another vendor. Not thrilled. Hopefully my order comes somewhat soon.

False "Low Price Guarantee"
Found a lower price on Bromic patio heater. Called customer service and PatioProductsUSA said that since the price is $45 lower than what they have available in their system (PPUSA listed at $1575), they would not price match. I read the customer service agent the words PatioProductsUSA posted on their own website and the agent Noelle said there was nothing she could do. This is no guarantee at all. EverythingFireplaces got my business AND didn't charge me the 10.4 percent local tax that PatioProducts USA would have per their site. The rep even told me this isn't the first time this has happened. PatioProductsUSA - fix your process or take down your false low price guarantee please.

I tried to place the order multiple times, but got a confirmation and order number - only to find out the item wasn't actually ordered.

I am also concerned about the return process if the product does not produce sufficient heat.

Stay away - unethical company!
Similar to other customer reviews! When the date passed that I was to receive my patio umbrella, I tried calling customer Service. You'll never get through! I called 3 times and each time was on hold for 25-35 mins, never got through. I emailed them as well to find out when I can expect delivery, and never heard back. It's terrible and unethical. Run away from this company.

It would great if you could group the lights by style
It would great if you could group the lights by style. We choose Newbury and had to search for large, medium and small sizes as well as the pole light, to make everything match.
You have a great selection but this "grouping by style" feature would really make the shopping experience easier and more desirable.

Good pricing, but then you don't receive the products.
On July 1 we ordered an umbrella and stand with promises of 7 day delivery for both. Two weeks later the stand was cancelled with no explanation (an email). We verified that we did get a refund. After calling them I was told that the base was out of stock and he offered me one for 30% more. After confirming that the umbrella would be shipped within a day or two of the base shipping, I ordered the new base. It has now been 4 weeks and I have the pricier base. I was just given a new shpping time estimate of about another month to near the end of August (as summer slips by). Reaching them by phone requires at least a 30 minute wait time each time. Then PatioProductsUSA can't answer your questions. I would be wary of ordering any Galtech International umbrellas that are not in stock from any company. PatioProductsUSA, apparently does not stock anything and are a drop ship company (meaning the company ships directly to you. After waiting almost a month for the umbrella we are now going to drive a distance to get one from a store that is in stock, at a much higher price. But a good price isn't worth much if the product is not available. And yes, they charged my credit card immediately so they have had my money for almost a month and want to take about another week to issue a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

My conversation with the PatioProducts Sales person...
My conversation with the PatioProducts Sales person was good enough (he was a bit brusque with me at first when he asked for my Cart Order number as I assumed he saw all the details on his screen (delivery address etc) but apparently not and implied I was being impatient and rude perhaps. After this initial encounter, then he continued to be helpful. Garrison was his name. Thank you Garrison. However, it now remains to be seen in my order is delivered in good condition in the time frame given and that there are no hidden delivery or border charges. Garrison told me there would not be and that PatioProducts are "covering the delivery cost" for me.

Poor communication. Incorrect information on website.
I ordered patio furniture. The large amount was charged to my credit card. Then an email came saying the products were not in stock.
I checked the website and you are still able to order these products.
I have tried to call customer service and sent numerous emails with absolutely No response.

None of the coupon codes worked
None of the coupon codes worked. The one advertised at the top of the site didn't work, nor did NIGHT20 which was provided when I called customer service. It is frustrating to have to follow up for a discount. Order # 8533492

This screen makes you feel like you are in a movie theater -- Elite Screens Inc - OMSH2-DUAL
Elite Screens Inc - OMSH2-DUAL - Yard Master 2 WraithVeil Dual Series. Ordered this screen around Labor Day for 299 + tax. We bought this particular screen because we can use the projector from the front or the rear of the screen. The intent is to use this screen to create an outdoor social-distanced theater with friends. Due to the forest fires in California, we beta-tested the screen in our living room using the rear-projection mode using our Epson 2150 projector. We watched the movie Wanted -- from 2008. We streamed the movie through our Apple TV on Netflix using low-budget Yamaha speaker bar from Costco. The screen was so easy assemble and disassemble and the picture was great. We bought the 100" diagonal screen because that is the one that will fit best in our garage for driveway viewing. The picture in the review is from early afternoon when we first set it up and trying to figure out how to layout our living room for best viewing. On Saturday this week we watched a movie in our driveway with some friends. Great viewing experience and we are experts at setting up and taking down the screen -- takes about 10 minutes.

The wait on line for customer service was NOT 2 min as stated and the wait on the phone was too long... it kept telling me I'm next... waited 20 min... I'd rather be told the truth to my wait time. The actual customer service rep was good though... also music and jokes were annoying... sorry, but you asked.

Confusing website layout lead me to order propane heater...
Confusing website layout lead me to order propane heater when I needed gas. Even your chat advisors admitted the web layout is backwards from normal. Normally the item you select is highlighted and the other choice is grayed out, but on your site the item you are ordering is shows as grayed out. So when the wrong item arrived your solution was to charge me an additional $300 to switch out the manifold - instead of allowing RMA of the wrong items and replacing with the right ones.

I just got my order confirmation and in it it states that you have to make sure that your actually have the inventory. I can't imagine letting me get to checkout without knowing your inventory position. That feels like a red flag to me.
