I've ordered many times from this company, PatPat have so many cute items for sale at affordable prices. Even tho this order was disappointing with a defect in workmanship and correct sizing on a couple of items I will continue shopping at PatPat because customer service is always helpful and took care of this issue quickly. I also purchased 3 awesome kids furry unicorn shoulder bags which cost only $1.59ea... they can't be beat at this price point and will make exceptional Christmas gifts. I gave only 4 stars because there of the issue and 5 stars imo are for a perfect no issue transaction. I would give 5+ stars if it were asking for how the situation was handled. I'm a huge fan of PatPat! The clothes are fantastic and PatPat always have sales and discounts so you get some amazing deals! They have a range of products from clothes to toys and Christmas decorations, and I've been really pleased with the quality of everything I've bought. Many of the clothes are unique, especially in the children and baby range, and it's so nice to be able to buy maternity and nursing clothes for me which are stylish and colourful! Delivery times are reasonable, and on the rare occasions I've had to use customer service, I've always been impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and willingness to help. They truly do value their customers. I recently had a very positive experience with KRISTIAN C, who was extremely helpful.

I have ordered clothes for my baby back in 17 July. I knew there might be delays, so I ordered well ahead of baby's birthday! Today it's 4 September and still no package! I had set the decorations and his arriving clothes were supposed to be matching. I had contacted more than two times via contact us section. One time PatPat returned saying my package is moving, then I followed up again and they said they will send my complaint to their logistics team. I wrote again if there is any update. But no response ever since! I have no idea if my package will ever reach me and in anyway it won't be that special... I would appreciate if they will let me know if it is not within their power to deliver my order and return my money back to me. My patpat order number PAT-7583753

I am happy to share my positive Experience with patpat support.
I ordered some items to my daughter -4 months old- the items came well packed and the quality was superb but the clothes were larger than expected. I requested a return.
The support agent came back with a great offer. He offered a refund without the need to return the items. He issued a voucher with the same value of the items and told me that i can keep the large items. That is great as i can keep them till my daughter's size is bigger and fits the items while i can order new items that fit her now.

Hello. I discovered this site through its various promotions on Instagram. I don't know anyone who's ever made a purchase but I decided to trust my instincts and then I placed a two hundred dollar order. The order had arrived safely, but my country's regulations required me to pay customs clearance fees, which I was not aware of. Seeing that I had not received my goods on time on the agreed date and had promises to keep, I contacted Pat Pat by email and was assisted throughout the process by a nice agent named RACHEL, She was super patient and even helped me recover 50% of the customs clearance fee I had to pay to make up for all the delay it must have taken. I love the customer service, regarding the clothes, I did not expect so much, PatPat are pretty, good quality and are made to measure. I had nothing against Pat Pat for my first order. However, I have a second order in progress that I should receive in two days but I have the impression that it will take an extra week, that is to say twenty-two days in total. I really hope that won't be the case.
In closing, long live Pat pat.

I placed an order on June 13,2020 and more than a month from know it has not been received. The tracking number was never sent and the tracking information in their website I´m sure it´s made up, it also says the package has been delivered which it has not. After writing to their customer service in their website there wasn´t a response. I did get an email right after the order offering me a discount if I posted a good comment. After writing a review through this website I finally got a response and an email to follow up on the order. The package in fact was delivered a couple of weeks back and had been misdelivered by the shipping company. Had patpat sent real shipping data or responded the emails I sent this problem would have been solved a long time ago.

I did receive the products, PatPat were as I ordered. The quality is ok but for the price paid is what you would expect. A printed shirt we bought looked much better in the website than we received. Overall we are happy with order, not very happy with their customer service.

Purchased over $1000 worth of items on this website as gifts for family, all before I received even 1 item in the mail. Definitely not the smartest thing someone could do but I had received such amazing reviews from multiple people about PatPat that it gave me confidence in their product before I even had the chance to see it for myself. When I tell you PatPat did not disappoint, THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I've gotten everything from kids clothes and shoes to adult clothes. All items were true to size, of great quality, at great prices, and looked exactly the way they appeared in the photos. I even bought some items that looked great but did not fit to my liking and the customer service throughout the return / refund process was amazing (Thanks Maria)! LOVE PatPat!

I ordered on patpat.it a couple of amazing animalier dresses for me and my doughter and unfortunately the fit was not as expected (too big for me, too small for my baby) I contacted the patpat Customer service and PatPat replied immadiately trying first to understand what was the issue and then proposing me a full refund without sending back the 2 dresses.
I can recommend the very Good esperience i had with KUENZLER, the CS lady that helped me in a very professional way, solving my issue in few days.
I would for sure buy again!

I was a bit sceptical with purchasing my newborn clothes on the site but surprisingly when my order arrived I was amazed!
The quality of the clothes is amazing and I don't regret even a single thing with my purchase.
Even though I had trouble with the logistics company that PatPat used and the customs clearance tax, one of the PatPat team members, RACHEL was kind enough to assist me and and the matter got resolved in a very professional manner.
PatPat made sure that I am happy with everything! Not to mention their app that is easy to access!

Karmi gave me exceptional service! In all the purchases I've made from PatPat, for the very first time, there was a small flaw in one of my items; and after following their very simple steps for exchange, I received a note from Karmi, in Customer Service, less than 24 hours later. The note stated PatPat were sending a replacement immediately. Since this jumper was to be a Valentine's gift, I was pleased I wouldn't have to fight for it.

I love the merchandise at PatPat - it's well-made, cute, different than big-box stores, and reasonable enough for me to purchase while living on social security income.

I'm on my 3rd order from PatPat. I order about 6 to 8 items on average. And let me just tell y'all how Im super satisfied everytime I order. Literally I havent received one item from them that wasnt exactly what I wanted. These people have awesome quality outfits, amaaaaaaazing cheap prices, cute outfits from every category from maternity to newborn to matching outfits. And did I mention that PatPat deliver your items in less than 3 weeks in these cute little packages. I love this store so much I literally am referring it to every mom friend I have lol! My son & I ALWAYS get compliments on our matching outfits.

Also the app they have is pretty dope. They give you cute little tags depending on how involved you are. And each tag/ nickname comes with some benefits Im currently cool mom and Im loving the heck outta it. Mommies, Im gonna need yall to check the app out because trust me yall won't regret it

I personally had a great experience with PatPat, ordered my Granddaughter some outfits and feel I love. PatPat came in super quick no hassle no problem, But as I looked found my self in love with the smurf outfits so bought more, granddaughter and all family and friends love these clothes. Great price as I am a single mom
With two daughters and my granddaughter living with me, so have to be super careful on not spending a lot of money. But In my experience if you looking for clothes that are super cute and doll your cute babies in this is the place. So hope you all will take a sneak peak into these clothes and shop away. I have looked at items on PatPat for quite some time but was hesitant to purchase as I wasn't confident about the quality or sizing and wasn't sure how easy the return process may be if something didn't work out. Well I finally decided to make a purchase and am very happy. Even though two items I purchased didn't fit quite right, their Customer Service was awesome - very responsive and issued me a refund same day, without hesitation. Definitely makes me want to purchase from them again.

A lot of people post about the baby clothes, and while PatPat do have adorable baby stuff, they also carry great (and affordable) women's items, as well!

Immanuel from patpat customer service has been super helpful and quick with responses when I had questions about my order, especially during this time of crisis when everything seems to be getting delayed because of covid. I misjudged the sizes so some of the clothes I ordered were too big but really liked that PatPat were breastfeeding friendly! He was also sweet enough to not have me return the others and gift it to someone else so i wouldn't deal with the hassle of the shipping fee. My better fitting clothes are on their way and I'm super excited! I recommend patpat to anyone!

This was my first time ordering from Pat Pat. I was a little worried from reading others reviews that I might not receive my items but PatPat after about a month which is pretty good considering the pandemic we are living in. Unfortunately, a few pieces didn't fit and instead of making me having to go through then headache of returning the items and paying fees, IMMANUEL, refunded my money right away for the items! Thank you so much for making my returns not such a problem. The whole process of the back and forth with emails and coming to a decision only took about 4 day also. Will definitely shop with Pat Pat again!

I recently discovered this site and searched for reviews to see if it was worth ordering. Well I've already placed a couple of orders! Baby clothes are made with good cotton, even if the price is low. While those for adults are often in lycra or synthetic material but still very well made! The sizes are exact and the prints are well done. The only drawback is the shipping which takes between 10 and 15 days, but the wait is worth it! The package arrives tightly closed and sealed, each item has its own plastic bag with zip that can be reused for a lot of things (I put the diapers to keep in the change bag). Only once did I receive an incorrect product and was refunded the amount without having to deal with the return (which would be at the expense of the customer). I recommend this site!

I doubt PatPat produce original designs, they do look like copied from other companies maybe even Etsy shops. The photographs are top notch quality, not sure if those are authentic. Their tags are different, some patpat and some others probably different factories. Having said that, if they do copy they do a pretty good job of it. PROS super cute clothes, prices great, CONS on my last shipment 2 of 7 items i purchased were 100 percent polyesther, whereas the description says cotton. Went to trash. Does not worth to go through hassles of returning. Their delivery tends to be on a slower side, but i never had an issue. Cannot say much about the quality, but it's enough to last - babies grow out of clothes super fast. I'd say they are the best if you have a photo session or a trip coming up, just order ahead of time. Sizes seem to be correct. I've ordered for two kids and so far mostly satisfied, again cannot ask more for the price. It's a bit of a cat in a bag, you don't know what you get but 70 percent of the time you will like it.

Don't waste your money and don't go by those fake positive reviews of patpat.

I booked the order 9282824 on 21st November and i still didn't receive it.
PatPat gave me a shipper track number YDH / NU868176577GB. I contacted royal mail service DO with this reference number and they said the packet was returned to the sender as he made some elementary level mistakes in labeling the package.

I contact patpat on email almost every week and all i get is "we are investigating, blah blah blah" Till date no positive response from their customer service.

I advice you all to not fell for the trap.

I just did some Christmas shopping for my baby and my friend's baby on patpat. Out of the items I ordered, one had a size issue and I was really upset thinking about the money I'd spent on it but the patpat customer service team got back to me literally within minutes of me contacting them and gave me a hassle free solution! I used to be afraid of making online purchases and did it for the first time now because of the covid situation but now I know its not too risky and my concerns will be addressed to if things go wrong. Special thanks to the agent who helped me out - Heinz Paul. Great experience with patpat and would definitely recommend to all my friends!

1. Tons of cute options! I'm a fan of matching family outfits, so having a whole category dedicated to it makes me happy.
2. The delivery was faster than I expected. I think initially it said it would take 2-3 weeks to come in, but I received all my orders thus far within about a week.
3. The sizing is accurate. For the most part, I size up for my little guy because he's tall for his age, but there have been a few things I've bought at his current size and PatPat fit without issue.
4. FLASH SALES ARE WORTH IT!

I've purchased our matching Christmas outfits and love them! Also purchased another matching family option that I'm excited to put to use!
