A couple of weeks ago I made an order but the courier wasn't able to reach my address so my package was sent back. I had to send a mail to the company explaining what had happened. The blame was on the courier as he should have given me a call at least, but I still had paid for the package and I really want it. I spoke with Samuel who was more than helpful and polite. He explained to me what I had to do and gave me two options. He was directed and responded immediately. Thank you for your help! In a few days I'm going to have the new clothes for my baby

Have purchased clothes twice for my daughter. The first order I received in October and the shopping was fast and I was very pleased with all of the pieces so I purchased again from them in December. However, due to the pandemic and lockdowns my parcel was delayed as it couldn't cross boarders so I emailed the team and Patpat UK replied quickly and sorted out a resolution. I spoke to KISH and she offered a refund and was extremely helpful with her responses. The delay hasn't put me off shopping in the future as I understand it wasn't the company's fault and I was really happy with the clothes from my previous purchase

In my last order, one pair of trousers came with a stain on, but I sent a message to their Customer Service and Kristian C. Helped me and issued a refund.

Very positive experience ordering from PatPat. Most of the clothes were beautiful - exactly as expected, the rare few that didn't fit too well were submitted for a return and that was handled great by PatPat. Very impressed and will be ordering again.

I bought a number of items for my little ones, clothes and toys and can honestly say I can't believe I haven't bought from there before! I will be doing now! I was so impressed with how quickly my parcel arrived and the quality of the clothing is lovely, the toys are fantastic and such reasonably priced!

I am very happy with the quality of the clothes. Patpat UK have very unique designs. Generally, I don't find very cute and interesting designs for baby boy but they have very very innovative, cute and attractive dresses for baby boy as well. I even ordered maternity clothes for me. The nursing t-shirts are a must buy.

Being mother of a little baby girl I was searching for a place where unique style and affordable outfits will I find for my Little princess. Last month (june) I stumbled over the Patpat website. I have been a pat pat customer for over 2 years.
I have a 4 year old daughter and a 21 months old son.
I have frequently bought from pat pat for my children because the material used to make the outfits are very soft and lightweight.
My children look fabulous in them and most importantly Patpat UK are comfortable in them.
The prices are soo reasonable for all the trendy fashion you can shop which is a huge bonus for me
I will buy again and recommend it to anyone.

I love each outfit i have recieved from them. Patpat UK are simply cute, Though they are a little big, which i never mind as my babies get some room in it. But just recently i received a dress which was smaller than the size mentioned i contacted the customer care and my issue was resolved within the same day i contacted them
