I purchased 4 items from this site for my daughter, and I am very surprised at the overall quality of material. Although, 2 of the dresses did run a bit bigger, they're gorgeous for any occasion!

Both positive and negative experience I had but overall GOOD experience. Lost my package after status said delivered And had to contact Usps for the tracking. I had to open a case under Usps and also continuously was in touch with patpat service team.

Patpat US were very quick to give response answered every question and took case seriously with utmost care and started redelivery process. But I again requested for refund as it wasn't already too late dealing with all the processes and I dint want to wait further. PATPat team was very kind enough to acknowledge my request and initiate the refund. Totally satisfied customer service and treated website.

I love patpat. I ordered from them 4-5 times and it's always good quality, fast shipping and not expensive! I accidently ordered the same item twice, I contacted then and Patpat US answered me within 24h with a solution and refunded me. I'm very happy with them!

In all honestly my order wasn't what I was expecting sizing wise. I contacted Support and Hazel was so kind and efficient to get my issue resolved. Even though my experience with what I wanted wasn't successful Hazel helped me out and solved my issue and now I look forward to shopping at PatPat again.

I purchased this sleeveless dress for summer. It's a really nice style but unfortunately the XL was too small in the top part. Customer service was fantastic and helped me with that. This fit is more of a T-shirt dress. Patpat US have a great selection of dresses to choose from so I highly recommend.

I'm so happy with pat pat. I've ordered a few times now and have never been disappointed. The items are one of a kind and we get so many compliments! The only place for my kids fashions. So affordable.

Customer service is incredible and very helpful Patpat US were fast to address my issue (sizing.) My only complaint would be that the family outfits and swimsuits don't come in bigger sizes for women. Be sure to order up at least 1 or 2 sizes.
