Maybe it would be better to enable the clients to edit the business profile if there are issues.
I am happy by the organization overall, however maybe it would be better if you could enable to edit of the business profile for a limited time or without the support's help to speed up the process. But I have used your services for a couple of years. This is the first time I'm using a Business profile to receive payments. Thank you for the assistance, I have notified your support of the details provided and Payoneer said I did it correctly. When I receive your emails they go into a separate folder in hotmail and I completely forgot about it as I didn't use my Payoneer for a long time. Best, Sasa

Payoneer service level dropped in recent years
Card holder for years. Customer service is nice but the service level itself is increasingly bad. Cards get rejected by sellers and utility providers, but the transactions are booked and then you have to wait 10 days to get your money back. The feedback form from Payoneer had a limited number of characters but didn't say how many, nor did it say how many was I over the limit. This makes giving feedback extra hard. If you don't care about customer's opinion, don't ask for it.

Payout Delay
So far very pleased with the customer service response time. Though I'd hope never to encounter the same problem again with the initial requirements to create an account. It's been almost a week and I still haven't received my first transaction. This could've been easier for new users, I hope the service improves. I'm still waiting for my transfer to complete and can't wait till next week. Overall would rather use this than other apps.

Card-block issue addressed and resolved in less than 20 minutes. Sophie needs a raise
I typically don't leave these reviews but after being cared for by Sophie, I had to. She immediately let me know what the concerns were with my account and helped me to resolve it (after verification of course). I was literally on the brink of tears (of joy) that she was able to address and resolve my concerns in less than 20 minutes. (And I'm not sure how many people with the name Sophie work there at Payoneer but this one if for my Sophie.)

Payoneer is become less favorable, high rates and poor customers assistance care.
I been using Payoneer for 5 years now and not until today, I am completelly dissatisfied with the services Payoneer have provided me with. Cancel my card just cause the questionaire does not apply to my line of work, everything approve but the questionaire. When call for assistance nothing gets resolver, they repeat whats on the notifications that are send, when asked for Supervisor or someone that can help, no one is available. For that type of services the rates deductive should be lower!

Awful customer service. Ongoing payments issues. Zero support provided over 3 weeks
Payoneer forced me to use their 2 step verification and this is very the issue has started occurring: my card is being constantly declined on the websites where it previously worked just fine. I have contacted the customer support and after a long while someone came back to me saying that I can "easily turn it off using the setting menu" as if this option was simply available on the menu... I replied that such an option doesn't exist on the menu and I was waiting for another week to hear from another member of stuff that "it's impossible to turn it off" - guys, are you having a laugh there? What kind of unprofessional and lousy service it is? Why the replies are so shallow and controversial? It's been over 3 weeks, the problem is still there, nobody had done a thing to sort it out. They just keep saying that they are too busy to answer. Surprisingly they are not too busy to take a commission from every payment I make as well as a monthly maintenance fee...

The only world-wide bank that is reliable!
Payoneer is fantastic! It doesn't matter if you seek a solution for you privately or for your company, Payoneer got it covered!
Reliable, fast, and with excellent support!
Sure, there are instances when a pending approval can be annoying, but if you call and provide the correct information they request, it
Will be solved very fast.
I love being a user of their services, have been for years, and will keep using them for years to come.
I hope they offer more options in the future to use them for more than just banking.

Only for the customer care member
Well first of all in Turkey many people using payoneer and calling customer service is so pricey. Why you didnt have a Turkey customer service number?! You should think about it. The person I talked with very kind and clear but she cant help me because of payoneer system. Waiting for a digital transfer 5 days! This is nonsense. You should check your policies again. You're already making enough deductions when transmitting money. So system have to work much faster than this.

Wow! Perfect customer service from your representative (I forgot her name, I wish I could put it here so she´s recognised). Wow! It really makes your day when someone treats you like that. She was fast, clear, nice, patient and professional. She smiled all the time. It reminded me, and I learned from her, that great things in life are presented to us in the most simple ways, like doing our jobs like this. I feel very good, I think that´s what makes a job great!

Receiving an Exceptional Customer Experience.
I had a very uncomfortable situation trying to recover my Payoneer Virtual Card details
And tried chat and also the contact number to no avail, submitted an email. And luckily at the last minute, I was able to communicate effectively and efficiently with a Customer Care Rep. Who was very eager to resolve my issue and demonstrate knowledge, and was very confident. He was able to solve my issue in a timely manner, for which I am very grateful.

"DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION ISSUE"
About 17 days ago, Payoneer asked me to provide some document. I provided them and Payoneer emailed me that it will take 3-5 business days to verify it. About, 17 days have already passed till now, despite of many calls, they are just saying that we have set it on high priority and waiting for the approval from Verification Department. What type of policy is that? Instead of 5 business days, on maximum side, about 17 days have passed, and I am still waiting for their email...

Get Paid and Pay others but all Human.
Payoneer really makes it easy to get paid and pay others with flexibility. Not only for small in size businesses but big business as well. The Payoneer Digital Purchasing Mastercard has some big business and accounting features like multiple cards for your one account to handle different expenses.
But with all the diversity of payment options and currencies enabling users to practically receive money from anywhere in the world and Payoneer is still human. I called at 11pm est, reached a customer service team member called Jam and got my questions answered right away. That was so refreshing to know that when dealing with your hard earned money that someone is their that you can speak to.
Payoneer are many other reasons that make Payoneer a plus and as a user, first as a payee and now as a business owner from 2009 I have not been disappointed. They keep improving and adapting to this changing financial world.

Very Proficient Service
I had an excellent experience with the care team and management. Payoneer demonstrated a willingness to help and assist and to go the extra mile to get things done. I was pleased at the patience that agent Sabastian demonstrated towards me as i was a little out of my character. Both he and the spanish team supervisor went out of their way to hear out my concern without interrupting and to help find a solution. Employees like these is what makes Payoneer worth dealing with. Update the verification process
My experience is good but Payoneer are more room for improvement. I love receiving payments but the problem with Payoneer is that when the verification for address process could be better. Payoneer should give the option to use a Notary Pubic or Justice of the Peace in Jamaica could sign a form stating that they know the payonerr user and add their number to the document. This would solve the problem of verification. This method is used by our comecommercial bank.

Pending fund transfer
I was worried about my fund transfer because until now it's not showing in my bank account. I called the bank and told me that it will take 5 to 6 business days and my worries are still there. So what I did, I called Payoneer customer care instead to confirm my pending fund transfer. And glad that the customer service I spoke with is very accommodating and knowledgeable in the services that they're offering. So I got my answer and my worries are gone.

Service Minded Institution
My experiences with Payoneer has been pleasant as well as the most important facet being their support center. Each time I have had an issue not only did Payoneer resolve it to the best of their ability but they also attended to my situation on a very personal level, they were focused on my understanding of how Payoneer can best work for me. This last experience really was the icing on the cake, I am a committed user for Payoneer in both business as well as personal banking needs.

Can`t make them believe that i'm a real person.
I just wanted to renew my payoneer card and Payoneer started to ask me for official documents of id, address verification etc... I sent them millions of papers but still can't make them believe that i'm real. Maybe they just don't want people from some countries... I don't know what their problem is but my problem is their verification center. They obviously can't decide who is real or not. Anyways i'm fed up with them... Just want to warn other potential users to be ready for something like this...

FRAUDLENT COMPANY
This is the worst company in the world, Payoneer openly steal your money. I waited two months for my transaction, contacted technical support a million times, I was constantly promised that I should wait 3-5 days, by the end of the second month I was credited money to my balance, but the balance was blocked and not allowed to withdraw money. After that, they just blocked my account with my money. The amount was $ 7,400. Do not try to work with these scammers!

Crypto
So far so good I've worked with payoneer for as long as maybe 10 months to a year and I must confess tgat it's wonderful, but imagine the inclusion of cryptocurrency such as the USDT at least, where customers can now buy the USDT directly from their payoneer balances to their USDT wallets, I think it would be a really awesome break and very profitable to both payoneer and its customers plus an assured increase in the population of payoneer user therefore maximising profit.
