Everything about my purchase was seamless. The pedestal arrived on a timely basis and was packed perfectly. The video I received in advance of the delivery showed how it was packaged; it was a nice personal touch. The directions which described how to remove the pedestal safely were well organized. The pedestal arrived in perfect condition, is well made and meets all my expectations.

From the first conversation to the last YouTube video all was excellent. Top notch advice and information. Unbelievable care and quality of packaging and shipping. Beautiful end product displays our art piece as if in a museum.

These pedestals are fantastic. They even have little rubber feet to keep me from damaging the bottoms. Follow the unpacking illustrations! There is no easier way to unpack. Don’t throw away the cardboard corner protectors. They’re very handy when transporting these beauties to shows, if needed. I highly recommend these pedestals.

This is my second order with Pedestal Source only this time I had my husband view the video your company provides to inform the customer about the process. He was so impressed! Also, the packing and instructions on the box were smart. The product is perfect but your process is extraordinary!

The custom lighted pedestal built to my specifications was received in perfect condition and looks great in a corner of my dining room. I love it and wish to convey my sincere thanks. I placed a beautiful crystal bowl on the spotlight and it has received many compliments by visiting friends and relatives.

I previously reviewed this company when my pedestal arrived with a chip in the paint on one of the ends. When the company read my review, they called me TWICE, and told me they would replace it. They did. It arrived in perfect condition. What more can you ask of a company. They stood behind their product. Great customer service.

I loved my pedestals! Amazing customer service, didn't take long to receive them at all and the packing is great!! They even give you instructions on which side to open so you can just "pour" the pedestal out of the box and have it standing in the right position. I highly recommend this company for your pedestals.

The pedestal is beautiful and works perfectly for our art. On the first delivery, FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and refused to acknowledge their error or correct it. Pedestal Source quickly arranged for a replacement delivery at no additional charge. Outstanding customer service!

My experience with Pedestal Source was stellar. I received a phone call from their customer service department within a few hours of posting my question online. I received email updates throughout the manufacturing process and even received a video of my pedestal where they showed me the measurements and told me it would be packed and on its way shortly. The end product was of excellent quality. I would highly recommend Pedestal Source. Other manufacturers should take note of the excellent customer service provided by this firm.

The pedestal I ordered was perfect for the statue that I wanted to display. I’ve had the statue for years and it’s always been a little awkward and it never occurred to me it was because it was just too short. It’s stunning on the pedestal and I’m so pleased with the workmanship.

OK, i’ll admit that I was really impressed when pedestal source contacted me with a YouTube video of an employee measuring the finished product I had ordered just to verify that it looked good before shipping it out. I thought that was such a touch of class.
However, I was not pleased when the item arrived at my House. The pedestal was intact, but the base had several hairline fractures that made me question whether or not it would hold the 200 pounds pedestal source claimed it would.
Upon ordering the $220 pedestal, the operator told me that it would be another $250 to ship it, which I suppose wasn’t surprising. However, I asked him what happens if the item arrives damaged or something? Or the product is faulty in anyway, he then inferred that I would have to return the item for them to be able to replace it. When I asked who was the $250 return shipping bill, he would not certify that the company would cover it and that it would fall on me. I was nervous, but I thought to myself, what are the odds something bad would happen?
When that I opened the box, which I recorded with my cell phone, just to document the fracturing, I was prepared to contact the company. But then I thought, This whole return process is not cost efficient enough. At this point, I guess I’m stuck with a fractured pedestal.
Oh well, I took a chance with pedestal source and it didn’t work out. My bad.

I bought two pedestals.
The plain black pedestal was perfect.
The black pedestal with a light was not. I like that the pedestal was raised a little to allow for the electrical cord. I also like the "step on it" switch. I think the light was not bright enough nor high enough to provide a good light for the piece of art. I had an electrician correct both. Thanks for asking.
