I ordered 2 necklaces for my grieving best friend and her husband who lost their fur baby of 11 years. The necklaces arrived the same day PerfectMemorials picked up the cremations which I felt was perfect timing. However, the artwork on the back of the necklace was incorrect. It was supposed to be a paw print. I called and spoke with a gentleman in customer service, he apologized for the mistake and asked if I could please email a picture as well. Upon receiving my email, within minutes they replied back they would remake the necklaces and I received the replacements that same week! I'm very pleased with the customer service and their prompt response. A little compassion goes a long way and it definitely made a difference. I highly recommend Perfect Memorials. Thank You!

My need for of a beautiful, tasteful urn for my late wife and cremation jewelry for my grandchildren---were spot-on! I filled my order online and really didn't expect much after that. But to my amazing, delightful surprise... the complete delivery with everything included---undamaged, arrived ahead of schedule. It's been quite a refreshing adventure for me, to actually have an online company go beyond my personal expectations and delivered the fine goods of a perfect order. I'm truly happy and satisfied with their performance... thank you guys so much!

I'm very satisfied with the urn we chose for my cousin. Though I paid a little extra to have a copy of the wording before it was engraved, but it was worth it. I was very appreciative of them calling to make sure everything on the order was correct. I had numerous phone and email follow ups. I was even more impressed with the time I ordered to the time I receiving it, especially during this difficult time.

My only critic is, I would've liked to have my own option on the back engraving and not the ones provided.

I placed my first order with Perfect Memorials on 06/14/14 after my dog passed away. She was such a big part of our family that it hit us hard. I ordered 3 Round Stainless Steel Urn Pendants. PerfectMemorials arrived in 3 days, and It helped me and my 2 daughters to feel close to our dog during our grief.
On 11/20/14 I ordered full photo, heart porcelain ornaments, 5 pack. They arrived in 5 days. We hang one on the Christmas tree, and we each have one to keep all year round.
On 12/09/15, my other dog died. I ordered full photo heart porcelain ornaments, 5 pack to honor and remember him. They arrived in 5 days. Unfortunately, the picture I sent with my order, had serious 'yellow eye' effect. When I got my ornaments, it looked like my dog was a demon dog. I called customer service, and was absolutely floored when they said, if I sent them another picture, they would re-do my order at no charge, and ship it over-night, at no charge. UNBELIEVABLE!
These people are the most compassionate, understanding people I have ever ordered from. So I have decided to re-order my ornaments, but I will pay the full price, as I feel it was my fault for sending a poor quality picture.
I want to see this company succeed, because they are, by far, the best company I have ever done business with. Just amazing... I'd give them a million stars if I could.

I wanted an urn that would reflect and give honor to my father. He is an Army Veteran,. While in the course of googling I found a lot of sites that offered what I wished for, but the cost or time restraint was not ideal. With PerfectMemorials I found both and more. PerfectMemorials offered free inscription, which none of the sites I visited did. I placed my order, got confirmation and the next morning realized I had forgotten an important word. Sent off an emai(before business hours)l to see if I could rectify this matter. They not only contacted me quickly but also were able to help.

I had a week to get everything done for my grandmas memorial service. I purchased her urn online on Sunday hoping it would make it on time by the following Saturday. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I had called the number listed on the website. I spoke with an associate and she mentioned that it may have gone to spam. We also talked about if my urn would arrive on time & it wasn't going to! So she advised me to purchase the faster shipping & the urn arrived the next day. I'm so glad I didn't receive an initial email because then I wouldn't have been inclined to call customer service, there for, I wouldn't have updated the shipping. The associate was nice & helpful, the urn arrived quickly & it was beautiful. I hope I don't have to purchase another urn soon but if I do then I will definitely use Perfect memorials.

If you are a dog lover, (and you know who you are) there is NOTHING more heart wrenching than losing this beloved family member. Certainly each dog lover has their own way to handle their pets passing. Besides the unbearable grief that comes with the loss, at some point reality strikes that much like a human, a decision has to be made with regards to the body. My wife and I for the first time chose, cremation for our friend. To remind us of the great times we spent, we wanted an urn to honor our family member. After a search on the internet we chose Perfect Memorials. We chose the urn and what we wanted written on the outside of the urn. The web site does NOT do justice to the beautiful urn that arrived AND it arrived in record time, with just standard shipping. We chose to review what was going to be written on the urn, and Perfect Memorials was VERY prompt, in their response to ensure we would get EXACTLY what we ordered. If I could give Perfect Memorials more than 5 stars I would. For the product PerfectMemorials provided for our friend. The ONLY feedback I would provide Perfect Memorials management is - to have someone rewrite their response to inquiries or even the validation to what will be written on their product, keeping in mind that the reader on the other end, who is still grieving, has just lost a beloved family member, that provided UNCONDITIONAL love throughout their short life. A reply to even validate what was chosen can still be done with sincerity and compassion vs. a boiler plate response, is this what you want / ordered. I'm just saying. Still the product gets 5+ stars from my wife and I...

It's hard shopping for a cremation vase for a loved pet. You want to find the perfect one, the one that your pet deserves. When I saw this one I knew that this one was the one. Everyone is different and I can't write a review for what your needs are, but when you see it, you'll know. For me, I wanted something more than just a vase, I wanted something that will keep reminding me of the love we had for years and years too come. This vase is absolutely beautiful and is very well made. Anyways, Im really content with the purchase I made and Im sure you will be too.

I ordered the dog urn for my daughter's beloved golden retriever. I love that you can put a photo of the pet on it. I found two photos, one as an adult and one as a pup and cut them to size and then laminated them. PerfectMemorials both fit in the frame with plenty of room. She can choose which to display. I feel it is a well made product. I like the fact that you insert the bag of ashes through the bottom and that it is screwed securely shut. I bought a velvet bag to put the ashes in. My only suggestion is that the extra plastic bag is a little thin. I double bagged the ashes just to make sure they stayed secure. Reasonable price! Order ahead of time-this isn't like Amazon! It took a couple of weeks. I am very pleased to have her in a respectable container rather than the plain box from the crematorium.

I would like to share my experience I had with perfect memorials PerfectMemorials were on time with the 4 items I order & exactly how I wanted them. My experience with phone rep KASEY at 1st was a little tensed but that eased off as soon as we both realized that this is an intense job dealing with different emotions. I could barely get my words out that this young lady stayed on the phone with me for and hour helping me get threw it out and exactly what we wanted. This is my father inlaw whom I'm speaking about the fact my mother inlaw is 80 and my husband was a disaster SHE MADE THIS FEEL SO SPECIAL SO EASY SO RELAXED that my tense feeling went away. My point is that of they can have more reps like her this will be such an easy process for the families that have lost a love one because the love starts from the customer service rep down to thee end. Ty KASEY I am forever greatful for all the help patience and time that you took with me to get my inlaw & husband the special items that they hold close to there hearts! Our expectations were taken to a level we never imagined! Our urns are better than we EVER dreamed! Much larger than expected! I decided to finally place an order for an urn that was perfect for my mom. Long story short I chose one I absolutely loved and one I truly felt like she deserved. What I got was indeed absolutely perfect. However, if I had anything to dislike at all I would have to say it is the way the plaque's are not put on. I thought PerfectMemorials would come already attached to the urn, but they were not (they came seperate in a manilla envelope). Which wasn't awful. But I do feel like for the amount of money I paid for the addition of the personalized plaque's, they should have come already attached and secured to the urn of my choice. With that being said, the plaque's are perfect and exactly what I chose to be engraved, but I feel like the "sticky" adhesive on the back of them, was not worth what I put into them. I feel like they should have a glue of some sort. Or something better that sticky as an adhesive for something so dear. Other than that, I love the piece I ordered and it is perfect. I would absolutely order from them in the future. Just wish they'd either attach the plaque's securely or make a better adhesive or something for them to be put on by the buyer.

My wife and I lost our little angel girl at 4 months 1 day old. She spent her entire life in the NICU. We had never been through a process like this that was solely left to us because of COVID19. We knew we were going to go with cremation so we could have our baby home at least until this pandemic is over and give her the proper family service she deserves. We took a chance a BIG chance ordering from a online source like Perfect Memorials. After finding what we truly knew represented our little girl we personalized it through their site and left a message for them that we needed asap. Paid for two day shipping. Site was as easy as 123. I watched the order and PerfectMemorials had it out the next business day and the urn showed up a day and a half later via FEDEX. It was packed appropriately keeping it protected from damage. This company made this portion of this very difficult time of our lives go so easily. Thank you to the company and to all the individual staff that had something to do with my order.

I loved this urn. It was for my dog that has been everywhere and done everything with me. Not a day goes by I don't think of him. I cry when I see pictures or have memories. The urn itself is just beautiful! I know I'll probably catch flak for this but the extra $5 for the proof was a joke. It was something I could've made in MS Paint and sent in as a vector file. I used to engrave 105mm shells for gifts when I was in the Air Force that were much more detailed than this. But honestly that's my only dig. This urn is just gorgeous and is perfect for my CJ. I can't seem to upload pics.

I ordered an urn and was very satisfied. I ordered a cremation necklace secondly. I was a little dissapointed. The engraving on front you can hardly see. I had extra engraving done on back which is very clear. 8 glued it as direction's read. After a day it is loose again. I am afraid to wear it because I don't wan't to lose my dad's ashes. Other than that it was a beautiful piece. Wish I had ordered a different one where you could see the engraving on front. I still adore this company. I will order again... The engraving show's it to be very clear but it's not..

I recently ordered a nameplate from Perfect Memorials. During a very painful time in my life, when everything else was going wrong, Perfect Memorials got it right. The nameplate for my son's cremation urn is beautiful & of high quality. The size, shape & lettering/engraving are perfect. While other places wanted 2-3 weeks for engraving & shipping, Perfect Memorials had the nameplate to me in a matter of days without costing a fortune for expedited shipping. I would highly recommend them & would definitely shop with them again for any gift or engraving needs PerfectMemorials have a large selection of beautiful memorial items & their prices are much less than others I have checked.

When my 13 yr. Old Lab mix had to be put down I was broken. I had him cremated and needed an urn for his cremains. Not only did perfect memorials have a wonderful urn that fit his leash and harness along with his cremains. PerfectMemorials also had the paws necklace so he is always with me they also had the red siam charm his birthstone. I am more than pleased with everything and have recommended them to anyone that needs these things. I can only give 2 thumbs up as I only have 2 thumbs.

I ordered the wooden urn for my recently deceased father. Given the coronavirus pandemic, I was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in a timely manner. I contacted customer service to check on my order's status. Alexis checked on my order and was able to provide me an ETA on the urn's arrival. It arrived in the nick of time, a few hours before the funeral home informed me that my father's ashes were ready. The ashes fit perfectly in the large size. The wooden urn is beautiful, and I'm sure my father would love it. Thank you to Perfect Memorials for making an excellent final resting place for my beloved father. My family is extremely grateful.
