It was a really quick and easy to use site. There should be 2 pictures there of the engraving and then the one of double engraving so you can see the difference. Happy with the price, shipping was a little expensive but overall very happy with the experience and the product

Hello, I purchased a personalized door mat for my friends from your website. It had a beautiful design but unfortunately within 6 months the ink has rubbed off. I didn’t expect the product to fail us within such a short time frame especially because for a door mat it wasn’t cheap coming in at around $100. If the product has withstood the test of time I would have given it a top rating but unfortunately it let me down :(

Ordering : Was Good, You have accepted the delivery address .
Then i recieved an email asking to pay more for delivery .
When i asked to cancel , You cant refund my money. So i am forced to proceed. The item shipped was not the item ordered . That was disappointing. Also there was no sender details on the delivery, the reciever coudnt make who send it. Overall bed experience.

Lost count how many items I have bought from Personalised Favours - I am a serial offender. Received the engraved decanter, scotch glasses and whiskey stone set with time to spare. Absolutely thrilled with the result as was the recipient. Love your work!!!

Good service and prompt delivery. Perhaps a little more packaging inside the parcel for fragile items due to the freight companies not always being careful. One glass in my package was broken, disappointing as it was a gift, delivered direct. However a replacement was promptly sent! Many thanks

Purchased two separate gifts in a very short period. Both are excellent - including value for money. The company is, by far, simply the best on-line service I’ve ever dealt with. As impressive as it is refreshing. Wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere in the future. Highly recommend.

This product was a baptism present for my grandaughter we both love this. However I am disappointed with the lid it is quite flimsy and loose it keeps falling off when touched slightly. I think the lid should be a little more solid like the base so that it sits better.

Very satisfied.. I paid extra for priority service and delivery, two hours after placing order at 5 pm, I was sent a draft of my order, by the next morning it was in the priority post from interstate… took about 2 1/2 days all up … wry impressed. Recipient was thrilled with their engraved scotch glass and box.

I absolutely love the gift range at Personalised Favours. I have bought a number of presents for family, friends and work colleagues and they have loved them so much. They are reasonably priced and made quickly. I just love that the gifts are funny/quirky and tailored to be personable for your loved ones.

I have had good experiences with this company but unfortunately I had a cheese board delivered it was wrapped by company for present and when opened the board had no engraving. I emailed and have had nothing but they will speak to manager that was nearly two weeks ago.
Understand mistakes happen and said that in my email but nothing back from them very disappointed. Could have gone to Kmart and just got a board as that’s what it looked like instead of something nice for my mum was so embarrassed !

I purchased the gardening tools with engraved lid for my girlfriends birthday. I paid for express as I shopped a bit late for her gift. Unfortunately I didn’t check my spam to see that I needed to approve the artwork - an email arrived the day after the order but to spam- so the gift was a week delayed. When it arrived, the engraving was someone else’s wedding day message! I immediently rang the team and spoke to Kerryn. I was pretty annoyed but she handled my call beautifully and we had a laugh about the mix up. She organized a replacement express posted and the gift was a really nice quality. So thanks for your great customer service and lovely gift, but a shame about the initial 2 delays.

I can’t say I was happy with this experience. (I have used this company before with no issue. I will use this company in the future as they are the only one who supply what I require otherwise I may have gone elsewhere. Hopefully the mistake that was made is a lesson learned and won’t be repeated.

We used Personalised Favours for our wedding savours & chose the beautiful white bottle openers which also acted as place cards. They were such great quality and looked amazing. To top it off we received A LOT of compliments on how great the idea was - definitely recommend.
