Despite looking adorable I broke out in hives over the majority of my body after wearing my new six dresses. When I contacted petallush to return the items since I am allergic to whatever chemicals Petallush are adding to their 100% cotton I was told to send naked pics to prove it. I did and then after over a week of emails was told petal lush would not accept my return as I washed the dresses prior to wearing. They also claimed I was lying about the allergic reaction. They should have to disclose the chemicals they use prior to sale.

For some reason, the first time I tried to checkout didn't work but all good now.

I have not heard back yet. I placed my order a month ago. It took several weeks to arrive and now I have the hassle of returning because the sizing was off.

The ordering process was easy. I was notified when the dress was shipped and received an email later in the shipping time to see if it had been delivered. It was delivered the day after I received that email.

I spent over $300 with your company (for which I didn't get the free shipping that I was supposed to get because the discount codes on your site would never work). I had one item that needed to be exchanged to get a larger size. I had to pay to ship it back to you with a tracking number ($5.50), and then I had to pay another $10 for you to ship the new item back to me (Why is your shipping about twice as much as mine?). I ended up paying $25.90 for the blouse + $5.50 to send it back + $10.00 for you to send me a new one, a total of $41.40 for a $25.90 blouse. Now, consider that I originally paid you $10 for my shipping because your discount codes didn't work, and I ended up paying your company $25.50 in fees for which you received over $300 in business. That works out to about an additional 8% fee for me that was added onto the price of your clothing in addition to the required taxes.

In the United States it is customary to offer free shipping and free returns for such a large order. It makes no sense for me to continue to patronize your business in the future when I can pay the same prices for clothing in the United States and know that if there are any problems with my order I can return the items free of charge.

Very unhappy. Order was delivered to the wrong address. After contacting customer service I'm told there is a 30 day return policy and was quick to put it on the delivery company. Not one solution to the fact that I did not get the chance to use their 30 day return policy because it had not arrived to me. The pieces I received looked nothing like pictured. Dresses that were to be knee length in pictures were actually down to my ankles. I'm 5'8. Material is see through and cheap, on each piece.

My size is Bust 90 Waist 82. I have a really hard time finding dresses that fit. If I go by my waistline, the Bust is always way too large according to your size guides.
I hope these dresses will do. I am not so happy about your return policy about having to pay the shipping myself. Thanks.

I ordered 4 dresses from petallush.com, all XS. I received the products, 2 fits ok, 2 of them are large. I couldn't return the dresses because Petallush accept returns in 15 days. The products came from directly China with DHL, it is weird, too. Overall bad experience!

Loved the styles as Petallush are unique and great value for money too. I was worried they would not fit and the return process would be a nightmare but luckily only 1 of the items was not a great fit on me and I will probably just give that to a friend

To make a long story short, the dress we ordered was at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised and took forever to be delivered. When we finally got the dress and it didn't fit, I emailed the company to return it, Petallush wanted to give me a $6 refund for a $30 dress and have me keep the dress (that nobody in my house or group of friends can use). So I decided to return it. They gave me the return address, and I paid $7 to mail it back to them. When they received it, they sent me an email stating that it was received outside of the 15-day return window and now they will only refund me $16. So, I paid $37.00 for a dress that was returned for $16. What a joke! Definitely will keep my money and not buy cheap dresses from this place again.

I have only discovered your website today and I loved the variety of dresses you have. There is plenty of information describing each item and the pictures gave me a good idea of what the dresses looked like. I am looking forward to receiving my dresses. Thank you.

I'm not very satisfied with your shipping price! I paid shipping for first order and then to send it back for a different size, it cost me $9.15 and then you charge me another $10. To have the exchange. Not satisfied at all! This dress was not a sale! Probably will never order from this company again!

I ordered several dresses of the same size. Some dresses were true to size, some were way too big, and some were way too tight. Overall the sizing was very inconsistent and customer service was not helpful in the return process.

I had trouble picking dresses out online but unfortunately fit awkwardly in person and weren't exactly the colors seen online. Will probably try again if return shipping isn't outrageous.

I received a dress that doesn't look anything like the picture. The quality was also poor. I followed their sizing chart but the dress was still way too small. The return/replacement policy is horrible. Not only do you have to pay for the return shipping yourself, Petallush also DEDUCT the original shipping that they paid to send it to you originally. When all was said and done, I lost $18 on a $50 dress that I couldn't use just to return it. What a rip off!

Decent shopping experience and got the dress in about a week… just a lil disappointed in the size chart. Followed it and the dress was too tight on my bust. Will try to return for a larger size.

Overall the site was easy to navigate. Unfortunately, the site said free shipping over $99. There was no code so assumed this would be taken off automatically. No info about any of the incentives. Clicking on the sale just takes you to shopping. No shipping discount showed on the receipt despite charging 1-1/2 times the qualifying amount. However, I did receive everything very quickly which I appreciate and the quality of the products was first rate.

This is my first time shopping through this site. I'm questioning the sizing so I ordered 2 sizes of the dresses I'm interested in. We'll see... I hope something works and returning what doesn't is as easy as the customer service reads.

I haven't seen how shipping works and I don't know how I'll like the dresses I ordered, but so far it has been easy to order. If the dresses don't fit, I hope it is easy to do a return.

Okay so the dresses are decent quality but the shipping takes forever and if you have to return something you have to pay for the returns yourself. Two weeks after fed-ex successfully delivered my return I had yet to hear back about my refund so I emailed and got a response days later. Petallush can't find it and somehow it's my fault. They only send one email reply a day in the early morning hours (like 3 am) and are now I won't get my refund. Totally horrid service and I will never buy from them again. Save yourself time and frustration and buy clothes somewhere else.

Filled in all required material then waited and waited. Finally started over and saw at the bottom of the page -- was not there before -- a note "pay now" took sooooo long to check out i almost decided not to purchase. But i need this fof a wedding. Please ship regular, but fast as possible.

It was super easy to find what I was looking for since it's broken down to dress style. I'm looking for modest dresses I can wear to church this spring and I found 5 beautiful ones I'm very excited about! Thank you!

The website says if you spend over $99 you can use code MC8 to get 8% off. It also says you can get 10% off due to longer shipping times, and use code 10%off, but the site would not let me enter more than one code. If both codes can be added, can you please apply the discount to my order? Thanks! I also don't like how a new window is opened every time you add something to your cart. The first time I tried to order a few nights ago paypal wouldn't go through, the circle kept spinning. At first I wasn't going to try again but I looked at the dresses again tonight and decided to try and it worked.
