Pink Boutique

I absolutely love this dress, I’m a larger girl. Size 16.
I wanted a dress that shows my best parts but hides my worst (my mum tum mostly)
I was not disappointed, the dress fit like a glove, lovely material, so comfortable, it showed my figure off perfectly and I felt stunning in it.
So many positive comments from friends and family about this dress.
I am however 5.9 so I did wear shorts under this as it is extremely short.

I ordered a dress for my daughter costing £60 and was extremely disappointed. The quality was so poor, item looked nothing like the picture, dreadful material and different colour. Was like a thin £10 fancy dress costume from the market. I'm now waiting on a refund!! so shocked that Pink Boutique short changed my refund. The whole thing was the worst online experience I have ever had. Refunds takes too long to process. Just a nightmare.

Sorry Pink Boutique but your items are of poor quality in material and stitching for the price you are selling them for which can be quite pricey. Not really worth the money. You wanted my honest opinion. I won't be ordering from you again. Also using Amazon to deliver they leave it right outside your front door on the floor if your not in. Anyone could pinch it.

Normally love my purchases from pink boutique but on this occasion had to send £178 back. Nothing was pink boutique brand and the quality was really bad not worth the money. I had a top with make up Mark on and a pair of white trousers with a black marked line on them when took out of wrapper. I got sent the wrong bag from what I ordered. And everything else was poor quality and bad fit.

Well, I didn't know you existed, until my mate said try this! It's amazing your clothes are and ready to buy some more.
The dress I brought, was ava blue floral plunge dress, amazing dress and the colour and pattern is perfect which u love. Fits well but only issue is putting it on and off as its not really stretchy material. But over than that I'll be on your site for more. Thanks you ladies.

Service was let down due to DPD delivery informing me nobody was home when they tried to deliver, this was false information as I was home all day and have cctv evidence of nobody trying to deliver. This resulted in me going to have to pick parcel up next day from a store, which I had already paid for next day delivery which I did not get. When I raised with DPD was informed no refund for delivery would be given.

The item is really lovely and as pictured. I think it’s a little small on the measure size as I’m usually an 8, got a 10 as all was in stock and it fits perfectly so it’s technically a little small.
I was disappointed as there are loose stitches and a small tear at the top but it’s on the inside so don’t feel necessary to return.
Generally beautiful with lovely material but the sizing is off and stitching a little poor!

First time buying from pink boutique.The shoes l bought were nice however the size was small fit however I was more disappointed about the return policy they will charge 2.50 which is deducted from your refund. If u buy something and can’t fit their return process sucks I will stick to my PLT boohoo asos with easy returns in case you don’t fit something.

Paid for next day and it didn’t come up saying it would be Monday following week - I ordered on Tuesday after 4pm but expected it Wednesday or latest Saturday especially as paid for next day it arrived on the Monday so 6 days. Orders stuff from other online sites on the Tuesday at 9pm arrived Wednesday and something else on Friday arrived Saturday

Ordered a green satin look one shoulder dress. Lots of little bits of cotton hanging off the waist band and really creased. Very odd fit under my arm it was baggy for some reason. I did look nice but fir the price I was very disappointed when it came and I had to wear it the next day so couldn't do anything about it. My mother in law had to take it and sort it out for me to wear. Would not order from here again for a special occasion.

I have always been impressed with your products and have ordered many times in the past but of late myself and friends have recieved items that are far too small than the size stated and also a lack of bigger sizes ie 12 and 14 such a shame as the quality and sizing had been so good until now ! I will keep browsing incase and hope that the sizes go back to normal. I dont return them as I forward them to charity as I don't want them going to waste.

Unfortunately the bodysuit was faulty and the bandage skirt was a bit long (but I’m only 5’1) but ordered one of your jumpsuits that I tried before but chose your black bandage dress instead for a party and received it the next working day for a hen do, it was long but adjusted it and was a great fit and lovely colour. Can not beat the delivery and I have used customer service with previous orders and they have always been friendly and helpful. Will continue to use pink boutique.

Everything i have ever bought from Pink Boutique has been perfect fitting. Lovely material and i never have any issues. I have only give 4 stars due to i found since having my baby im limited now what i can buy from Pink Boutique, as im now a size 14. Theres isnt much choice, but id buy everything i see on this site if i could fit in them. I just wish there was more for size 14 girls (especially because its more of a “normal sizing” for ladies these days) heres hoping this shout out is heard :D then i can shop till i drop xx

I've always loved this brand and I think their service is great but unfortunately my latest purchase was a disappointment. The dress size stated 10 but when it arrived it was a medium and way too big. It had several threads handing off it and a hole in the plastic packaging which someone seemed to have stepped on resulting in a dirty brown mark on the new white dress. Considering the price, it should have arrived in perfect condition. My main reason for return is the sizing though as had it fitted, I would have shoved it through the wash, snipped off the loose threads and kept the dress as the style is very pretty. I've rated Pink Boutique 3 stars despite the return as I have faith in the brand and their quality and will continue to buy clothes from them as I have for years due to their great service.

Customer service is absolutely 100% at it’s best and they email customer service response is always very fast but I think an adjustment should be made on cloth sizes cause mediums seems to be like L sometimes though it’s not much of a big deal if it’s not an outfit you tend to wear in a short notice . Clothes materials are always at top best ,I mean the qualities of the materials or cloths are so outstanding and now I wonder why they don’t come cheap at all😂. Pink Boutique is definitely a go for shop for all occasional outfits and I hope you start making baby outfits too😩🤞🏾

Amazing dresses with great quality and designs. The only downfall is your cup sizing with the built in cups. people have real boobs and have bigger boobs than a-d cups. Please address this issues. I've had to return many a dresses than have fit me perfectly untill it's come to the cup sizes. I'm a size 12 in your dresses but have 34gg boobs and it just doesn't work.

I have shopped with PB for a few years now. I have several items including accessories, footwear as well as clothing. The quality is outstanding & the designs last from season to season so by purchasing new add ons what was one outfit can be swapped & changed to create another look. Easy washing, true to size & good quality fastenings.
Accessories are great value for money & the footwear is amazing. The heel size is in the details & ageing the fittings are true to size.
Packages arrive in pretty pakeshing that just wants to make you get inside your parcels.
Returns are straight forwards & the credits are made promptly.
This is a great on line store & I do recommend it to my family & friends or to the people who admire your outfit & ask where it’s from, it’s always a pleasure to say how great this shopping experience with PB is.

None of your clothes are lined, I might have kept the clothes if they were lined , one of the dresses was like a thin scarf , I don't know about you but I don't want the whole of my body on show. By lining your clothes it might save a lot of waste i.e people buying your clothes only to send them back and be discarded due to not being able to sell them all the pollution from the vans driving around, please consider my thoughts because honestly your clothes are gorgeous just not very good quality it's a shame plus I would also spend the extra money due to quality, thanks pink x

I would of gave 5 stars but when my order arrived it was missing a top so i messaged and I was told it was out of stock and they would issue a refund it was not out if stock when I made the order so that annoyed me a little and if I had not messaged would I have been givin the refund other thing is I do like the clothes but the material on everything is very thin it would look a better quality if there was better material used I have uploaded a picture of the top that was out of stock

Love pink boutique never had any issues with them. If I ever need to return anything its always handled perfectly. Easy to contact someone on the team as well. Products are also great quality. You can also contact a member of the team if you want to know of something wi be coming back in stock or if they have any suggestions for specific outfits.
