This was my 3rd time making a purchase from Pink Lily. This was also my 3rd time having to contact them about a pricing error. This morning I made a purchase at 6 AM and their website stated that Pink Lily had extended their labor day sale. I was like, wow! Great and additional 30% off. Then I read the disclaimer that stated sale ends 9/6 at 11:59 PM. Who does this! Who advertises something in BOLD on their website, but then leaves it posted. I had to contact them to ask them to honor the price. Not necessarily false advertising as the ad did have the date, but very misleading practice. Get it together! This was my final purchase with you...

First time customer
I placed my first two orders within days of each other. When the second order got here before the first one, I contacted customer service as there was no update on the first package. Pink Lily provided an update right away and I got the package yesterday! I love all the clothes I purchased and will definitely placing more orders! Size is pretty true to my normal size. Ordered my sweaters in all small. I'm 5'8 and 135 pounds.

Pink Lily is the best!
When USPS lost my package in early November I tried contacting USPS and Pink Lily were basically not going to be able to help me find it or replace it. A few days ago I felt defeated but then when I contacted Pink Lily and sent them a copy of my conversation and case number with the USPS they offered to reship my items immediately. Since my items were all now out of stock they issued me a gift card in the amount of my previous purchase. I am very happy with the way this was handled.

Sweater goes to my navel
Really? Why would a sweater go to my navel? I contacted there poor customer service and was told I could return the item. Then I get to the website and guess what? Pink Lily recommend that they pay shipping which is 6 dollars, I'll get store credit. Plus it says I can't return my item because it was a final sale. The item is defective and it is a final sale. This place is horrible! I was in support of them from their online influencers. I'll never purchase their crap clothes again

Worst Boutique ever
Avoid this business and these fake reviews. Look at these reviews... these people either work in the office at Primary or are influencer models for the products. I read a review tonight from a lady who bought a hat from Pink Lily and loves it... says she wears it everywhere. First off, of all the 73 hat locations in the warehouse, there's not a single hat worthy of pictures. I sent a complaint to the owners and managers about all the damaged hats in inventory. There's not one decent hat in the warehouse inventory... I know, I am the former Inventory Supervisor. The lady who wrote that positive review is a liar. If she is an actual customer who bought a hat from Pink Lily, she's mad as he'll right now. She looks like an influencer model for the company. This is straight up fraud and should be against the law. This company is ripping people off and using fake reviews to cheat people out of their hard earned money.

Great customer service!
Been shopping at Pink Lily for a few months now. I had a question regarding an order the other day and Pink Lily were so quick to get back to me. The customer service is outstanding! The clothes are also not only stylish but affordable. I love that they also post videos explaining the size of the clothes they're wearing before you make a purchase because sometimes buying things online can be hard. I am sometimes in between sizes due to my curves and then sometimes I'm at my true size and since shopping with pink Lily I have never had a problem with having to return anything due to my size. This is the first place I've ever shopped that shows customer care. Thanks pink Lily for making me feel beautiful in my skin and listening to your customers.

AMAZING BOUTIQUE
Before i ordered from pink lily i actually read the reviews on this website (mostly bad). I thought i would give them a shot anyways because their dresses and rompers just looked adorable. The shipping was fast, i received my products within a week. The maxi dress i ordered is even better then I pictured. The fabric is clearly high quality and it flows nicely. The romper i ordered is just as gorgeous although i will say that the coloring was a tad darker then the picture. That doesnt change my opinion of the product though. I do think that this boutiques clothing is marketed towards more slender women so maybe keep that in mind when purchasing. I also wanted to that i emailed them after i purchased to get a time frame for delivery and Pink Lily emailed back within the hour. So my overall rating is 5/5! Hope this information helps!

Pink Lily Superfan for life!
I have followed and shopped Pink Lily on Instagram for years -- ever since Pink Lily were just an online store! I've loved watching them grow into this massive business with their incredible CEO (#girlboss) and love following all of their models and influencers. I would say 75% of my closet is Pink Lily and I recommend it to all of my friends! I recently bought two of the same exact dresses on accident that were final sale. The dresses didn't fit and I was stuck with what to do with them! The Pink Lily customer service team allowed me a one-time courtesy exchange for store credit. I am so thankful for their service and understanding. (Sometimes my aggressive online shopping during a pandemic backfires. ;)) Thank you PL!

The only place I will shop now
Last year I could barely afford Pink Lily - now this year all I find myself doing is shopping at Pink Lily because I can and want to! I don't even bother going anywhere else anymore because of how fantastic the team is, the shipping, the sales, selection, colors, etc. I had one hiccup and did not receive an item once, within just a couple of hours Pink Lily contacted me back and got it all sorted out. That's amazing customer service to me. I will be a loyal customer for a long time! I follow the CEO Tori on social media and she is the absolute best. I feel so informed and it helps me make better decisions about my purchases - not all boutiques have that luxury. Can't wait for the holiday collection to go live tomorrow

Be careful with purchasing from here
Their return policy is terrible for those who never purchased from here and don't know the quality or fit of their items. You only get store credit or a gift card even if you request a return the next day you receive the item.
Pink lily sent me a dress and it had a tear. Not only was this dress the wrong size and damaged, but the correct size was sold out. Now it's like pulling teeth to get my $46 back. If Pink Lily change their returns policy to make it more user friendly I might consider giving them another try in the future. However not only was the quality of the material on this dress cheap and lacking quality, I am hesitant to ever spend money here again if they refuse to refund in the same form of payment within a reasonable time of the return.

Quick and easy communication
I excitingly ordered some clothes from pink lily and Pink Lily shipped super fast. Got everything and loved it. There was a little oopsie in my bag. I received biker shorts instead of leggings but no big deal! I just messaged them to let them know and I received my leggings three days later. Great communication and super quick! Fast shipping! I will definitely be purchasing items from Pink Lily again :)

Great clothes. Great service
I ordered a few items from pink lily because I got a gift card for Christmas. I accidentally put the order through without entering my gift card. I contacted the company right away. Within an hour, Pink Lily had refunded my original order so that I could place it with the gift card. My order arrived this week and I love it all! The clothes fit well, look as pictured and are a fair price. I'll definitely be shopping here again

Be aware. Fraud.
Terrible customer service. No phone number to call. The sizing is not true to size, very misguiding. All items that I ordered turned out to be small. The company tricks you to buy clothes and when items don't fit there is no way to get your money back. Pink Lily send you E- credit. If i am disappointed with my first order. Why would I want to buy anything else with again? Almost $300 that i spent just sit on the accounts and no real refund. Feels like the company defrauding customers. Have been always buying stuff online and this is my first time when I cannot get a refund. Very unexpected. On top of it, it has been almost a month since I sent the items back and I still have not heard from them.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL
I am incredibly disappointed with this store. I ordered an item and immediately wanted to change it to a different item. Pink Lily told me I was not able to make any changes to the order once it had been placed. Ok, great. I will just send it back once I receive it. I received my item and I can't even get it on my body it's so small. I tried to return it (for store credit) so that I could get something that would fit and was told since I used their "summertime" code, I was unable to return it. So now I am stuck with something I can not wear and am out the money. I have shopped at their store in the past and had planned on buying more. This has changed my mind completely. I will no longer shop with this company. Instead I will shop with a company who cares about the customer. I will also make sure all my friends who blog about their store including on instagram know how terrible of a business model this store has. This is not a way to run a business! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Happy customer
I ordered a few items and when I received one of the sweatshirts it had a hole on the sleeve. I reached out to customer service and heard back within 24 hours. Pink Lily offerred to send a new sweatshirt or give me store credit, I chose the sweatshirt because I just loved it so much! I was also thankful they didn't make me send back the defective sweatshirt because with an infant at home it's hard to eat a hot meal let alone go to a post office to return something.

Poor customer service and product
I am very disappointed with pink Lily I paid an extra $20 for 2 day shipping When I could've just paid normal shipping seeing as it took 8 days to arrive and arrived the same day as a outfit I ordered three days later with regular shipping.

I have emailed their customer service email and all I received is a generic response.

I had ordered previously in the quality was exceptional this package of four items that I ordered came in or wrapping from China and the quality is not there.

Will not be order again. Very disappointed. $180 wasted.

Best Boutique Ever!
I love, love, LOVE Pink Boutique! Been ordering from them for years and spend lots of money on a regular basis because Pink Lily have the cutest stuff! It ships quickly, I am always able to find something cute for my little short 5'0 body that fits! Another thing I want to add is that they have wonderful customer service. I hardly ever have any issues, but if I do they are so quick and prompt to respond and always fix whatever it is I need. Excellent quality clothes and the AfterPay option is awesome!

Great Company! Friendly staff!
Overall, PinkLily is just awesome! Pink Lily have the cutest styles and the clothing has some of the greatest quality I have ever encountered. And any time you have an issue or just need some help, their customer service department is on it. They respond so quickly and are so friendly! Not that it's even a bad thing. But the only adverse thing that I have found is that they have so many pieces of clothing it is hard to find an exact item unless you know the exact wording or name! If you are skeptical, just give them a shot; you will not be sorry!

The BEST online boutique
I just recently found this boutique about 4 months ago and since then, I have placed about 15 orders! The sizes are exactly as Pink Lily describe. The return process is fast and easy, I received the wrong item, opened the portal and within 7 days I had my gift card ready to use! The customer service is the best part! They respond very quickly and have always resolved my issue the same day! I have tried countless other online stores and I will ONLY shop at PL from here on at! Thank you for treating me like a customer and not just another number!

Billing
I wish other companies would be as prompt on questions about billing as Pinklily. I received my product and the invoice showed my card was charged $36 for my "free gift." I contacted the billing department. Pink Lily pulled up my account and said it was a type of glitch but my card was actually only charged for the one product I ordered. I appreciate their caring and quick solution!
Their clothes are wonderful!
