Terrible company and even worse customer service! PinkBlush Maternity sent the package to the wrong address, was lost in shipping for over 3 weeks, I had to call and email customer service on a daily basis, tried to get them to re-route shipment to the correct address but they didn't because they would have to pay extra shipping. They played dumb and kept telling me the package was on its way whenever I called them, despite Fedex tracking it to a town 3 hours away. The manager Monique Stonum is completely useless and was unapologetic for the whole situation, still has not refunded my money. Do NOT order from here!

I almost didn't buy from here because of so many poor reviews on this site. I happen to have a friend who I thought to ask if she had ever ordered from them, and she said PinkBlush Maternity were great! So I ordered a dress for a Valentines banquet that my husband and I are going to in a couple if weeks. I decided to pay the $5 for 3-5 day shipping, just in case I needed to exchange for another size or anything. They sent it 2-day shipping and it arrived 2 days after I placed the order! When it arrived, I was so impressed! It's very good quality fabric, heavy without being thick, and so very flattering. It is long, as I was expecting from reviews on their website, but with some heels it will be fine.
I would absolutely refer to a friend, and will be ordering from them again!

I loved this shop during my pregnancy. The sales are great and you can get really affordable, trendy maternity pieces. All other maternity retailers sell basic pieces that are all solids and striped patterns which aren't always flattering, so I was so happy to find some different patterns and cuts to mix into my maternity wardrobe! Great items for the price. And the shipping is free to get the items, which is awesome.

This website has super cute and stylish maternity clothes, so I was super excited to order from them. That being said their clothing is far too small and will most likely not fit 80% of pregnant women. I have a pretty petite figure... 125 pounds, size XS/S depending on brand, and size 2-4 in dresses/pants and literally their mediums are tight on me. I'm not even out of my first trimester yet and I can barely fit in their clothes, I'm barely even showing. Also would like to note that I'm S and XS in every other brand of maternity clothing I've tried. I would steer clear from this site, not worth it at all!

Amanda went above and beyond to assist me with my order.
I did not receive my package because UPS had incorrect address then PinkBlush Maternity had correct address but they would not leave my package outside my door.
I was unavailable to receive package since I work till 5 pm Monday to Friday. Amanda personalized service, she called me and gave me an alternative option to get another dress shipped overnight to my work address with no shipping charges. Whichever I receive first, I could return the other one.
She understood my frustration as my baby shower is this weekend and I am very pregnant.
I was rude to her at first but she willingly helped me so Thank you Amanda!

I am so thankful I found PinkBlush! Being 7 months pregnant, I finally had to break down and purchase some maternity clothes. :) I've already placed multiple orders and have been very satisfied with the customer service and prices for the quality. There are constantly sales and I absolutely love the fact that the shipping is always free! (With no minimum purchase!) I also love that the pieces are so feminine. I will definitely continue shopping with them even after baby is born! Their dresses are too adorable to only wear when pregnant!

My order arrived very fast. The clothing were as pictured. The material was soft and stretchy. Every single dress I ordered was see through and clingy. The material was cheap quality and the prices are boutique prices. The style is cute but it was see through and clingy. Paid way too much for cheap quality clothing. Will not be trying anything else from this boutique. Very disappointed in the quality of the clothing. Especially for the prices I paid.

I ordered a few maternity items. The hoodie I ordered came with stings that extended down past the actual hoodie by about 4 inches. I ended up having to cut the strings because it looked absolutely ridiculous! I have never in my life had to cut strings on a hoodie before. I also ordered 2 "maternity" sweatpants that have nothing maternity about them. The waist is in the exact same spot as normal
Sweat pants. The pants are already too tight on my bump and I'm very petite and ordered A size up. Would not recommend

I had the wonderful luck to never receive my package due to it being delivered who knows where. When I called customer service the representative was rude and kept saying "if the package is really lost", when I am obviously telling her it is lost "TO ME" because I never received it. Very offended at her insinuating I am lying, very unprofessional on her part! PinkBlush Maternity will have you create a claim with UPS, which I already had, and wait a full 10 days for UPS to finish an investigation before you have to call back and try to get a refund again (who knows how that will go). The representative was so rude that I ended up asking her name and she proceeded to just hang up on me! I tried to call back and NO ANSWER! Sadly I had already put in another order before calling. But I will never order from them again. Horrible experience. Do NOT recommend! Not worth it with so many other stores available.

I'm 5'1 6 months pregnant weighing in at 180. I ordered the Lace off the shoulder dress for a wedding and I am in love. I was nervous about sizing but I went with my gut and ordered the x large it has just enough snug to show off my bump but not too tight over my bum! Outside wedding so the material is perfect. Not too thin or too thick at all. More my style then anything I have found at other maternity stores.

I love pinkblush maternity clothing. PinkBlush Maternity are my favorite maternity brand, right after them would be asos and pea in the pod. Pinkblush is my favorite because of the huge variety they have and beautiful patterns. I bought my baby shower dress here and delivery robe. Its true some of their materials are better than others. I have orded a high quality bamboo cotton robe, 6 maternity dresses, 1 pair of very comfy and stylish jeans, 2 nursing dresses and one nursing top. All these items total about $400 - with each item being between $25 to $45. I usually order a large number of items and pay around $10 in return shipping. I have returned items twice to them thus far. I live in CA where there warehouse is, so the return shipping is not expensive. I also think there prices are not bad with a coupon code that they have weekly (I used a 20% off coupon both times I ordered things). I highly recommend pink blush to anyone looking for nice maternity clothes.

I ordered 5 items and only received 3 of them. I reached out to customer service 3 times and finally 6 weeks later my email was returned. The representative Lindsay proceeded to question why it took me so long to report the missing item and then basically accused me of lying about said items, claiming PinkBlush Maternity were in the package and I should look again.
After she checked the cameras to make sure that the items were indeed not sent to me, she resent these 2 items.
It is 7 weeks later, I still don't have the dresses I ordered and the jeans that I actually did receive are ripped and completely unwearable after only 3 weeks of use.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I bought a dress from this company and took a chance on them. I paid through Paypal. Apparently PinkBlush Maternity just ship to whatever address paypal has on file. Well Paypal has an address from 10 years ago! I could not remember that address if I tried. I called and explained that no I could not drive from Virginia to Mississippi to personally return the package. They offered to send me another one at price of course. No I don't want to buy another dress! I want the dress I paid for! Horrible customer service. Had they taken care of me I would have bought many items but they've lost my business and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

This is my first experience with PinkBlush. Nice site... easy to use... love the styles... check out was a breeze. The package will be opened Christmas morning. I ordered 3 tops for my daughter-in-law who is expecting in May. She wears small... petite pants: jeans & leggings. Had to go to another site to order petites. I would have ordered several pair. Sorry. Will revisit to see if you carry them in January or February, after you restock. K

I was so excited to order an adorable pair of overalls and then I was faced with finding out my order was shipped to the city next to mine. I checked my address at least 5 times... it was typed out correctly. I would sit here and love to blame UPS but after reading these reviews, I feel like I know who to blame. Of course PinkBlush Maternity are sold out now, so they can't replace them. I do almost all of my shopping online and have never dealt with this. I definitely won't be making any other purchases from this company.

Very rude to deal. I wanted to exchange a dress and PinkBlush Maternity told me they'd send a shipping slip for me to send the dress back. After I ordered the correct size, I never revived the slip. I emailed them once and the question was ignored, then the second time they said they don't send shipping slips to international customers. So I have an email with them saying they would, and now they won't honor that. It was a mistake made by them so now i have to pay extra shipping. The lady was very rude and just said thanks! Have a nice day. And completely ignored my complaint

I was pregnant back in December and ordered some items, sadly had a miscarriage so PinkBlush Maternity sat in my closet unworn. I am now pregnant again and decided to order some more items and fish out the ones previously ordered. Well, the one thing I will give PB is that they have cute items. Too bad they are misrepresented. Quality is subpar, stitching is horrible and every single item I have purchased is coming undone. One piece was a criss cross top that looked like it was sewn in the dark, everything was off about it. Out of everything ordered, I am disappointed with 98% of my items. Last return was a nightmare, none of my emails were responded to and when I did finally get ahold of someone, they screwed up my return. Upon contacting them again an employee insinuated I couldn't read as she lied about the refund process of the return policy. I will be finding every outlet imaginable to spread warning, BEWARE OF PINK BLUSH, THEY ARE TERRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Clothes from stores like Ross are made better than this crap.

Contacted Vanessa C. From Pink blush maternity 5 times over a period of ten days. Each time she asked the same question that I had responded previously repeatedly. It is as if I am talking to a wall. As of now I haven't heard from her again in over five days. I have an item to return since the quality is terribly poor. Totally unimpressed with their customer service and with the quality of their products. This entire purchase has been a nightmare from the beginning and I would not suggest purchasing from here!

PinkBlush is the the only place I want to buy my maternity clothes from. I have been struggling feeling confident as my belly grows. PinkBlush has so many COMFORTABLE and AFFORDABLE choices and on top of that, their return policy is so amazing- especially compared to every other maternity place I've purchased from. I spent nearly $300 on maternity jeans that I thought would be perfect. Wrong. Bought an affordable pair from PinkBlush and was blown away by how comfy. Anyways, I'm so so grateful for them, their prices, their kind responses, etc.

I ordered two maternity dress for their labor day sale so I was happy I got them at a very good price. Shipping was fairly quick, I received them in four/five days. The dresses look really nice, however, the material is very cheap. Both dressed are incredibly thin. I could literally hold them up and see straight through the other side. There's no way I'll be able to wear them without also wearing a shirt and pants underneath them. Definitely will not be ordering from them again.
