I requested to return my item; however, they advised me that I did not need to return the item, that I could just keep it, and they would refund me the money. This is excellent customer service, as I did not expect this, and was willing to return the product. If you are looking anything plumbing related, look no further than Plumbers Stock for all of you plumbing needs.
MJ was helpful in finding my order but seemed more concerned/interested about getting his survey results and that’s why he helped me with my order status. He also was very repetitive. I didn’t need that much instruction to wait on hold while he looked up the order and to fill out the survey that he requested I put five stars for.
I don’t think he should tell people to rate him 5 starts either.
I had ordered 4 Toto toilets from a big retailer and two of them came broken. I reordered from them and one came fine but with a broken tank and the other one broke again. So I ordered the tank from the retailer twice and it came broken both times. This is to say that shipping the tank and this toilet has been an ordeal for me.
I decided to use a different vendor and ordered with plumberstock. After ordering I messaged them and got a prompt response from Aillene Aguirre on their team the next day. She gave me the FedEx tracking number and the tank was delivered intact the very next day. The service at PlumberStock has been amazing. I can finally finish my bathroom work now.
We had an order that had been cancelled over the phone that didn't get cancelled in their system. The first time I called, the individual stated she could not help me. I called back and spoke to Grace and let her know the situation. She told me she would work on it for me and she called later in the day and had been able to get this order cancelled and the money refunded to our card. We are more than grateful for Grace's tenacity in helping us with our situation. We will continue to use Plumber Stock not only for the great pricing on items we use for our customers, but also for the impeccable customer service we received as well.

I had not received any info re my order for a water pump for my water fountain. I phoned and was graciously assisted by Bernard. Thank you so much for the assurance as to sending date and assurance I would be notified.
While it has taken longer that I had hoped and if I would have gone through Amazon, I have been assured it will be here in time for the gathering at our home.

I called to inquire about an order that I assumed went through, although I could not find an email of confirmation in my Inbox. When I called customer service today at 11:38am PST, "DeeAnn" responded and quickly found my order, reassuring me that it was on its way and then she also resent the original email that I had not received in order to confirm. She was very courteous and helpful and provided "5-star" service. Thanks, DeeAnn!

There was an issue on the website where the item's page was no longer loading for me, and Bernard was very helpful and just took my order over the phone. Although he listed the support ticket email as "possible fraudulent order".. which kind of gave me a shock, it was a helpful call and while my item hasn't shipped yet, so far everything seems good.
Aillene provided me a very quick and complete response regarding the status of the 2 parts I had ordered. Although one of the parts was on back order and not expected to be at their warehouse four weeks from my order, she notified me that it was available upon my request for status and was in the process of it shipping to my house. Although I have not received my parts at this time, I am very happy so far in how customer service is working for me.
1. The CC I used to place this order had been "hacked" and Bernard was able to quickly update my billing info with the new CC info.
2. Bernard also told me that one of the items in my order was not due to ship from Moen until the 3rd or 4th week in August. I asked if he could ship the rest of the items now and send the Moen item when it came in. He said yes, he could do that, no problem.
Order placed. Sat back and waited for a guess of 1 plus to 2 week wait for shipping notice and receipt of item, yet when followed up the next day to inquire, learned already in route and due the following day! Large package too! And…I do know how to shop the net and PlumbersStock price was the least even with shipping cost. I will start my next purchase search here!
My name is John kudla owner of Kud-Pro Plumbing. I am very pleased with the Service that I’ve been given so far. There was a small issue with when my credit card, when it was time to charged for the equipment it got denied. This was due to my banking not allowing more than 2500 a day as a security precaution. After speaking with my bank and upping the amount, plumber stock was able to answer my phone call and re-run the credit and make sure everything was all set for delivery. The gentleman I spoke to even inform me on my second order of some issues. He was able to allow one piece of equipment to be shipped out with this order which will be perfect for me. All in all my experience so far with Plumbing stock has been good. I have not received the equipment yet but I’m sure that will go good as well. It’s been a pleasure so far working with the company and I’m sure they’ll be more work to come in the future. Thank you for a good experience.
Had an RGA and followed all the instructions for the return of a defective product. It was received 2 weeks ago today per tracking and proof of delivery. I emailed Saturday to ask why I hadn’t gotten a refund and had not received a response as of today. So I called and was told that they would process my refund. I assume you have to call to get it after following their instructions? Never again. I spent $220 on a plumber who unsuccessfully tried to install a defective product. Delta sent the replacement and it took less than 5 minutes to install. Expensive lesson learned.
Plumber stock required an RMA number to process the return, since I ordered the part through Amazon, all I was told was this was required to process but no instructions as to how to obtain the number. I went to Plumber stocks website, emailed their support email, no answer, went back and looked for a number to call, it said to text rather than call, did that, no answer. So I finally called, got an answer and got the number. I think if a company is going to sell through Amazon, they should provide clearer instructions on how to return an item.
I was disappointed as I received the wrong toilet. I called customer svc not knowing how the return process would go. I was a first time customer. I had the good fortune of reaching Ercel. He immediately apologized & assured me he would take care of it. Ercel was friendly & professional and did exactly what he promised. I will buy from PlumbersStock again. Thank you Ercel !!
After waiting over a year for my Ebony Pedestal sink, I gave up on ever receiving it. I eventually looked elsewhere (EBAY) and found a Ebony Pedestal sink. Ironically, the sink came from Plumbestock.com. I called to confirm that they had this sink available, and spoke to a representative by the name of Deane Bandoy. She was so helpful and patient with me and was able to order this sink. Thank GOD!! Good customer service is hard to find these days. Your company is lucky to have her. Thanks again.
I waited a month for the order to be delivered. One month after ordering the seller cancelled the order by sending the following email: "This email is to inform you that your PlumbersStock.com order ******** has been canceled. Please be advised that it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your account." Then I received another automated email a few days later asking me to leave a good review for them.
After receiving an email that the item ordered was no longer available/discontinued, I called and asked that they cancel our order and not replace it with any other "like" item. Customer Service was very helpful and immediately cancelled our order. Cancellation notice was already received in my inbox before we got off the phone. I appreciated her help very much.
I ordered a Delta faucet plate for a specific faucet and did not realize only one unit was in the order. Since I needed a pair, my plumber had them in stock and installed them the same day. I called Plumbers Stock to return the one I bought and they accepted my request. I paid a 10% restock fee and return postage. Great customer service for my mistake. Thank you.
Frank was so helpful over the phone when I needed to make a correction to my order placed yesterday (the incorrect order was my fault). Frank was friendly and professional. He truly went above and beyond and was able to correct the order without any hassle on his end even though the order error was my fault. I will do business with PlumbersStock again because of Frank and their fantastic customer service! Many companies could learn a lot from the customer service representatives at PlumbersStock. This is where you want to do business!
We are a small GC in New York City, and we'd like to give a big thanks to customer service representative Ercel, who helped us when one of our critical orders was damaged in transit (a porcelain toilet). A quick phone call followed by an email with a few photos was all it took - as it should. Plumbers Stock also has competitive pricing on hard-to-find fixtures from Toto.
