Good service, easy ordering and quick delivery.
The part I wanted was easy to identify on the Plumbworld site, ordering was straightforward and delivery was free, even to (NI).

Plumbworld’ offer matched my requirements when planning a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. We needed every bathroom item from thermostatic shower, shower tray and enclosure to wc, sink basin etc and even down to shower caddy and safety grab rail. What Plumbworld offered were well known makes/models and at competitive prices. Also the free delivery made my purchases even more attractive.

The price of the shower was very good---the cheapest I found. The product itself is excellent ( Triton Silent power shower ). The customer service was good----apart from the fact I was told that the pipe ends were in the box, and they weren't. I had to go out and buy a pair.

Excellent service, next day delivery very reasonable. The mirror the Alpine Spectro looks beautiful in my new bathroom. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is for the price I paid. Beautifully packed. I was kept informed of its delivery right to the time of its arrival which was early. Recommending Plumworld to my friends already.

I had been looking for a small corner bathroom cabinet and came across one on
Plumbworld which fitted my requirements. Order was processed quickly and cabinet arrived within timescales and met my requirements. Installers duly fitted and it provides us with the extra storage, at eye level, that we wanted. Happy to use and recommend Plumbworld.

Ordered a spare part for a plinth heater having spent a long time verifying that it was the correct part. The part listed on the website matched the make, model and version of my heater. When the part arrived it didn't fit and was obviously never going to fit so was not accurately described on the website.
PlumbWorld wouldn't help me with a return or refund and instead sent me to the supplier. Nearly 3 weeks later and I'm still chasing up a refund and had to argue that I shouldn't have to pay postage to return a part that was not as described. I returned the part unused, still in its original packaging and have only been given a partial refund. The part is still incorrectly listed on the website.
Pretty abysmal service all round and I won't be using them again.

Competitively priced and was kept up to date with delivery. Unfortunately the waterfall tap was faulty, however, a 5 star rating is still given due to the customer service received. I completed the on-line form and was emailed straight away and a replacement arrived 2 days later, which works perfectly. Thank you Plumbworld, I would highly recommend and will use in future.

We had hoped to buy the items needed from a shop and come away with them but this was more difficult than expected. I came across Plumbworld and having read reviews, put a couple of orders in within a short time because the prices were competitive and they had a better selection . I liked that you could choose the delivery date and this was reliable. We had an issue with one item that arrived damaged and was expecting a battle but needn’t have worried. Having followed the process to report it, it was resolved very quickly and a replacement sent.

Fantastic customer service!! Reported a damaged sink and after sending a quick email with photos, a replacement was organised within a few hours. Awesome company who I highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future!!

Kept informed throughout about delivery, everything came undamaged when it said it would. I liked the fact that I was able to purchase the bath shower screen cheaper here than another place, which had the bath but didn't stock the screen. Not only is hat I was able to easily fill in a disabled VAT exemption form online. Which I couldn't do elsewhere.
Basically Plumbworld took the headache away from me with their so easy to order form. Brilliant.

Price changed on website as about to order online. Called customer services who said they could not honour the web price so purchased at higher price. That evening I rechecked the web price and it had been reduced again so felt aggrieved and cheated on the price. Also this shower may be a direct Triton replacement of previous model but it is a lot less powerful be warned as very disappointed with its power. Product arrived on time but no instructions included so had to search online for instruction manual.

Fast delivery and really nice delivery man who brought the goods indoors for me (unlike another online bathroom store!). I was really pleased with my order, part of which was a bath panel with storage access which is just brilliant in my small bathroom. I couldn't find one like it anywhere else. Would definitely order from this site again.

Exactly the product I needed and at the cheapest price. Signed Delivery was quick and on time. Only issue was the order confirmation email took a few hours coming through and I was about to call customer services.

Website terrible for online payment , ended up having to pay over the phone.
Next day delivery. Nope. Four days late.
Basin of poor cast. Numerous attempts to get it to hold water.
Complaint made regarding deliver and case opened. No feedback what so ever.

I ordered a Mira logic shower head from you and the first one leaked from all the holes when I had it on the middle setting after a lot of explaining to your customer service team they sent me another one that was exactly the same so I got my neighbour to try it on his shower and it was exactly the same so I was told you would get on to Mira and someone would get me back to me so far after a week nobody from your company has replied to me I’m afraid this is not acceptable it would be nice for someone from Plumbworld to get back to me but I’m not holding my breath.
