Excellent service and easy to buy an online term insurance, love it now that policyme doesn’t deal what 3rd parties insurance companies, that’s the reason I didn’t get it a year ago.

I answered questions for my girlfriend when she wasn't around and since our responses didn't match up now you are giving her a hard time and have cancelled her coverage. Making her jump through hoops just to get coverage is uncalled for.

Pricing and info was easy to access and straightforward, overall process was good but only having a credit card option could be improved most people I would think want auto bank withdrawals. Also flexibility to be able to choose when the payments renew would also be more convenient.

Well, the process is still not hassle-free to be honest but I think the hassle is in the nature of this product not the PolicyMe process. In comparison with other big insurance companies that I have had experience with, the process is way better. Unbelivably, some big companies (like manulife) still send and receive documents via mail only and almost nothing is online. Their underwriting process is not consistent. The customer service is so bad. But PolicyMe is super good and helpful specially when it comes to customer service. They are fast and helpful no matter how you contact them (sms, email, phone) they always respond very quickly and accurately.

I stumbled across this site on a google search and the process turned out to be very easy and straight forward and the rate is much better than other places I got quotes from.
