Terrible service. Called numerous times to check on order that kept stating online was still not shipped. No one answers phone or emails. Cancelled order after receiving overnite from other company and was told already processed, then received it and could not even return for a refund.

Very pleased with my orders (2) from PoolZoom. One small issue on a pool cleaner part. The screws were standard fine thread and the receiving nuts were metric. A quick trip to the hardware store and all is well. I will continue to shop at Pool Zoom in the future.

I had my filter strainer crack from the cold storm we had in Texas since I forgot to drain it before the storm. I ordered a new one from Poolzoom and installed it with ease. It was a perfect match and now Im back in business. Thanks Poolzoom!

Pool Zoom sent the product in a timely manner. However, we needed to return the item which had not even been opened. It was a $345 item, so although PoolZoom did take it back, they took off for shipping (which I totally understand) but also a 10% restocking fee of $34.60. So, whatever you do, do not buy any item you think might have to be returned because you will lose your $. Crooks! My item was perfectly fine to resell.
They are also very hard to get a hold of! Leave a message with returns dept and they NEVER call you back. You have to call again and again to try to reach someone to get an RMA number to even do a return.

I received my Hayward Control Valve sooner than expected. I replaced my old leaking valve the next day and it solved the problem, It was easy to install and the new control valve works better than the old valve ever worked. If your control valve is leaking or hard to turn, order a new Hayward control vale from PoolZoom; you will be glad you did.

I needed a filter pump housing after TX winter storm. Customer service found the part, sent the link to purchase and shipped quickly. 5 stars. Thank you Poolzoom.

The parts arrived quickly but were the wrong size. Advertised by Hayward (the manufacturer) as the standard size for all H series pumps, heaters and filters, but doesn't fit the Hayward H400 gas pool heater. Coordinating the return now.

Customer service was awesome, helped us find product more suited to our needs that actually cost less. Product came fast and works great. This company is trustworthy and awesome.

Ordered a product from this company and then PoolZoom did not send the product out. They talked about a 3rd party overseer and asked for more information. I tried calling and could not get through. I tried responding to emails and could not get through. I'm in the pool industry and If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. There are many companies out there that appreciate your business this is not one of them. I never right bad reviews but this company has upset me soo much that I just had to. Don't even waste your time.

I recently used Pool Zoom for the 1st time. I was unsure of the part I needed so customer service offered to do some research and get back to me. PoolZoom emailed me the next day and I placed my order. Delivery of my order was exactly on the date anticipated and the part(s) were exactly what I needed to complete my Spring start up project.

I bought the turtle pool sweeper. It does not work right. When I reached out to them, I got nothing back from them. I am still paying on a hunk of junk and I will never buy from them again!

I am a prime member at Amazon, shipping is included for prime member. Obviously you tried to keep all the money first. When I complained via Amazon first you gave $24.17 out of $80.58 back, then I called Amazon and one week later pool Zoom gave another $34.53 back. So what you are trying to do exactly? Maybe pool zoom expects customer give up and forget about their money? Now you still have to refund me another $21.88. I have already opened a dispute with my credit card. I continue following up until I get all my money back.

Have spent days and countless hours trying to correct errors created by their faulty website. Now wrestling with impossible return process made harder by Poolzoom's lack of responsiveness.

The pricing was very good but, the delivery was two days late and was not in time for my weekend events that needed that part installed in order to happen.

Looking at your reviews makes me suspect ot order other more valuable items in the future! Looks like you need to clean up your act!

Ordered a wrong part, immediately realized. Sent cancellation, sent second with invoice once generated, sent me notice next day can't cancel an order once tag created. Tried to explain FedEx has number just for that. Contacted charge not even in system yet, contacted FedEx we need to hear from them. Found local outlet PoolZoom do business with as wholesale distributor, 22 miles away, can't help has to come from them. Called back asked for manager asked if working from home or office. Argued put me on hold and 3 seconds hung up, multiple attempts to resolve. Now instead of charging more they get no sale and an unhappy zoommpool supply customer, they are in Texas y'all. Strongly advise checking prices and shop another vendor not customer oriented company in my opinion.
