Our conveyancer was very pleasant but I always had to do the pushing and getting things moving. They had my house purchase ready for 8 months. I informed them of the exchange date. My conveyancer didn’t tell me she would be on holiday. Nobody could get a manager - apparently they have to have 24 hours notice!! Our house exchange is now in jealousy. Such incompetence at every level. This is on top of already losing one property mostly due to the months they were offline due to hacking. Judging by the other poor reviews this is not a company that is bothered enough to improve their service or customer relations.
Truly dreadful, everything that could go wrong did, please ignore all the fake reviews (they are the 5 star ones that always mention someone by name, I would like to thank ******** for the excellent service) absolutely rubbish, surely the must be printing their qualifications of the internet
Every word that falls in place with Disappointing. Poor service from start to finish. Huge time delays on work being completed. Lack of responses to queues submitted. AVOID is my advice!
Have seen some poor reviews on here however apart from a couple of issues my experience was pretty good,very pleasant whenever I rang and Hayley was really helpful in the days before exchange of contracts,
Do not give them your business! You'll risk losing your money, time and patience as they are inebt amateurs.

They again cheated me and took my money. They were suppose to register my house with land registry which they forgot to do before. They should have not charged as the payment was already made before. But they asked me to pay again which I paid but did not give me the receipt of it but I got the proof as I did bank transfer.
Now again another solicitor who was dealing with our case has left the company and no body in this company now knows what’s happening with our lease extension. Our mortgage offer got ended but they have no time to respond to my emails, or answer my calls. Everyday my husband calls ten to twelve times and they always say somebody will call you and never get the call back.
I wrote email to the company partner Mr Hernak Singh long before and he has not replied yet. I think he is only interested in taking new case, take their fees and leave them in half way.
When my husband send the message on face to Mr Martin Boniface ( partner and head of family department) he said, don’t message me.
When message was send second time he is said it’s delay from land registry. I think he doesn’t even know what’s going on with our case.
The last solicitor who was dealing with our case has asked us to sign the form and send to Mr James (solicitor who just left) which is still with us and how don’t know whom to send this form.
We were told that the lady named Serena Kand will take over. We tried calling her several time but did not get any response and when we got hold of her told, she said she doesn’t know anything about this file.
We are having sleepless nights as out mortgage offer has ended and this people have no time for us. They have time only when they want time. They take weeks to sort out a small query.
We our going through this since six months. I have lost patience and going to take it further no matter whatever cost me.
I would suggest please please please never use this company or recommend anyone.

Absolutely appalling. They have completely failed to respond to correspondence. We have had to resend paperwork and have had to keep sending the same information. Due to their poor correspondence, both our buyer and seller have threatened to pull out. Unable to phone them and have been requesting a phone call for the last three weeks - they are risking our sale falling through. Disgraceful.
These were the sellers solicitor when we were buying. Very slow, kept emailing the wrong email address, and nearly caused the whole deal to fall apart.
We’ve been advised that PPL are a “solicitor factory” - each time you call you will speak to someone new. Different teams will be responsible for different tasks and there’s no continuity. They’re not even cheaper!! They pay mortgage providers and estate agents for recommendations in order to win business. Most won’t recommend because they only get paid when the sale completes.
The App makes the whole process transparent - vast improvement on the old 'closed ranks' way! Set price a definite plus and really speedy completion and funds transfer.
My son has been trying to buy a property for six months now with your firm and I would like to say how useless you are, you don't even deserve one star, I give you zero star. He now has to re apply for a mortgage at extra cost for him because you don't do your job properly and it takes you ages to do a simple task. I am pretty sure you wont be slow to ask for your money! You need to be sacked.
