I gave up begging them to take my money
I've never seen a company that worked so hard not to make a sale. Premium Poly Patios won't return phone calls or emails, and the one chat I experienced was with someone who wasn't even in sales. I was ready to order, and no one would answer or return my calls. I spent more than $4,000 with someone else. If their service is so poor before the sale, I can't imagine how bad it gets after the sale.

Sitting in a pile on the ground for at least a month...
The first set took 3 and a half months to get after ordered and we love the stuff. Very expensive. So, we ordered more...
Waited 2 months for several thousands of dollars worth of patio furniture- then finally got them un-assembled with no screws to put together, I contacted them to send screws and received and email saying Premium Poly Patios would send them - a month later - no screws. Thousands of dollars sitting on the ground un -assembled... Called again and we'll see if we get screws this time or not...

I have not had a good experience with this company. I first ordered a table and chairs set and it came rather quick, however we did not like the chairs. We sent back the chairs, kept the table and order another set of chairs. I used one credit card to place the first order and another card to place the second order. Both my card numbers were stolen. I called the company and Premium Poly Patios said they would look into it and call me back. No one did. Then we ended up receiving a duplicate order of the chairs. I called right away to let them know. They told me they would have someone call me back to pick up the duplicate order. No one did. So I called again a week later. The woman on the phone told me the chairs would be picked up the next day. They weren't. I called again a few days later and they told me they will pick them up the next day. I will not be calling again. Everytime I called I also asked about the refund on my chairs that I had to send back and everytime they tell me someone will get back to me. And no one ever calls back. I will never order from this company again. They don't seem to have any regard for their customers.

No Response, Only Received Part of Order
Placed an order in August 2020. The conversation set piece that we purchased we received really fast. We love the set and it looks great in our backyard. The problem is the dining set we purchased which says shipped is actually not shipped at all. I called last week and out of frustration hit 0 on the phone, well I actually got someone. I was informed that my order would not ship until Dec 3rd. Ok, that is fine, I get it that things have been difficult with COVID. The problem I have is that my CC has been charged for the full order even though I haven't received the most expensive set I ordered. I have tried calling, emailing, etc. as I filled out the CC authorization form for them to credit my CC and recharge me once the product ships. I have heard nothing. Please beware when ordering!

Horrible experience
We ordered from their 3 week delivery items however it took over 4 MONTHS for delivery! The customer service was horrible. No phone contact (due to Covid!?) and emails went unanswered. It wasn't until I emailed that I wanted to cancel my order that I got any attention. All the sudden my shipment was coming. However, it arrived missing an item! Then it took several more weeks to get that item. Premium Poly Patios still have their 3 week delivery listed on their website! They refunded 10% of my order, but I would NEVER have ordered from them if I had known it was going to take that long!

Able to find products easily enough
Able to find products easily enough... Found that some of the Dimension information was incomplete on some of the products... Found that you invited me to chat... but when I initiated chat, the system told me that no one was available at this hour... Also the chat window lingered and obstructed the view of the color palette for one of the products I was ordering---and I couldn't see how to close the chat window. I was using an iPad. And so i switched to my Mac desktop computer... I would like to be able to view the entire product using the color I chose. You offer a kind of color swatch for each color option----but I would love to see the chosen color applied to the photo of the entire product...

Major problem has not been access to anyone to have...
Major problem has not been access to anyone to have questions answered before ordering. For instance, I DO NOT WANT an umbrella hole in my table and I have not been able to receive an answer as to whether this request can be honored or not. Also cannot receive clarification with respect to color options; i. E., when one chooses weatherwood-brown as the primary choice, is it still necessary to choose a slat color option.

Frustrating to work with!
I received a shipping notice that my ordered swings would be delivered. One arrived two weeks ago but still no sign of other ones. The company website shows them shipped. FedEx says Premium Poly Patios can't help, I need to call Premium Poly. They aren't answering the phones and my many e-mails aren't being answered either. The auto return e-mails says they will respond in 3-4 business days - not true. It has been 13 days and still no swings, e-mails or calls back. Where are my swings? I have pushed every button on their phone tree and get no person and no return phone calls. SOOOO frustrated. Once I ever get this resolved, I won't recommend them to anyone.

Worst Customer Service
It is impossible to get a real person to talk to. I ordered two chairs, only received one, then told Premium Poly Patios lost it and would have to re-order it, and that would take another 7-9 weeks. I also tried to amend another order with 4 chairs and a table. They said that they could not amend the order, but assured me I would get it. Whoever is managing this place is very incompetent.

Should be zero stars
I wish I could tell you that the product was enough to make up for the world's worst service but since I never received it, I can't. Ordered over a month ago, no confirmation, no eta, no ship date, no response from anyone. Premium Poly Patios have "disconnected" their phone lines during these "unprecedented times." No response when you email them, open a help desk ticket (as they instruct you to do), online chat, facebook message, etc. nothing. But they were super quick to take my money the day I ordered. I have started the process to get my money back and will just have to find a reputable place to buy my patio furniture from. Maybe next year.

HORRIBLE! Scam!
I ordered 2 polywood loungers as quick ship in March (1-5 day ship time). A week after my order I was asked to change my order to a 6 to 8 weeks ship time. I was in no rush and stated that I was fine with the change. I should have cancelled my order. I am now on week 7 and have been asking for an update and no one is responding to my calls or emails. I have left voicemail messages and have sent 4 emails. Do not use this company!

Shipment missing pieces
We ordered the Lakewood round table and 4 chairs. When the shipment arrived, the table legs and hardware were missing. It has now been over 2 months and we are still waiting for replacement parts to be shipped. The company is not answering their phones but directing everything to their email. We did receive an email back that we would be notified when the legs ship, but since then we've heard nothing. We also never received any notification when the first round of shipments happened, so we had no idea when to expect things. At this point I'm not sure how much longer we will wait until we file a complaint with the BBB.

2 months still no chairs but they charge my card
I ordered these chairs 6/24/20 Premium Poly Patios charged my card immediately in full. These were supposed to be "quick ship" items then I get an email stating due to COVID production is running on extended times. Ok but why am I being charged? I sent an email asking them this. No response. They phone lines are turned off and CHAT will not work with existing orders I have sent a total of 5 emails with no response my last saying cancel this order and refund me. No response at all I still have a charge of just ended 800.00 on my credit card and no chairs 2 months later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Delay after Delay after Delay after Delay
My wife and I ordered a chair as a gift 4 months ago. We heard it would be shipped in two weeks. Then two more weeks. Then two more weeks. Then "not sure when". It's now been over 4 months and now Premium Poly Patios say they don't have a clue when it will be shipped. What a joke. I'm trying to convince my wife to cancel the order, but she had the patience of Job. STAY AWAY until these guys get their act together, which might be never.

It truly does not get any worse than this
My Order problem with this company started on April 8,2020. I cancelled part of my order due to delays and the one remaining item was a Amish Poly Planter Bench. Due to an error by customer service, the remaining order which was the bench, was cancelled and after numerous live chats, attempts at phone calls and emails, I was informed that the Amish Bench would have to be put back into production and would ship on May 20. That ship date did not happen And with no notification, a bench arrived on May 27,2020. The bench arrived scratched, filthy dirty, without hardware to put together, no predrilled holes in the planter portion and no instructions. I notified via email immediately that the bench was unacceptable and unusable and appeared to be someone's return or an outside display and that I wanted a replacement and Premium Poly Patios would need to arrange a pickup. I only received the stock reply emails back of "our Production Dept. is working on it" and as of this day (June 29,2020), there is no resolve from Premium Poly Patio. I have also contacted my credit card company. Go to their website and look at their "Money Back Guarantee'. The page is blank.

Don't bother!
It really doesn't even deserve a star... Don't waste your time ordering from this company! Premium Poly Patios have the most awful customer service I have ever experienced! Kept being told I would be called back with order details after going round & round for 3 weeks & was never called back even from Kayla who is supposedly a manager there! Save yourself some stress & find a better company to order from!

TERRIBLE SERVICE
Ordered 4/1/21. Got a confirmation with delivery date of 5/27/21. After no communication from them I called to check on order. Premium Poly Patios don't answer calls do I emailed... no response three times. Finally got hold of a chat rep on web sight while checking on my order. Was told It was taking 20 weeks to get orders. When i told her i had gotten a delivery date that had already past she immediately logged off chat with no answer or response. Yet they have already charged my credit card! Wish I had done more research before purchasing, they defiantly would not have gotten my business.

Extremely Lacking in the"Customer Support" arena
I ordered product almost 3 weeks ago (1/4/20) and no updates received from the company. I've called and left voice messages for the Order Team, sent chat messages for Customer Specialists (no one logs into the chat sessions), and I've called at different times throughout the day and week - routed to voice mail...
When I checked my order status online, it indicated it's in production... how long does production actually take? It would be nice to hear something vs. nothing! Premium Poly Patios have the money but it's up to me to chase them down and it's frustrating, to say the least... I hate being a PIA, unfortunately, that's the only recourse left to me. Yeah like that's Customer Service... When something is BROKE it NEEDS TO BE FIXED...

$3000 worth of Patio Furniture - Nowhere to be seen no response as to where it is
Have not received my 3K order that I placed on June 15th. Sent multiple emails to customer service to find out where my furniture is. Have received one email stating it was shipping out last week. Sent another email asking about status of order. No answer. Not answering phone calls. I am very close to calling my credit card company and cancelling the order. There was no anticipated ship or lead times made known to me at time of order. I am very upset at the basic lack of customer service
