I've been ordering from Prendas for many years, I have always had prompt receipt of good quality clothes.
Of course the real test of a business is what happens when things go wrong. This recently happened when I was sent a product of the wrong colour (I ordered red and was sent orange). The returns procedure was simple and the correct item was swiftly despatched - excellent service.
