Great product, good delivery time as far as Canada Post goes. I love these coffee cups because they are lighter than other comparable insulated cup products and the colours are very interesting.

This was my first time ordering from PRFO and I was impressed. They have the best prices,b their products are high quality and their site is easy to use. It took a little longer than I expected for the order to arrive, maybe 5-7 business days but overall I was very happy

Got a pair of Etnies Jameson Eco 2 shoes from PRFO Sports and I couldn’t have been happier! I searched across Canada online and coast to coast PRFO was the best price! Not only that, but within 2-3 days I had them sitting on my door step in Ontario!

Very competitive prices. Fast shipping. Things are well packaged. However, the taxes arent correct - I live in BC and the tax here for children clothing is 5%, but the company charged 12 or 13%, Quebec’s tax rate instead (where the company is based in).

The item ordered was well packaged.
I have deducted 1/2 star because my credit card was charged immediately upon placing order even though the item did not ship for a week. ( the other 1/2 deduction)

Excellent products. And excellent service. Only constructive feedback would be perhaps add some more resources to get things shipped a bit quicker. It's so valuable to buy and support locally.

PRFO sports has a hard-to-find slingback Chuck Taylor sneaker and I love them so much I wish they had them in white as well as black. Oh so comfortable, great price and super fast shipping.

I bought easily on the website. The shipping has been prepared very rapidly with a tracking number to follow the package. Overall, it was a good experience and I would buy again at this place.

I bought a Rock Brothers bike pump. Very good product and I am very pleased with the price and product.
One small black spot was that I ordered it on a Sunday evening and I did not receive it until a week Wednesday from that day. Canada Post did not leave the unit at my door and wanted a signature so I had to go to a local post office to pick it up.

I am always careful ordering from online, but I took a chance with PRFO, and I am very glad that I did. My sunglasses were on sale, and came in perfect condition. Quick shipping! I had even sent out an emial for my order confirmation and received an email very quickly.

Fast shipping, and got my order. Really only issue which is pretty minor is it looked like the bike pedals may have been used, as they were out of their packaging and had a few scuffs.

shipped to bc fast this company rocks. ordered same jacket for women diffenebt store as didnt have size and paid almost 100$ more same jacket only down side was post man just dropped outside with out signature

After receiving a pair of Grup slippers for Christmas I have worn them every day since. They are the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. Bought a family member a pair for her May birthday and she concurs with me.

Love this company. My sandals arrived promptly exactly as described. Loved the Kalahari Birkenstock sandals. Unfortunately they were too small and I had removed the tags and threw away the box in my excitement to receive them but , oh well!
This company can be trusted for sure and I will order again!

Responsive customer service that was able to answer my questions. Ordered a bike and it clearly stated that bicycles had to be picked up from the store (no shipping available). However, once the bike was ordered, it did appear based on the language and statements in the confirmations that the bike was going to be delivered. I think this might be something that needs to be setup properly on the Shopify platform.
