I had an issue with a mistakenly purchased voucher and I used the webchat to ask for a refund.
Angelina the customer support agent was very helpful and she initiated the refund process. It was easy and rather seamless.
I will update further if I do/do not receive the refund.

Kayla was helpful in her response. Though it makes no sense to me that a company would ship products via untrackable service. I've never heard of that before. I'll hold out final judgement on everything if I receive my order on time as promised.

I was having problems placing my order but Angelina came to my rescue in an online chat and was excellent. She resolved the issue and stayed with me until I had completed the process, which was very reassuring. Great customer service. Thank you Angelina.

Printerpix has gone above and beyond to help with my issue. My first order was sent to the wrong place by UPS. It was supposed to go to Canada but it went to Florida instead!!! Printerpix (although a little slow responding to emails)acknowledged the issue and Victor in customer support got it replaced and redelivered for me. Victor, you are a legend and I really appreciate your assistance. I would definitely recommend Printerpix to all my friends and family.

Having received the two photo books I ordered, one proved to be perfect the other had a printing defect repeated on every other page. However Angelina resolved the problem very efficiently and a replacement copy will arrive soon!

Na een lange weg van chatten is het eindelijk gelukt om mijn grouponcode in te wisselen en mijn bestelling te plaatsen.
De 5 sterren zijn voor Kayla, Loracio van Kallen en Peter Reese (als ik mij goed herinner) die mij hebben geholpen om te bestellen.

Angelina was very helpful with my query. There are various ways to contact the company which is great but she was on the live messaging and sorted my query out very efficiently and quickly. I have used Printerpix in the past and I am very impressed with their support.

I have used this company for years and always have loved their work. This time I had a problem after I checked out. I emailed them on a Saturday, And Kayla emailed me back the same day even though they’re closed Saturdays and Sundays. She was most helpful in correcting the problem and making sure I was satisfied.

I have used printerpix for over 10 years . Always had excellent service . When my latest book was damaged in transit , a email was responded to by kayla immediately and a new book was despatched immediately . Thankyou , that’s good customer service !!!

I had previously ordered 3 photo albums and needed to order 2 more when I discovered the project was gone. Kayla was very helpful in retrieving the deleted project. She was also able to help me apply some Groupon codes to my new order. Overall, Kayla was quick and professional, making the process fast and easy. Ratings apply to prior delivery of albums.

The project creation process was fine. My Groupon code did not work, and the first customer service rep I chatted with was not understanding what I was concerned about after almost 30 minutes of online chat. He finally referred me to a supervisor who handled it in about 2 minutes.

Ik heb onlangs 3 coupons via Groupon gekocht en wilde 3 identieke fotoboeken. Helaas moet je dan 3 aparte bestellingen doen. Echter tijdens de betaling liep alles vast. Ik heb toen opnieuw betaald maar weer liep het vast.
Uiteindelijk was er 3 x betaald voor 1 boek.
Maar Kayla heeft me heel goed geholpen en als het goed is, krijg ik nu 3 identieke boekjes toegestuurd.
De service tot nu toe is helemaal top!!
