We have the space saving treadmill that folds up. We went for this option because our space is limited. It has been a real life saver after my husbands work gym was shut down. He has really enjoyed getting a little cardio in each day. I love to run and walk and this has been by far the best option for us! Even my kids have found the treadmill fun and easy to use. It's kept us all active.

I could t wait to received my ProForm elliptical. After using one in a gym and doing research I settled on the perfect one. I was so happy to see if arrived with everything individual wrapped and secured. Setting it up was super easy due to the easy manual and the QR code to additional instructions. We did contact and customer service was very helpful and took her time answering our questions. I received a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Great quality this company provides. I have the spine bike thay has a 22inch screen attached. Almost everything is made from metal. It came with 2 3lb weights. The delivery service and customer service are extremely nice and friendly. When the designes the bike Pro-Form really thought everything through to make it easy to put together. Everything was labeled with right or left. Also which step a product will be used. The only additional thing I needed was a screwdriver.

My ProForm Elliptical arrived nicely packaged and each piece was clearly marked. It took my husband and I about 1 hour to assemble. The end product is so solid and sturdy. You can feel how smooth each glide feels and its sturdy construction makes you feel safe with every step. I have really enjoyed my new elliptical and even more, the interactive workouts you can do while using the iFit app. I am so pleased with the quality of this product. I've been following the tv ads for Pro-Form for a long time but never invested in one until now. We have a small home and with kids it feels even smaller. I never though we could fit workout equipment in our home until I found this compact unit. The treadmill has everything you'd expect from a company like Pro-Form - great customer service and solid equipment with ease of use. Product arrived nicely packaged with plenty of protection and in perfect shape. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow with minimal parts to be put together. Performs quietly and even tho compact still gives all the normal functions of a treadmill. I received a discount on this product for my honest review.

The spin bike I received was great quality and super simple to put together. I would say it is easier with two people to help lift and lock in place the seat and handle pieces. It took my husband and I less than an hour to build. I was sent this item in exchange for my unbiased opinion after having some time to experience it with a few work outs. I loved being able to finally work out from home. The petals definitely need some shoes although looks like you can replace them if preferred. Overall great quality item and made for a great workout.

The elliptical machine I got was easy to set up. Its compatible with the iFIT program. I downloaded the iFIT app without any problems. The machine is compact so it fits great in my small home. I like how the display and buttons are easy to use and to understand. The stride is comfortable and smooth I'm really impressed with how challenging this compact machine is. We purchased this ProForm 22 bike last January (1/2021), and it broke after the first use.
I have been on the phone dozens of times with a promise for parts originally in 7-10 business
Days. Now almost 6 months has gone by, and we still have not received the all of the parts.
We wanted to return the unit, but were told that would cost $400. The worst part is, because
We took financing with a TD Loan, and are not making payments until we have a working bike,
Our credit score has dropped over 200 points. Looking at getting a lawyer, small claims court,
Or the better business bureau to help us out of this bad situation. Buyer beware.

So happy when my proform treadmill arrived. Easy to put together and getting the exercise program on my phone was fast and simple. This is a good built treadmill and love the safety features. It's light enough to move around and to fold up and lock it for space saving. So quiet and runs great. It's comfortable to run on with low impact. Working out at home has been awesome since I just had my first child. Now I don't have to worry about packing her up and paying for a gym membership. I was given this treadmill at a discount for my unbiased opinion. And I'm loving this piece of equipment.

Christmas gift for my wife gone terribly wrong!
We purchased this bike and it arrived non-functioning. I spent hours on the phone with different departments trying to get a replacement part. Pro-Form told me I could watch a YouTube video to install it myself and I told them they were crazy, that they have to send a tech because it's under warranty! After going round and round, they finally scheduled the technician. He came out after the part
arrived and immediately said this is the wrong part. I spent many more hours on the phone with them trying to get the right part and after waiting several weeks (everything is back ordered and the first couple of CSR's didn't bother to tell me that but one of them finally accidentally let it slip), I decided to return the bike. That took several weeks to happen and now it's been more than a month that they've had the bike in their possession and they still have not refunded my money. I have called multiple times to ask about my refund. After more than 30 days in their possession, the CSR told me today that he'll put me on a hot list and I'll have my refund in 7 to 10 days. Seriously?
I would not buy anything from this company again ever.
RUN AWAY! And buy that popular bike that they advertise on TV.

I have the proform treadmill which I absolutely love and think was the decision I have made. I got this because I have not been going to the gym due to covid precautions and needed something to use at home. However, I live in a one bedroom apartment and have very limited space. The treadmill is compact and folds up to allow for me to utilize when needed but also, not have to take up too much space! I contacted customer service during set up because I could not figure out how to set it up manually, I was barely on hold before I was connected to an agent and Pro-Form guided me very quickly and I was off the phone within 10 minutes from start to finish. Was very impressed with the customer service I experienced!

I have a ProForm Pro C22 Bike from Icon Health and Fitness - Proform division. I love this thing. The bike is very very nice. It is larger than I expected and so much heavier than I expected. I feel so steady on this bike. My old one would move a lot when just sitting and spinning. This one has very little movement and it has toe cages which make me feel even safer. I love the quality of the peddles. Pro-Form are so strong and spikey. You don't slip easily. Icon has been very easy to work with. I received a product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I did receive FREE iFit for a full year with my bike.

I received a Pro-Form spin bike and have really enjoyed mixing up my work outs. I generally run on treadmill but was looking for something to help break up the same work outs day in and day out. Received it and me and my 9 year old were able to put it together in about 1 hour time. Pretty straight forward instructions. I did purchase a different seat as I've got a bigger booty;-). So I ordered this a year ago. I used it 5x's because of life. Let me tell you proform will never get business from me again and I encourage anyone to stay away. So I'm outside of labor warranty no problem. Pro-Form told me to test the Reed switch which I did moving it 1/8th inch at a time. Rpm still doesn't work which controls the machine. Ive called customer service for months. First 2 times waited over an hour and was told they couldn't hear me and they hung up. Now I follow there advise and now they say they can't send me parts that are covered under warranty to fix my machine without paying 159 dollars for a tech to verify. This machine was already 1100 bucks and is a useless paper weight and proforms customer service is worst then that.

I purchased a Proform Elliptical, and feel it was a lifesaver during Covid! The gyms were closed for a big part of the pandemic, and I honestly didn't feel safe going back to the gym. It was great to have a high-quality machine in the safety of my home with fantastic classes and trainers. So many levels and challenges to choose from, the options are endless. I'm a stay-at-home mom, to three kids and cant afford to not get healthy! I received a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Must have! I do not regret leaving my gym and working out at home with my iFit trainers. This is not only a way to stay in shape but so much fun while doing it. The equipment is great and arrived quickly. I'm really enjoying my live sessions. The app is really cool and you can basically take your trainer everywhere you go! I purchased a Power Tower from Pro-Form a couple of months ago and it has been a great addition to my workouts. It came with good directions for assembly, but I'm terrible with directions. Lol. I called customer service and Pro-Form had me fixed up in no time. Assembly was really fast and easy. Me and my teenage son put it together in maybe 30 minutes. I was afraid it might be wobbly, but it's really sturdy. Great for pull ups, chin ups and leg lifts. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbiased opinion.

I set up my elliptical on my owl within an hour and a half. I had a small issue with the machine not sending data to my phone, so I contacted customer service and Pro-Form responded quickly and fixed the problem with just one communication. They were very polite and courteous and I was very pleased with the outcome. The machine works great now and I am enjoying my usage! I ordered an elliptical in January 2021, Pro-Form said it would ship in early February. I call in late February asking what's going on, they tell me everything is back-ordered and it will ship in early April. I'm annoyed at the lack of communication about this, but I say okay thanks. I call back today (mid-April) to ask what the heck is going on, and the guy tells me that my order was cancelled during my last call. WHAT?! I spoke to someone in shipping - how would they cancel it? Why didn't I get any sort of confirmation email? I've been waiting 4 months for a machine that was never coming. Ridiculously unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

I have had my Pro-Form 5000 for 1 month. I did not purchase the white glove delivery option but in hindsight should have. The boxed treadmill weighed 300lbs and took some doing to get into the house. Make sure you have a team to get it from the curb into the house if you do not purchase the upper level delivery options. It was fairly easy to assemble. I have enjoyed the online workouts, I have only tried the running workouts. The videos are well done and the trainers are interesting. I don't like that the warm up and cool down are not calculated in my total distance or time however. Some of the on screen buttons are small and difficult to select while running, you have to stop in order to select at times. It is an overall solid machine and I do recommend it.
