Beyond horrible service. The worker “Alex” has to be the worst customer service worker I’ve ever ran into in my entire life. He falls onto “the manager is not online” and will run that line for days on end to avoid setting an issue. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I had a minor issue with the Verification Process during checkout, but I suspect this had to do with my device - a cell phone - being a bit outdated. I also believe that the online Verification Process software is more compatible with newer devices, like newer cell phones than the older device I used. Overall, I am very satisfied with the first service I received from Probmas.

Bur Probemas did a great job once again. The live-chat agent told me to keep the communication through the website’s chat instead of ingame and meet him in a low-player based world reducing the risk to get caught significantly.

Asked for work on my hcim and for starters they lost its hc status, i told them to continue as regular iron, progress was extremely slow for what was asked, over 2 months in not even close to being done, continious periods of no work being completed on account, dont pay them to train your account its a waste of time. Im rune tier member of their site and i wont be returning.
