Yall should verify that someone is really died because on my report it states that my grandmother passed away in 2015 and she is still alive and it states that my grandpa is alive and he passed away sone years back to be very honest that hurts. Forgot this site nothing in my report was right except for my address and my old cell phone

The person I was trying to find out about was arrested and has a felony conviction and has served prison time, but none of this came up on my report. This person was arrested on 1/17/2020, but no record shows up. This service is not worth anything. No help at all.

Since the pandemic I've been trying to find a house to rent and I keep Getting denied I couldn't figure out why I hear so many different things from Several creditors so decided to find out on my own came across public information services and got the answers I needed. Hard to believe that something that happened 19 years ago is being held against me even though it clearly says it was acquitted... Thank you public information service

Information is not super up to date. I did a search for myself and Public Info Services have me listed as residing at an address I haven't lived at since 2012.

I know arrests are public info and can't find most recent one on the person I'm doing background check on and SHE told me about it! You need more recent everything.

Your way off on almost every search. One close friend died in 2008. You show it perfectly, except you have her working and starting a corporation in 2019? She'd been dead for eleven year's. Also you have her ex husband's home address at my office. He worked for me but didn't live in my office. Other than not paying attention to detail? Your doing a great job.

This isn't accurate charges for 2014 on my records but this is in Omaha and I've lived in Iowa my whole life. Not sure if its your website or if this is something I need to address with a lawyer...

I don't think everything is accurate as I know someone who got a house foreclosed in and it wasn't listed under his name. I also know someone who was arrested for 7 days a few months ago amd that's not under his record either. So I don't know if I can trust the information as it doesn't seem 100% accurate.

Not what I paid for! Can't get even accurate email info and I know for a fact he's on dating sites as well as numerous social website's. So far haven't learned anything I didn't ALREADY KNOW!

Disappointing. Couldn't find many people I had hoped to locate. My own info is incomplete; my son isn't even listed as a relative and yet you have my former daughter-in-law as a relative. My granddaughter isn't listed either. My brother's info doesn't include me as a relative.

There was no report at all for my deceased father although when conducting an initial search on this site, there was "a report found". Not so. SCAM!

There are names that aren't mine on my report. Pictures that aren't me attached to my email address. Drug charges and other crimes attached to my name that do not belong to me and committed in places I've never been. Names with pictures claiming to be me on my report and these people aren't the same race as I am. How in the world do I get this crop off of my report? This is horrible!

Not one person that I've looked up at you found a driver's license for at least four of them I know how driver's license but you're saying Public Info Services don't that is an issue

I typed in myself and no arrest records showed or charges, which I have several. Also the whole point was to check out my bf record and it didnt pull anything up either! Total waste of money and time

It is definitely not showing me everything that I know for a fact is there on these reports such as charges filed warrants evictions things like that that I think are very important

So far so good - only 1 day into the trial. You should ask this question like 3 days in. That would be a better representation of the user experience.

It's an amazing reference and does a great job of making sure you have the right person. Wish I could afford the monthly, I'd never get rid of it!

I got this so I could get proof of an old address and it's very difficult to get a print out with my main info along with a screenshot of my old address together it's just hard to get the information needed and print it out for myself to use for myself that's it thanks I'm not going to continue I'm canceling my subscription but thank you anyway I just didn't need all of that information I just needed an old address and it gives me too lol

Under my name Karen Carpe, the info for Auburn Washington has the wrong birthday for me. My birthday is May 20,1959 and I'm 61 yrs old. Other then that it is a great site.

Don't sign up unless you plan on using this for more than a month... Free trial actually cost... lol n if u do not cancel in time you are definitely on the hook for $30 so please don't even do the free trial / it's going to cost you if you do... use a prepaid card or a gift card that you're only going to use once and won't have money on it otherwise don't use your own account or they'll be in your bank account without you even knowing no emails are sent to you or anything as a courtesy but once you cancel Public Info Services already got your money so they're very nice on the phone but they already got your money in a legitimate sneaky way
