Punk Case

I ordered a case for a S20 and Punk Case sent me a case for a Google pixle 2. I called them and spoke with people after calling for 30 or so minutes she said no problem we'll send you the case out today at the latest tomorrow, and you send the incorrect case back to us when you get the right one. Sounds good so far!
2 days later I haven't received the email saying they had shipped my case, couldn't get in touch with them on the phone left 2 messages, then the next day I emailed them. Guess what they want me to now send them pictures showing I received the wrong case, of course I mean why not. So I sent them pictures with my order # and all of that and ask if they could ship my case out that day, they said of course we can.
Three days later I email them to check up and see if they had sent my case, cause again I received no email from them. Then they ask me to send them pictures again, then the same thing happened again because they said they do not sale a "metallic " Google Pixle 2... i never mentioned the color of the wrong case they sent me, I do not even know where they go that from.
They just emailed me 2 hours ago and said, "sure, we would love to get your correct case out to you, just send the incorrect case in to us and when we get it we will send you the correct one right out". Well it took them 5 business days to get the first one to me.
So I've been waiting on them to send me the correct case for 2 and a half weeks now with absolutely zero progress made now they are telling me it going to be another 2 weeks basically. While I'm walking around and using a phone with no case/no protection because I thought punkcase would be a good decision. All I can say is wow, if this is customer service no thank you punkcase. I'll be shopping somewhere else next time.

There are 4 colors to the product I bought which are white, red, blue, and grey. I ordered a blue phone holder which is clearly stated on both my invoice and order confirmation but received a gray one... 3 weeks later. The package was a cheap Chinese quality light box with dull writing and is not even sealed. I paid for customs as well. I am truly infuriated with this scam! It's like Punk Case deliver whatever they had in stock regardless of our order with zero care about the outcome. Judging from all the other reviews I'm reading I seriously doubt I'll get any form of compensation or refund.

The product was sent back on 26 February 2021, kept chasing them for refund for weeks, on 17 June Punk Case said refund has been issued, on 12 July they said it's in my bank account. Today is 5 October and zero money from them, nothing at all. I keep emailing them from time to time reminding them of my refund request and usually start my email with "Hey thieves". Last email was today, bty they stopped writing back long time ago.
Beware, the product is absolutely worthless, some cheap plastic shaped of mobile cover. If that's what you want, I can say you will find similar quality on the streets of your city for a tenth of their price. AVOID

Save ya money and go for something else. I received my case and was damaged the plastic film covering finger sensor is as about the same as glad wrap. Punk Case have offered to replace it if I send it back but this leaves my phone unprotected and dont have another case.it took about 4 weeks to arrive and is already showing th signs of its poor quality. The front is starting to scratch badly and the logo on the back has rubbed off i wouldent buy from them again and definitely don't want another one go life proof yes there pricy but they really last well. Absolute rubbish stay away from these cases and company.

If I could put a negative in rating i would the customer service is horrible I bought a i phone 12 Promax water proof ip68 case and it literally broke from the front plastic screen protector so I let them know and Punk Case took like 2 weeks to answer and then sended me a replacement and it was the wrong one so I let them know again that they sended me the wrong case and they made me send the 2 cases back and this time I even wrote instructions on what case they had to send me back and then they sended me the wrong case again for the 2 time it been 4 months and I still don't have the correct case this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO JOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE.

I ordered a battery pack for my Samsung S8. It took about 10 weeks to arrive. I needed a battery backup when travelling overseas, so I actually had to buy a 2nd one from another supplier because the Punk Case one had not arrived in time. (It arrived 4 weeks after I returned from OS).
When it did finally arrive it was faulty. I know this because the 2nd one I bought (which btw arrived in 1 week from Aus Power Banks) is identical and only cost a few dollars more.

I have contacted Punk Case twice now with no response. So I am $70+ out of pocket but I do have a handy door jam.

I would not recommend Punk Case at all. Spend a few extra dollars, get your product from a local supplier. It seems Punk Case are all made in the same China factory anyway.

Do not buy from Punk Cases under any circumstances!

I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus Waterproof Case for my husband in good faith from Punk Cases.

The phone case did not live up to its description. The case blocked part of the camera, distorted the users voice and certainly was not a snug/tight fit.

After finally receiving a response Punk Case advised me that they do not supply returns labels but if I seal the envelope, write return to sender on the envelope and pop into a post box that should allow it to get back to them. I felt uncomfortable doing this and so I asked at the post office if the advice was correct. It wasn't and would cost me £5.30 to return.

When I emailed Punk Cases they waffled on about shipping costs etc and after emailing them again and again and again even with photos asking for a refund for both the case and the postage they are completely ignoring me.

Rubbish company. I learned the hard way!

I placed an order for a case is a specific color that was higher priced than an alternate color. Punk Case sent the alternate color that was clearly marked with a different code that the order and receipt. After contacting Punkcase they offered to let me keep the order at a 20% discount which would have made these incorrect cases cost more than I would pay if ordering them intentionally. I said I did not want the incorrect cases, and they said I would need to return these at my cost. I suspect they don't even have the correct color in stock, but the service is terrible and I would not recommend this site.

I order 2 cases for me and my husband, the order never had expected delivery date, next day I got tracking number but after Punk Case took over 10 days the tracking number stills had nothing show up. Then I contacted customer service they said the case are MAKING AND IN PROCESS. WHAT?

Really? The cases not even make yet but they took my money 10 days ago, then I ask to return since not even ship yet, they reply ONCE asking me for order number, I provide order number and they actually remove my tracking number and disappear forever.

So until now over 1 month, money still never returned, no one ever reply to me even I sent like 5 emails. So they just took my money and disappear on me.

I try to find them on Facebook messenger they and as most professional way I explain them my situations bc they seem like answer every one there. They blocked me and remove every single comment on their Facebook page.

They are 100% scam, they just steal my money and never sent product. So frustrated and waist of my time.

I just want to let every single person want to buy from them dont support them and be careful.

I've had a very similar experience to another review here. Ordered two cases and only one was received. Contacted punk case and got some confused messages that didn't give me a lot of confidence but ultimately was promised the missing item would be sent. Four weeks after that it still hadn't arrived so I opened a dispute via PayPal. The initial response was "wait", I pointed out that Punk Case stuffed up my order once already and hadn't provided a tracking number for the replacement item so I wasn't confident they had actually sent it and low and behold a refund was sent.

Don't deal with these people. Their website is deceptive, it's not clear where the company is, and they are really hard to communicate with.

Purchased a Punkcase for my wife's birthday in August 2020 for her new Iphone. We contacted Punkcase after just a couple of months explaining that the screen protector had cracked. Punkcase explained that cracks weren't not covered as that was the result of the case doing it's job. Punk Case offered us a new case at a 10% discount. We decided we'd wait. The other night we've removed the case for the first time since installing punkcase because the front camera was acting erratically while trying to use an app. After removing the punkcase, we realized the case was not cracked, but the phone itself was. We contacted punkcase again explaining the issue. They said they will provide a new case at no charge. They won't repair the phone against damages that their case is supposed to protect it from, but they'll now replace the case for free. Obviously I would never use punkcase again, whether free or not. Clearly it does not protect you phone.

While looking at their website, I started to notice little things that made me get suspicious. First, the Title of the particular case says Iphone12 then in the description it says "ONLY FOR IPHONE 11" a few times, then further down it goes back again saying "this case was designed only for iPhone 12."

Also, Punk Case don't show pics of the different colors of all the products. Like I'm not gonna spend money unless I can see what I'm supposed to get. The cases are "marked down" by close to 70%. I'm really glad I decided to google if this company was legitimate. I will NOT be submitting my order now. Thank you for all the other reviews!

Dear Punkcase Sales
You are a deceitful company after taking payment for 2 phone casing for Samsung S10plus. Made the delivery and pretended you have sent 2 boxes for 2 phone case. Then pretended that it was not important to inform your customer who bought 2 phone case and you only decided to send one.
Then with the many mails i sent to you - you proclaim that you have sent 2 phone case.
And to make matters worse you can ask which case i received.
Now you admit that you are the cause for all this unhappiness.
Do you think i can trust you to send the black case? If you cannot send- best you send a letter and refund the bank the money you are trying to cheat your company and make others know the kind of integrity your company can provide to its customers.
Kindly reply soon. I am very very disappointed.So dont make it worse.
DHL should also know the level of honesty you drive your company.
I have got confirmation Punkcase collected money for 2 cases when Punk Case only sent one case to me in Singapore.
When i email to ask for the 2nd case they are not answering. There are so many occurrences of this issues. Please everyone learn from our experience and dont try to experience it. This is a Fraudulent company. No one can trust this company. If you still want to buy from them and get cheated - i cannot help you. We all have shared our experiences here for everyone to make your own choices.

I ordered a purple case off of their website and Punk Case sent me a white case that did not fit the phone, it was defective. I emailed them 3 times and got no response. I decided to submit a message on their website to which they replied and asked me for photos of the item I received. I promptly sent them photos of the defective and wrong coloured item to which they never replied. It has been almost 2 months and I sent them a message again today, but I do not have high hopes to have this resolved. For a $60+ dollar item you would think their customer service would be better. BUYER BEWARE.

Do not order from that website! Punk Case have a beautiful website. They use a lot of great pictures on it. Big words "ultimate protection, lifetime warrenty, waterproof, shock proof, dirt proof, mud and snow proof." Unfortunately thise cases do not exist. They either copied cases from another website or just photo shopped the images. When I complained they told me to send my case back but at my own cost. I live in Canada. It would cost me as much as the case. I dont want another case I want my money bck. The case i got is very cheap case that looks like my $2 case from ebay. $2 I would pay just to have a decoration case. Not $20 (on sale) that claims to protect my case with lifetime warrenty. JOKE! Check out the pics. Also the case comes with "shield screen protector". In reality it's a thin piece of plastic. Not even a glass screen. Here is pictures to prove. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM. I ordered straight from website. I received cheap case from China instead.

After my previous review Punk Case sent an automated response with a phony email address to send my issues to. If they respond saying to contact Kristina on an email address don't believe it, it's just a delaying tactic. No response after a week and then they proceeded to block me off Facebook and Messenger.
I lodged a grievance with Paypal and after 3 or 4 automated responses from Punkcase I wasn't going to take no for an answer. I just received a refund from Paypal.
Anyone else having an issue and you have payed via Paypal go down this road and push it.

I purchased what was supposed to be one of their tough cases. It virtually started falling apart after about 4 months.
It started with the home button for my Samsung S8+ then the lining came apart on the screen.
I wouldnt mind it not lasting as much if it wasn't such a long, drawn out process for the warranty. Their aftersales service is extremely poor and absolutely sub standard. I emailed them twice chasing the warranty then after 5 weeks I followed up to which Punk Case asked for the same details that should have been recorded already.
I certainly will never purchase their case again and strongly recommend staying away from them.

I ordered 3 cases from their. co.uk website and was not advised of a delivery date. After a week I emailed them to get an estimated delivery date. I was informed it was being shipped from America (which I was never made aware of) and would take 2-6 weeks! Normally I wouldn't of bothered but I thought well I've ordered now and I'm not in a rush...

8 weeks later I emailed asking where my cases were and I received a rather blunt well Punk Case must be lost do you want a refund or them to be sent again. Naturally my next question was how long before despatched? My reply, tomorrow. I replied again how long will they take to arrive to me.

They were so lazy they copy and pasted the same blunt email they sent me earlier. I know this because it had another question on it which was irrelevant. I requested a refund, I would never order from them again.

I ordered a case from this company on April 2,2020. I was told it was in stock and shipped. As of today 4/29/20, I have not received the case. I emailed them multiple times and get the same reply every time. "All cases are in stock and ready to order. We are currently manufacturing cases and will ship as soon as Punk Case are available".
In addition the tracking numbers from DHL and USPS have been canceled. Both tell me the package was never received by them. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They are a scam.

The service is not great I ordered cases on April 27th we are now in june and still no cases. It took 3 weeks for the first order to arrive. Then when it showed up Punk Case were the wrong cases. I spent 9 dollars to ship back for the correct cases. When they arrived the second time they shipped me only one case when I originally ordered 2 and the order was still incorrect I called and they said they would give me a label to send this one back and they would ship the 2 correct cases, still a week after that no label. I called and they said the system was slow and I would get the label in a couple hours 2 days later no label. I have no problem paying for shipping but thats not the point they should make this right and at least give me a label. Save the hassel and go with otter box the cases I was sent seem very cheap go withsomeone else 70 dollars later and still no cases.
