Everything was good for a couple of weeks but I just got a message in game from a GM saying suspicious activity was detected on your account and I instantly got disconnected and I can't access my account anymore. When I try to log in it says "account not found" so I don't know if it is gone forever or if I'm suspended for a set amount of time, needless to say I am not impressed at all. I blame myself thought I should have known better but DO NOT trust these guys or ever buy gold it will come back to bite you in the ass one day.

Since I am located in a middle eastern country with not so strong currency the sites provide cheap and well-balanced offers which I can afford. After looking and searching on many other sites I have come to the conclusion that this is one of the best budget-friendly sites there is. The customer service is outstanding and fast to reply. Every issue that I had be it with payment or pending situations the staff replied instantly and were patient with tons of my questions. Overall a wonderful experience with the site and with pleasant conversations with the staff.

Bought gold in vanilla and three days after this transaction my account remains 100% secure and ban free.

Price MUST come down by Christmas as Pvpbank are a lot higher than vanilla gold prices even after taking inflation into account. Advised by the seller that as the game is out longer prices will decrease. Still cheaper than other providers but this is why its 4* and not 5* review.

The service was great, the coins arrived in full within 1 day. My only complaint is that on the website it says as fast as 1 minute for smaller orders, the help desk said 2-3 hours, but my smaller sized order took 20 hours, so I do find the "minutes" claim might be a stretch. But other than that the prices are good and 1 day isn't that bad. It's like the check has to clear. Pvpbank were also pretty helpful in contacting me to make sure my coins were properly delivered. That was nice. Good service just expect your coins on or by tomorrow.

I bought gil for FFXIV from them recently. The first time I tested the waters and it was very fast I got the item in minutes. Days later I decide to purchase again for a bigger amount. I NEVER GOT THE ITEM I PAID FOR. Pvpbank pretend they never got the payment even though paypal emailed me the receipt. I kept checking on them for hours until later they tell me supplies are low I have to wait an additional 24 hrs or more. When I said I want to cancel the transaction they chat operator doesn't reply anymore and bans me from opening a new chat. Dont be scammed. Also SSEGOLD AND PVPBANK are the same company FYI.

Only giving 4 stars for 2 minor reasons, first is that the first site i tried to purchase gil from didn't take Mastercard as payment and had to get redirected to another site. Second reason is that i selected in game mail to receive my gil. Instead i got a random invite from someone and I declined twice because as i said it was random. Didn't get any tells from them. I sent a message to the person asking why the invite and Pvpbank invited again. Then they opened trade and that's when i realized what it was for. Communication next time would be awesome. With that said, it was a pretty smooth process and will gladly buy again if i ever need.

I was suspicious at first cause there were allot of scammers out there in lost ark rn with fake websites and whatnot but ssegold was different their support is amazing and is 24/7.
