Ordered some goals for my son in the 10th of December. They confirmed shipment on the 11th. Expected delivery 13th. Waited…. Waited… got on to DHL, they said they’ve not received the parcel. Umpteen emails have been sent to them .. no reply. Tried phoning, the number is not recognised. It’s now the 20 th Dec and still nothing. No correspondence… nothing. If I had known I would have sorted something else. This was to be my boys main present. He’s going to be disappointed. I’m off to the shops. I WILL never deal with this company ever again. Sham. The only reason I’ve given them 1 star is because it won’t let me give none

I am delighted with the badminton travel net. It is easy to assemble, good quality and good value for money. Only negative was the website as it omitted the house name from my address when the order was processed. I immediately emailed Quickplay when I noticed this on my order confirmation email but unfortunately I received no reply and the address was not rectified before delivery. Thankfully the courier made an effort to phone me and find out to where the parcel should be delivered but this delayed the delivery by a day.

The Badminton Travel Net l purchased was excellent. It is simply & quickly assembled or taken apart & packed away in its own bag. Perfect for use in the garden at home or to take on a holiday. Sturdy & of good quality - exceptional value for the price!!

The 7x7 rebounder net is fantastic so far. It hasn't been put through ita paces properly as of yet but from what I have seen and how it feels I can imagine it will last a long time plus it came with a 2 Yr guarantee which say alot about the companies confidence in its build and material quality, the only thing I found was the instruction were a bit confusing at first as the frame looked alot different before the net went on leading me to believe I had put it together wrong with how far out the tension arms were compared to the picture. After this had been sorted and I now know how to do it I can build and dismantle in less then 2 minutes and the handy carrybag helps keep it altogether. Quick play have done a really good job with this and I am more than happy with it and I certainly will look at other products from this company.

Very good product, been wanting to get a new football goal for a while now. The net is sturdy, the posts and crossbar are very firm and it is cheaper than most of the other goals i found. One thing to improve though is that you could add more pegs for the net. Otherwise, great product.

I haven't received my order yet. I was told it had shipped 24th June. Then when I chased up tracking info I was told an error had been made and my order had not been shipped. Still waiting for order. I placed the order based on quick delivery for a birthday present but still don't know if it will be here in time.

When the box came i was shocked as i paid a lot of money for the 16 x 7 quickplay goal.the box looked as if it was in a fight and lost.thankfully no pieces were missing. Thought it was metal goals but its thick plastic tubes.kids love it which is the main thing.not steady enough to take adult power shots as only comes with 4 anchors.a goal this size definately needs atleast 6 - 10 anchors. And definately make sure to twist crossbar when done as on 1st day of using kids were out for a good 10 hours as it was new and crossbars already sagging. Twiated crossbar and folded away but next day crossbar sagging permanently.so in my opinion only useful for under 12s and no longer than 5 6 hours a day before crossbar sags.shame because i bought this for a family full of boys my eldest being 16 .had to tell him to stop shooting with younger brothers there as goals swayed ehen kicked into corners.wouldnt happen though if more anchors were provided

Brilliant goals. Bought for the kids and their friends (U11) to spend time during the off seasons. These goals are solid and suitable also for adults. Regretted not to purchase the Elite version with ground stakes. The ground is dry and solid and the pegs won’t stick in. Highly recommended.

One of the stays on the Q-fold goal pasts shattered in less than two weeks use. (We patched it up with duct tape.) The stays need to be of a more resilient plastic. Putting in a curve, as in the Samba plastic goal posts, does not work, as the curve becomes a weak point. The stays need to be of a more resilient plastic, or include a flexible joint.

I had an excellent experience with Quickplay. They had the best costumer service I have dealt with in a long time. Our rebounder had a hole so I contacted them as it was under warranty. They promptly got back to me, had me fill out a simple form and they sent me a new one right away. They were exceptionally kind, thorough, and prompt in serving my needs. I would highly recommend this company for its customer service and we have enjoyed the product as well!

Fantastic service by QuickPlay! Ordered a goal which was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately Hermes lied about delivery of item so contacted QuickPlay who checked and agreed so sent a replacement immediately. Was worried about getting it in time for my sons birthday but QuickPlay customer service was brilliant. My son loves his goal too!

Unreliable on shipping progress!
I ordered it 1 week ago but i have absolutely no idea where the items are at the moment unfortunately cuz no update on shipping delivered to me yet, even it has been delayed and also it was 2-3 days delivery option though...

Brilliant goal so far, only had a week but have put up and back down 10 times already for my son. Its very easy to do so so I don't mind at all. Build quality is good although one of the foldable flexi joint base poles wire has come out of one of the poles so not attached to the rest anymore. I'm not to worried myself as doesn't affect anything really but it's the reason for 4* not 5*.

Ordered over a week ago and yet to receive my product. Emailed customer service but no response as of yet. As below, DPD have received order details but not the product to ship… Disappointed, please get in touch with me to resolve this issue.

I had originally purchased a golf practise net from quickplay and the net part of it had developed a fault, this order was a replacement provided by quick play under warranty the customer service regarding this matter was absolutely excellent and I can
100% recommend dealing with this company

Absolutely excellent!
My 9 year old loves this goal. Ever so easy to put up, no more than a couple of minutes. Easy to transport in the bag provided weights no more than around 3kg.
We tend to walk to a local park about 10 mins and I find it easy enough to carry over my shoulder.
The goal is very sturdy, I’ve booted the ball at close range into the net and it doesn’t move.
Def recommend for sure. Tempted to buy another for 1 on 1…..

Purchased a 12 x 6 goal at Christmas and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, in May we had problems with both uprights (one section split and the other pole's elastic snapped) and Quickplay customer service was second to none, recognising the problems and sending a replacement goal the next day. Happy customer.

Bought for grandsons birthday, checked tracking to see when delivery was expected only to find it hadn’t been dispatched and DPD were waiting for it. Emailed Quickplay and had a reply immediately apologising from Tracy in CS saying she had instructed wharehouse to dispatch immediately, received item next day, so thank you very much. But if I hadn’t checked delivery I would never have received it on time. Would recommend buying from Quickplay

I bought a QuickPlay pop up goal which I use for football coaching on a weekly basis, it's a great product to use and easy to set up. On 2 separate occasions one of the upright poles had broken and when I contacted QuickPlay they replaced the part straight away as the goal was still under warranty. Due to QuickPlay's 5 star customer service I would definitely recommend and use QuickPlay again.

Excellent customer service both when our goal was originally supplied nearly two years ago and then in recently offering to replace bungees under warranty. Despite it being collapsible have left the goal outside and it has had a lot of use in that time with no other issues.

They replace one of my broken goal pieces because it was under two years since I purchased it. Even though I bought it on Amazon they honored it. I just showed them my Amazon transaction and date. Awesome! (I’m still waiting on the parts because I think it ships from England)
