Quictent

I love this tent ! It was a little difficult to push the arms up and click them into place. After that it was a breeze. The quality of the tent is great. Very sturdy& the mesh screen doesn’t feel flimsy. The new improvements are nice- wheeled bag & sand bags. I’ve been using this 8x8 canopy as a screened in porch on my deck for the past 4 years and it would of still been going strong if a big burst of wind didn’t flip it. With the new improvements i was happy to buy a new one and i am now using the sandbags that are provided! Customer service was great. Very responsive & helpful. Definitely recommend this canopy to everyone!

Very good product, not too hard to set up. These things hold snow, which makes it a really great value. Customer service is great. One of the components snapped (I think I tightened it too much) and a free replacement part was in the mail and delivered pronto. Highly recommend.

Bought a party tent 6 years ago and had now due to a storm broklen poles.

I contacted customer service and got put in touch with Ivy. She responded to each one of my emails and questions with complete care and total understanding/respect for the customer. She looked up my part that I had an issue with and got it sent out immediately. To my amazement, I got a follow-up email over a holiday weekend with all the pertinent info including tracking link and my estimated delivery date.
It is still impressive to see companies that stand behind their products no matter how small the issue and provide the level of customer service that Ivy provided to assist me.

I purchased a Quictent canopy in December - two large packages were received promptly and they sat in my living room until I assembled it this past Saturday -May 28, 2022. The product was Perfectly packaged and every part was accounted for. The assembly directions were very understandable and I put it together within a couple hours. I’m extremely pleased with the ease of canopy assembly, color, coated metal supports and poles but especially the weight and stability of this product. I assembled onto my deck. While placing the roof onto the frame, we bent a couple short roof supports, which we bent back into shape. They probably would be okay but I didn’t want to take a chance on these supports breaking or weakening by rusting, so I contacted Quictent to purchase replacement parts and I receive a response from Yummy the same day requesting my order number. I sent the information back to her and received a reply the next day. The company offered to send me the parts for free! I don’t remember ever receiving such immediate and pleasant customer service! I’m so pleased with the product and the service that I will definitely purchase from this manufacturer again! My thanks to Yummy for her quality customer service and I highly recommend the Quictent product!

So let me describe Quictent in one word, AMAZING! In July of 2021 we purchased a Quictent from Amazon to place our boat under when not in use. During our winter months we removed the tent top but left the pole framing up in place. We'll unfortunately while plowing some snow we accidentally hit the framing and damaged it and a few of our poles needed replacing. So this Spring we were ready to set up our tent again and I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing replacement poles. We spoke with Ivy and she asked for our order number, even though it was not purchased from the company directly and we are the ones who damaged the poles our broken poles were replaced by this company at NO cost to us, see AMAZING! In today's world this is almost unheard of. If anyone's asks us or recommendation is Quictent. Thank you so very much.

I ordered a replacement frame because some workers at my home used the canopy for shade and didn’t secure it and it blew over. The canopy is easy to set up and very well built. If it is securely anchored, it is well worth the price? The people who I have dealt with have been very helpful and kind. I would give this five stars, but ordered the replacement and paying for it was a bit complicated.

Easy to install tent. Works very good. Only thing is the plastic fittings don't really hold up to the elements very well but the customer service is outstanding! Yummy helped me get the parts I needed and shipped to me for free! That's why I gave them 5 stars.

It has proven sturdy. It was easy to put up. When one of the cross connectors weld broke. The manufacturer was easy to contact and they responded relatively quickly. They replaced the unit free, no hassle. I like that kind of customer service. Prompt.

I ordered the 10x10 gazebo strong structure. Top was a little messed up. But reached out to customer service. And yummy helped me figure out to get another 1. They contacted me back on a daily. I received a tracking number with in a few days. And they continued to contact me until order was received. Thank you so much for your help..

I had to order some replacement canopies for tents, and Yummy and her team were super accommodating and supportive in the process. I am so happy I did not need to buy whole new tents and was able to just purchase the parts I needed. Yummy made the ordering process simple and streamlined. Cicely was a great help person. I didn't have some parts, I may have misplaced them or didn't receive them, I had had them for a few months and didn't get them put together right away. Anyway, Cicely was right on it, got the parts I needed ASAP.

During the pandemic we've had to order numerous tents for all 4 of our restaurants. Quictent has the best quality product out there for the best price and has great customer service. We've needed replacements due to very bad weather and had received the needed parts in a very short time. They're great.

We've had our canopy for about 2 yrs,found ourselves needed a replacement part, emailed customer service and talked to Doria w/Quictent
She was very helpful and we received our part in about 3 days after the order was processed.

I had been missing some parts and one weld arrived broken and he service was so great. I tend to dread reaching out for things like these in general, but this was so painless and was dealt with very professionally. My tarp is slightly sewn off so it doesn’t lay perfectly, but other than than, awesome!

Yummy has been helping me get some replacement parts for my party tents tents that I had ordered for my wedding day. And with everything else going on, having some one like yummy helping me make this one of the easiest things, definitely made my future plan's for the tents easy.

Yummy has been right on top of every communication with me. Helped me with a replacement canvas for my motorcycle garage. The Garage is top notch for my motorcycle. Quality product. Canvas outside in 18" of snow, rain, heavy winds, 115° heat. I think in didn't get the snow off soon enough turned to ice. My fault it ripped. Thanks Quictent.
