Order a radiator that was claimed to fit the vehicle. After removing radiator found out I was screwed the new one was off in sizing compared to oem unit and was forced to rig the one sent to me . Reached out to the company to voice my opinion said could send me another my customer doesn’t have the money for me to repeat job and can’t keep losing money on the job! Be cartful before you order you might repeat installing that poor quality radiator over.

Ordered the radiator. A week later no respsonce. Called them. They said my radiator was in Chesapeake Va and it would be shipped over night. That was over a week ago. Now it is in California and is expected tomorrow. This I goota see.

I went to Oreillys and they charged me over $300 for a radiator that didn't even fit my vehicle. I was thankful that I found one online for half the price and exactly what I needed. Even though the original order I placed ended up being out of stock, customer service called me directly to make sure I had knowledge of this and that they not only sent me a radiator but also refunded my account with the difference without me even asking. I recommend 10/10 for any vehicle.

There was a short delay and mix up on the shipping. But once you contact them they will answer on a Sunday and have you the product the next day... I felt mad at them but they really turned it around and I'll have to say I'm completely satisfied

Fast delivery. Had to make a couple of small modifications: the rubber feet holes were too big and had to insert bushings because replacement radiator plastic feet were smaller than OEM. Had to replace bolts with longer ones. Overall so far it appears to be a great product with fast delivery.

Could not order a radiator from any parts store or the dealer for my moms Chrysler 200. Everyone could give me a price on one but said that they are back ordered with no eta. So, I decided to look on the internet to see if anyone would have one in stock and Radiator Now popped up. I called customer service and the kind lady said they had MULTIPLE radiators in stock and that it could possibly arrive in 2-3 business days. She gave me the part number and i placed my order then. I ordered the radiator on Friday and it arrived on Sunday. I highly recommend Radiator Now for you purchase. Customer service was great and they set realistic expectations. The radiator is in the car, fit and finish was great and is working like it should!

I ordered a radiator for my daughters 07 vw Jetta from you after researching for a while, radiator came promptly and fit okay, one thing I did not like was fact that you sent out a different radiator than I ordered because mine was out of stock, it should have been my decision to accept replacement or not before it was sent!

Finally received it after 2 weeks from order. For some reason it was sent to Florida and I am in Tennessee. I will say the people at radiator.com. Took care of business. They called to make sure of correct fit and even called about concerns I had.

I received the radiator quicker than expected. It was not until I was putting it into my car that I realized the coolant level indicator was on the opposite side from the original, rendering it unusable. I took both to a radiator shop and paid $40.00 to swap the end-tanks.

What a great experience!! We had an issue with our first shipment and the radiator was leaking - looked like the box was damaged in shipment. One phone call and some pictures and another replacement was on its way no hassle. Great customer service.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COMPETENT. THEY GOT MY ORDER SHIPPED QUICKLY. THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO CALL AND NOTIFY ME THAT MY RADIATOR HAD BEEN RETURNED FROM A CUSTOMER, WAS THE LAST ONE AND HAD A FEW DAMAGED FINS, BUT THAT THE TUBES WERE OKAY. I ACCEPTED THAT AND THEY REBOXED AND DELIVERED ON SCHEDULE. UNFORTUNATELY AFTER I INSTALLED THE RADIATOR I NOTICED THE FILL NECK WAS PUSHED DOWN OVER HALF AN INCH. I HAD TO PULL AND POUND IT BACK INTO SHAPE. QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

I was skeptical at first because the radiator for my Cadillac Deville was so much cheaper than everywhere else. I ordered the radiator that evening. The next morning i got a call from Radiator Now, I thought here we go.... Actually they were calling to confirm I ordered the right setup for my vehicle. The radiator arrived within a couple days it was in perfect condition and went right in. After pouring half a gallon of coolant in I noticed a leak in the middle of the radiator. I called Radiator Now and talked to a real person who I could actually understand. She needed a couple pictures. After sending the pictures she responded very quickly and confirmed they were shipping out a replacement. I received the replacement within 2 or 3 days and it didn't leak. I cant blame Radiator Now for the leaky radiator. I can say their customer service is EXCELLENT. Prices are pretty good too.

Im not a review type. But felt compelled. Because....when you find that rare merchant interaction that far exceeds all expectations. Start with easy to navigate site to find exactly the right radiator with correct size transmission fittings. Start to finish 10 minutes tops. Received confirmation email, shipped and arrived on time,in excellent condition......zero fins bent....0! Installing it was very easy because the brackets and mounts for it and cooling fans were exactly the same as OEM. Two weeks later the owner had driven 800 miles since repair, and the cooling fan support became loose and fan blade rubbed small leak. Liz in customer service was very fast to reply with instructions to procede with my choice,a replacement or refund. Went with refund but will definitely buy again from radiatornow. Even after fluke event I had. Just put salvaged radiator in as replacement to get lady back on road same day. Thanks Liz, we appreciate your diligence and speedy service.

Customer service at RadiatorNow is outstanding! When we ordered our radiator, we weren’t positive it was the right one and turns out we actually had the year wrong… But when we ordered it a day later before shipping it their customer service department called us to double check that we had the right one and noticed then that the radiator we ordered was for the wrong year and so we were able to get the correct one sent out and with no hassles and we are supremely pleased with the service and price .

The radiator was an exact match with unbeatable price, very pleased with the item and packaging, shipping took a day longer than promised but that was on FedEx and not RadiatorNow. Will purchase from RadiatorNow in the future.

Great price and prompt service sums up my experience with RadiatorNow. The product I ordered was out of stock and after notifying me, I was upgraded to a different unit at no extra cost. Radiator was identical to the one I replaced and project was completed in no time.

Very pleased with the online order process, customer service follow up when different brand item was substituted for the original order, and the shipment tracking update notifications. Also, customer service agents pick up phones when support is needed. Always a plus in these times.

My radiator seems to be doing ok but the shipping sucks. Check out my pictures how my box was delivered. This is too expensive of an item to be shipped without done sort of protection around the radiator. Plus get a new shipping partner.
