Downright Stellar Customer Service
So far pretty great experience with this brand, I had made a mistake with ordering my shirt. Which I wanted a Premium quality print, I had accidentally ordered a standard quality print. So before it got too late and RageOn! already began manufacturing the shirt I sent an email over to their customer service department. I got a message back within less than 5 minutes. The representative I talked to Edwin was very cordial and polite. Helped me with my issue immediately by issuing a refund and allowing me to repurchase the shirt. The refund hit paypal within less than 10 minutes and I was on my merry way.

So far pretty damn good company if you ask me, I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the near future for any unexpected DRIP CHECK HOURS I may encounter!

I've made multple orders from RageOn and have always been satisfied
I'm a real big guy, so I have limited options when I shop for shirts. I've been able to find my nonstandard sizes at RageOn with a decent selection, even if it doesn't include every shirt RageOn! offer in my size. They still offer plenty of choices at hard to find sizes, with the same quality. I've bought shirts for me, my wife, and family on this site, and my most recent purchase was washable, reusable face masks. My only complaint is that, despite over 1,000 choices, they didn't have NFL, MLB, or rock pattern masks that I was looking for. But, they took my feedback, and I hope that I will be purchasing more from them in the near future. I have not yet received the face masks that I just ordered, so feedback on the face mask quality will have to wait until later.

THE MASKS ARE HORRIFIC! Look at these pictures!
I ordered the fetish ball gag mask for laughs to wear at work. I received almost three weeks later and when I opened and looked at this horrid thing, I about died! Omg how RageOn! let this out of theIt facility is beyond me. Someone needs to be fired! It looks like it should belong to someone with an elephant sized head! It's not even close to being to form of the face. I looked like a pig with an apple in its mouth. I seriously never laughed so hard in my life. I'm going to request a refund and if they want this horrific thing back, they need to pay for that $#*! too.

Well worth the wait
If you place an order expecting the typical 10-14 day turn-around, you'll be disappointed. Surely, RageOn is not your typical t-shirt vendor, nor are their t-shirts typical. When I found the t-shirt I wanted for my wife's birthday gift, it was SO VERY well detailed I was giddy to pay whatever the cost! It arrived more than 30 days after I ordered it.(I should have read the fine print.) When it finally arrived and my wife opened the package, she was floored! It is really a beautiful shirt! The best gift I've given her in the last 5 years - including Christmas!

Very Helpful
I ordered a shirt from RageOn back in November and it got stuck in processing for over a month. I reached out to customer service when I had a feeling something was up, and Bea Solde (RageOn) was super helpful in rerouting the order to a different production facility so I could still get my shirt. Although it still took a couple more weeks, RageOn! refunded my shipping and my shirt arrived! Updates were timely from the moment I submitted my inquiry. Bea was extremely helpful in ultimate getting my shirt shipped and I love it. Thank you.

I've become ENRAGED! Do NOT buy from RageOn! MOVE ON
This has to be the jankiest "company" EVER! I ordered a T-Shirt and paid extra to have it sent with the quickness due to it being a birthday gift. This piece of crap shirt that looks nothing like what's advertised arrived a month after I purchased. RageOn! are quick to take your money, slow to do everything else. I could've waited for the county fair to open for this piece of crap they call quality and spent ALOT less!

It's my fault that I didn't read the reviews first because "me oh my how we all sing the same tune!"

Edwin Hernando's service is excellent!
I had been emailing the company about my order which was not delivered for 5 months. There was no response except for advertising purposes. I thought that would be the end of my business with RageOn. Until Edwin Hernando responded. Edwin was very cordial in all of his responses. He was fast, supportive, and undertstood your predicament. He made an apology for what had happened to my order. He made a very good customer service impact on me. I look forward to ordering in the near future. Thank you very much.

The site isnt bad or anything and they have a lot of...
The site isnt bad or anything and RageOn! have a lot of cool shirts that you wouldnt typically find in regular stores, but the sizing chart is really confusing since the 5xl unisex size says its 29.1in in the chest area and im definitely not that small but im also not big enough for a typical 5xl.

I ended up looking for reviews elsewhere to find out what shirt size might actually fit me (looks like sizes are whatever you typically wear so thats good). Heres hoping i ordered the right size.

No communication, been trying to cancel an order for 2 weeks
Stay away from this company. We ordered several masks from various vendors, realized one never showed up (this one) so we ended up purchasing from another vendor who shipped in a timely manner. I have sent 3 requests for them to cancel the order but had no reply. All I get is spam email from them and updates about how covid is slowing things down for them. Here's an idea, don't take orders you can't fulfill, especially when its face masks during a global health crisis.

Poor
I ordered April 25th an over the hedge shirt for my son with autism. Someone wrote me and said I don't own the copywrite and license for the picture being printed o the shirt? Like why would I have it if I am ordering from here, Then RageOn! said oh we found the maker and we are just now sending it to printing? They will rush it to me when its done, but still nothing? Its May 17 and my sons party is may 27th so hopefully it comes by then because this is a nightmare

Stellar Products and Customer Service!
Edwin Hernando from RageOn helped correct an issue with my purchase with immediate follow-up and direct contact. The merchant was not operable due to COVID, and from another purchase, there was an issue with the shirt. He made the situation right and it was 100% hassle-free. I would recommend RageOn to anyone and have already shared with many of my friends. Thank you Edwin and RageOn for your commitment to great products and business model!

Great customer service
I ordered a sweater for my daughter's birthday but it ended up being too big. I had ordered her the smallest size so there wasn't an option to exchange it for a different size. I emailed the company and explained my situation. RageOn! responded right away and refunded my full amount, including the cost I paid for shipping, onto a giftcard for me. I was very pleased with the communication and the way they handled everything so quickly for me.

A little cumbersome
A little cumbersome. I had to leave cart and return shortly after and site was so confused. After screwing around I finally just deleted product (almost forever) and started over.

If prompted, I would have probably added more to my cart but ‘feels' as if it's a scramble ‘to just check out ‘.
I notice with Amazon... the ‘no pressure'... shop some more before checking out works horribly wonderful (depending on who you ask :)

What the f#$k is this crap?!
I ordered 2 shirts that were supposed to be all over print of Jesus walking on water. I don't know what is this crap that you guys sent me but it surely wasn't what you advertised! I just want a refund and a return address to send these crappy, 1 sided shirts back to! The picture I chose was very bright and vibrant and gorgeous! Not this pixelated 8 bit 1 sided crap! I am overly disgusted with this purchase! Fix it or refund my $$

Sham Business
I ordered a "blanket" that cost me over $70. It took over a month for them to send it to me and during that time I could not get anyone to answer my emails - OH, an GOD forbid you get a phone number for them that works!
The item finally came and it was a thin piece of felt with print on it. I am now trying to get them let me know how to return it. If I don't hear from them soon I will start litigation proceedings against them!

Poor clarity
'Sweetish perfection, tanned nude blonde" shower curtain. Can not tell at a glance what it is a picture of and a certain intimate part which is one of the selling points is unrecognizable. It takes a while to realize it is even a woman. If the web site picture is a 10 on clarity, the actual shower curtain is at the very best a 2. I went and ordered 3 t shirts a week later> I am not filled with confidence on how RageOn! will be

Excellent quality and service
I recently ordered a hoodie for my son. It arrived in just over a week, but unfortunately still to small even though I ordered 1 size bigger than he normally wears. The customer service was great. RageOn! were very fast to respond to my email and gave me a gift card to reorder the hoodie while keeping the original. Makes the extra taxes and shipping cost very worth it, the hoodie is really high quality.

SCAM
You order something it comes looking nothing like what is shown and un useable. Try to exchange or return not a chance. I ordered a Subzero Mask RageOn! delivered a mask of something I don't recognize and to top it off the print is vertical. Scammers plan and simple, dont buy from them unless you like giving money away and getting nothing in return. Look at the attched pics to fully grasp the scam.

Amazing Customer Service
I ordered the wrong size jacket - thought this would be a horrible experience to return. Turned out RageOn! said keep the jacket then gave me a credit to order the right size. Without a doubt was ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES - EVER! Edwin Hernando - was beyond professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I just ordered 3 more items! I wish Edwin and RageOn the best of success!

Lost in Shipment, Rage-On is Unhelpful
After well over one month since ordering, my package has still failed to arrive. USPS reports it was lost in a truck fire in Ohio. I've informed Rage-On of this situation twice, but to no avail.

Fully half of my four past orders through RageOn.com have had shipping delays or other issues. Great products with lousy shipping equates to lousy service. I won't be ordering here again..

5 Star Customer Service
Placed an order and forgot to apply my free shipping code. Reached out to customer service and Edwin Hernando responded within minutes and he refunded the shipping cost so I didn't have to place a new order. This made it so easy and I appreciated his efforts. Will definitely purchase from again. RageOn! have amazing customer service and want to make their customers happy!

Android 21 Tank Top Review
The fabric the tank is printed on is the softest and best feeling material I have ever put on. I don't feel any irritation on any part of my body, the quality of the art is fantastic as well. I highly recommend buying from rageon. If for some reason the material is itchy or the art is misprinted, the support team is very helpful and will assist you.

Masks are terrible quality
I waited a MONTH for these 3 masks to come in. Finally get them, you have to tie it behind your head (no mention of that in the ad. Finally get the damn things and lo and behold one is missing from my order. Way way overpriced for what these are. There is no slot to insert a filter. It's cheap t-shirt material. Save your money, these suck.

Amazing!
Along with their amazing products, I noticed in my email that I had an old address for my things to be sent to. I was almost in a panic, but I messageed RageOn and got a reply almost immediately! RageOn! kept in contact the whole time and were able to fixe it immediately, before it was sent out. So many thanks and so much love to the company.

The people at RageOn! Helped us replace our daughters t-shirt for Christmas. Even though it was through no a fault of their own. The package was lost through the postal service. RageOn! were kind courteous and helped us in every way possible. I would recommend anybody that wants to buy some cool stuff, to buy from RageOn! Thanks again guys!

Great customer service.
The shirt was really great quality-done really well. But we ordered a size too small. Sunday afternoon I emailed them and I got a reply that evening. RageOn! immediately gave me a gift card for the exact price of the shirt, including shipping, so I could get it again in a different size without messing around with returning the original!

Cheap, Useless, Piece of Junk "Mask"
What a waste of money. I ordered two, waited over a month to receive them, and RageOn! are totally useless. They are made out of cheap material, you have to wear them around your head instead of your ears so they don't fit any of us, and they don't fit anything like the pictures. Stay away from this company. Total FRAUD.

I was very happy to find some discount codes! Very helpful. Would only recommend that you make it possible to have a discount on the item being bought along with a shipping discount. As of now I think you can only have one or the other. Other than that I am really happy you had the product I'm looking for! Thanks!

Don't do it, I order 3 items 2 mask 1 3stakz sweater. The picture the placement and size is so bad the color bleeds. Not to mention I've sent numerous of emails only to get them computer generated messages. I honestly wish I could get my money back for this sweater and the masks i never got. DON'T DO IT
