BE WARNED
Horrible company. Ethically and morally corrupt. Surprise fees upon cancellation and outrageous costs that kept on increasing. My argument to them wasn't the fees but the warning before said cancelation. No warning. Nothing. Thank God I used the online chat service. Underneath the $50 dollar fee for cleaning in the fine print contract is a $6 dollar fee for calling about my order. Worst company ever. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR SERVICES. BE WARNED.

also, anyone that has gone out of their way to give a positive review no doubt works for the company or has another incentive.

Could care less about customers
Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. ReadyRefresh lie and could care less about Customer service or the businesses they service. Leaving a clinic without water while they keep pushing back the date of delivery time after time. Delivery Monday, Monday night email delivery changed to Tuesday now it's changed to Wednesday... This I'm sure will keep getting pushed back just like our last delivery that was pushed out 4 times. Phone calls do no good no matter who you speak to. All you are told is *no promised*... Had to purchase water at the store just to have water in the clinic for patients. DM them? That's a joke, you get the same run around and no compensation for the NO SERVICE you receive. Imagine however if you paid your bill the way they don't deliver water?. I want a regional manager to answer my questions. You are better off with WB MASON or buying your own machine and water from a wholesale club. This company is joke! They would let Patients in a medical clinic go without being able to hydrate!

Recent service delays & they cancelled my acct!
I recently increased my service with delivery of 6 cases per month and it had worked ok even through the holidays. But last month my delivery ended up being about a week later than ordered, and every day I would get a text ReadyRefresh were on the way and then the next day get a text saying my delivery was rescheduled, etc.
I then had to adjust my latest delivery date by a week or so to ensure that I can use what I have (and make room) before the next delivery in March.
While I haven't received any official corporate or account communications about the company having delivery issues (labor shortage, product shortage, fuel shortage, whatever), I assumed at least one of those was an issue and chalked it up to everything being more challenging lately.
But today I got an emailed document saying they are cancelling my account (which I autopay):
"We love all of our customers equally, but in reviewing your account and our service model, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue your ReadyRefresh delivery service. This notice is to inform you that as of February 25th 2022, ReadyRefresh will no longer be providing service to you. This means that you will no longer be able place orders or schedule deliveries online with ReadyRefresh after this date. If you have a delivery scheduled after February 25th 2022, it will be canceled."
Then they offered to sell me their "under-the-sink Full Flow Filtration System"... which is probably better for the environment but this short notice doesn't leave a very good taste with me (and I live in an apartment, so I'd rather not install anything).
Maybe it's because we have a secure apartment complex that's hard to get into early and late, or maybe they are having supply/delivery process issues. I do know their billing has always been irritating in the many years I've been using the service.
This is very unfortunate, but many of the prices were high anyway, so I guess now I have to find another vendor in the next couple of weeks to get my water to me.
If you are a current customer, watch out and be ready to be cancelled in case you are not a convenient delivery account!

Water With A Price In Anguish
Delivery scheduled for a given day. Never shows up. Happened day after day for the better part of a month where website says that ReadyRefresh are scheduled to deliver but late in each day delivery disappears. When you call they tell you they are behind. No exact idea how far behind. Or another time they tell you that they delivered it even though you never received it. Another time they send you notices for days that they are on their way. Delivery day you get a text saying "we are on our way". Later on delivery day you check the website and the delivery has disappeared. Next delivery in one month. When you call the representative tells you that they have your location (It's a Hospital!) recorded as being closed due to coronavirus. They had previously sent an email confirmation that since you are still open they would continue delivering. They have obviously worked and continue to work very hard to earn their one star rating and multiple BBB/Better Business Bureau complaints. And impressively badly run company. If you use them get ready for thirst!

Reprehensible Service
One star is one star too many. Ready Refresh raised their delivery fee from $2.95 to $8.95. You would think that with such a price hike, the delivery service would be reliable. Delivery is NEVER on the day that is promised - always a day late at least. I also request that the delivery person ring my bell rather than just drop off since I am home during the delivery window and ReadyRefresh NEVER DO. TODAY was the worst offense of all. At 6pm today, I still had not received my delivery. I left my apartment to walk my dog and discovered that my 3 5-gallon water bottles were left in the vestibule in the lobby! My apartment number was written on them in MARKER (the top of the bottle that is supposed to remain sanitary and chemical-free).

My current phone number is on file, yet I did not receive a phone call to even notify me that the water had been delivered - not that it should have been left in the lobby. How am I supposed to carry 3 5-gallon bottles of water up to my apartment? Is this not why we pay for delivery service?

I called ReadyRefresh and the person was politely unsympathetic. For someone in customer service he was quite cavalier about the lack of adequate service and asked me if I had someone that could help me carry the bottles. When I told him no, he said he could have someone return on Monday.

I promptly canceled my service and asked for a refund for today's delivery. He canceled my service -- no attempt to make amends or salvage the business and told me that he would have to issue a ticket for my refund and it would be up for review since the office was closed.

So disappointing. Their service has declined considerably since Nestle bought the company. The best thing I can do, I guess is discontinue my service because I don't get the sense that ReadyRefresh really cares about improving the service or hiring employees that actually do their job.

20 year customer not happy
I have been a customer of your company for 20 years as of this September. Recently, I requested a replacement dispenser as my old dispenser which I have had for 15 or more years no longer worked. I received the new dispenser which was classified as a No Spill dispenser. I have all old style bottles. The deliveryman instructed me to contact customer service to have my old bottles; which were not No Spill bottles, replaced. He said you do this all the time. Today I spoke with a rep. First she told me those bottles were not available for my area. Then she told me I couldn't get a dispenser replacement that was NOT No spill technology. She checked with her supervisors. Then she told me I could just cut a hole in each bottle to minimize the spill, I told her I wanted the bottles and the supervisors said not going to happen. I would have expected better treatment for a 20 year customer. I am appalled at the way I am being treated. I have officially
Cancelled my account and will move forward doing business with a company that appreciates my business. Just thought you should know. This is not how you treat people. Ex customer of 20 years,

I sent this email to them and got a canned messaged saying ReadyRefresh checked records and their service folks had addressed my concerns. I wrote back saying no one addressed my issues. Got another email saying your account is close. No more deliveries will be made. DUH!

Don't do business with these people.

Actual Garbage Company
ReadyRefresh keep making marketers open events in Costco knowing that they aren't gonna make any money. Always telling customers lies like "we don't know when will be back" knowing damn well we'll be back like 2 months later. They pay marketers base minimum wage and always threatening bosses with not paying those who make under 5 sign ups. I really loved my job untill I was stuck doing ready refresh sales every week for months. Eventually I had to take up late night gigs to be able to pay my bills while waiting for a different client to sell for. The downside of that is that it caused me to over sleep which resulted in me losing my job. Ready refresh is evil please don't buy from them. Look at the amount of negative reviews. It's even worse as a marketer. Literally everyday I had at least 2 customers coming up to me asking how to cancel the service because they never received their water but constantly get charged. They're crooks and liars. New Marketing Generation please stop working with ready refresh. It's a horrible company and It's just turning future business owners into aggressive lying sales people who will get nowhere.

Horrible
I enjoyed them in the beginning, but ReadyRefresh have been horrible ever since. I ran out of water so I put in a request for more, except when they said they were going to show up they never did. Plus I got charged! They were consistently charging me every month and I haven't had a delivery since August. It is now October. I got fed up and decided to cancel my service. They are going to charge a $50 dollar handling fee for canceling (I figured I'd bite the bullet just to get out). Then they said they'd come and pick up on Monday, I received another email saying it would be on Tuesday, so I stayed home from work just so they could come pick up the %&$# dispenser. I sat in my house and watched as the truck drove past in the morning. I called them in the afternoon asking what the heck? They then proceeded to tell me that the pickup was scheduled for tomorrow on Wednesday. I'm tired of being nice to this company and giving them the benefit of the doubt. They've screwed me over and I wish I'd never gotten involved in the first place. Avoid this company at all costs. They had plenty of opportunities to make good, but has consistently fallen short of even the bare minimum for customer service.

Ready Refresh should be taken out of business
I was a Ready Refresh customer for several years until ReadyRefresh started screwing up deliveries and raising prices. I was so happy to have found another local, more reasonably priced water delivery company who I was with for exactly 3 months. They terminated my contract when those bastards at Ready Refresh bought their residential business. I was very angry, but ready Refresh honored the rate I had with the prior company for 4 months at $7.99 per 5 gallon bottle. I have been back with ready Refresh for about a year, and the price increases keep coming with no notice. Sometimes on a monthly basis. As of January, I am being charged $12.99 per 5 gallon bottle! Seems like the company is on a mission to become a monopoly by buying out all of its competitors. No wonder the water Costs so much. Also, if you need to speak to a representative (real person), you will be charged $4.99 for the phone call. Unfortunately, the water in my town is not drinkable so I am stuck. These rapists need to be put out of business immediately! I feel bad for anyone on a fixed income dealing with this. Dirty effing bastards.

Customer Service does try to help... DELIVERY SERVICE STINKS!
I have been placing orders for the company I work for since 2002. And until it became ReadyRefresh, delivery service was relatively satisfactory. We are a small company in the construction industry and for the past 4 years, our monthly usage is over $3500 so think we are appreciated or at least receive the correct deliveries? Hell no, too much to ask!. The problem with most business is that there is a change in ownership and all goes to hell in a hen basket.
Customer Service reps are usually very understanding & helpful if you speak to someone Stateside and not one of their off shore contractors. But no matter how well intended, if deliveries are constantly botched, all the Customer Service in the world can't put humpty-dumpty together again. Now the excuse you get is 'problems with deliveries due COVID-19'. Really I asked? The Delivery problems for us started way before March, 2020 in NYC.
Problem is there aren't many other water delivery companies with their capacity to service the majority of commercial clients and ReadyRefresh know it.

Incompetent Company
WOW where do I begin? I joined with Ready Refresh on June 6 2020. The first problem I experienced was the water unit that ReadyRefresh delivered starting leaking. They did deliver a better one, however I had to pay more money a month for a better one. Second if you don't remember to leave the empty water gallons outside your door you will have the empty water gallons at your house for almost a week before they pick them up. Third this company does not communicate well with the customers. I was expecting a delivery one time. It did not show up. I had to call the company to find out what happen. One hour later they sent me an email stating my delivery will not come until 3 days later. If I would have not called. I would have not known anything. Now today I just called to make sure they're coming tomorrow to pick up my 4 empty containers. There system is down. With all of this headache this company has caused me. I should have free water service for 6 months. They don't have any problems debting your account for payment.

What happenes
ReadyRefresh started out fine. 1st problem, they would call me the morning they where coming to drop water. So I often had a a hard to giving them my used bottles. Now you might think I should know when they are coming but I usually didn't and if that was the case why are they calling me at 830am to tell me they are coming that day? Problem 2 - and really this is the big one. My credit card changed months ago and I have spent hours trying to give them the new card. Couldn't do it. Then I got a "your late and your service is stopping". I have been trying to pay them for months. They don't pick up and when get through on line it stops me to say they have sent my account to collections - I call the number for collections they don't have the account. So no one will let me pay and I am sitting with eight empty water jugs outside my house. Wtf am I suppose to do. Today I decided to wait the twenty five minutes to speak to someone. 20 minute in and the phone disconnected.
If iI ever get to pay them, I will pay them and then cancel my service… this way to time consuming… and I will tell anyone who asks - wort customer service ever…

so why give five stars?

Service going down hill
I have been a customer for about 16 years and up until this month (October 2021) I have been a happy customer but ReadyRefresh have rescheduled my delivery 4 times and then completely cancelled it without notifying me. Once I got a hold of customer service and asked they had no answers as to why any of this has happened and they apologized and said they can reschedule me to 11/9. I told them that was not ok and could I please speak to someone else who can do something and she said she had nobody else for me to speak to and apologized again and gave me a discount on my upcoming order but will it actually arrive? By the looks of all of these reviews and the comments on their Facebook page doesn't make me feel to good about it. I would hate to have to switch to another company but I will. Times likes these that we are living in people don't have time for YOU to be playing with their time, money or water so get it together RR! If it is a driver shortage than convey that so the customers understand what is going on! Give an explanation. It is clearly a problem across the board here so address it. Where is your integrity?

Horrible Service
I scheduled to have the water cooler and 6 gallons pick up for a second time. The first time I got a text that ReadyRefresh were going to be there between a window of time they didn't show up within that time and texted me that they did. I called and schedule for the pick up again for June 11. I received a text around 7 am that they will pick up between 8:39 and 12:39 the items were outside before by 7:35am. They didn't show up they sent me a confirmation that the pick up was done. I called customer service again in their system the driver put picked up one gallon. I had 6 gallons all 6 of them are still behind the door. At this point if they are thrown away I don't care. I canceled my service with Ready Refresh because I order a minimum of 3 gallons of which I don't need, you charge $79 to clean the cooler and it will cost another $50.00 for them to pick it up. I went to Sparkletts, it will only cost $23.00 a month compare to $35.00 in addition, there's no minimum to order. Ready Refresh service is horrible and it cost too much.

This company has completely crumbled.
We have had Arrowhead delivery through ReadyRefresh for several years. Our neighbors use Sparkletts through Costco. We also preferred the spring water options with Arrowhead so we tolerated the occasional service hiccups and price increases. Over the last six years however, our price has gone from 6.49 per 5 gallon bottle to now 14.49 for the exact same thing. ReadyRefresh also started charging an additional delivery fee on top of everything else, even though they claimed the previous price increases were to cover the cost of delivery and fuel. The final straw was when our delivery was due Oct 1, at which point we had been out of water for nearly a week and were supplementing with store-bought water. They rescheduled the delivery for Oct 2, then 3, 4, 5, 10, 12, 15, at which point we called to cancel and switch services. Their number for service and support has a recording stating they no longer offer phone based service and to submit an email which can take 3-5 business days for response. Even now, nearly two weeks later, they have not come to pick up their dispenser or bottles. To cancel, they of course had phone service for that request and tried numerous retention offers but it was far too late. Now we're with Sparkletts and it's half the price and reliable. I don't think I'll ever deal with ReadyRefresh again.

Dishonesty
The service and relationship had a great start however things changed when in the month of September I verbally requested that my supply be suspended until further notice since we had run out of. Storage space which was mentioned and explained in detail.
In December a supply was sent to my home and I immediately sakes the driver to take take it back to the store and the informed me that company policy does not allowed him to take it back.
I eventually had to send several emails to have it retrieved and to have my account cancelled since its almost impossible to get to speak to someone because you are always directed to the email account for contact. Eventually ReadyRefresh acknowledged my request and then subsequently started sending me erroneous bills for payment and threatening emails.
After several attempts I was able to speak with someone whom I believed to be a customer service representative who called me and was told that I owe $60.00 for outstanding rentals plus the cost of delivery that was made in December. I informed her that I will not be paying for that delivery because it was not requested by me.
I have been begging them to come pick that supply up but no one has acceded to my request.
I am so very disappointed with the treatment and unprofessionalism by ready refresh. I have been trying to respond to their email where they keep threatening me to take legal actions but somehow my responding emails keep getting blocked.
I am tired of their semantics and have been seeking my own legal advice.
I'm done with this company.

Shockingly horrible service!
Shockingly HORRIBLE customer service! Avoid at all costs. The water taste fine but I would rather drink out of a public water fountain than sign up with this company again. I always thought Nestle was a progressive, modern, fair company but this experience blows my mind. I was heading out of town for a while and tried to login to "pause" my delivery of water bottles. ReadyRefresh don't offer such a concept so I thought the water delivery guy would probably notice that I am not taking the water bottles inside to my house from my front porch. Well, he didn't use any common sense and I now have 24 five gallon bottles of water sitting on my front porch. It this isn't a signal to be burglarized, I am not sure what would be. Crazy! So, you can't cancel online either. I called them and was 47 minutes later, I spoke with a manager. She informed me that if was totally my fault and I could have canceled the service online. I went online to do this while she was berating me on the phone. I found the button that stated "cancel service" and hit it. A pop-up screen showed up that said call the 1-800 number that I had just called. They don't offer any chat either. So after explaining my situation to the manager, she said she would give me a credit for 8 bottles of water, around $65. I NEVER received this credit. I also explained to her that I was out of town for another month and having 24 bottles of water on my front porch was a signal to thieves to break into my house and to please have these picked up and I would pay for the cost. She assured me that this would happen. One month later and they are still there. PHOTO attached.

Apparently Nestle operates on a old school model of trapping the customer and making very hard to cancel service. News alert Nestle! This model is NOT sustainable and you are losing customers like me on a daily basis. The negative publicity that people like me are creating against your company will eventually break your outdated business model.

Fraudulent & Dishonest. Do NOT use this company
For a while ReadyRefresh were OK. They used to pick up empties from my business and replace with full bottles. Then they just started leaving full bottles outside my door never checking if I needed any, and never picked up. So I had more and more bottles than I needed. Especially during the height of Covid when I was partially closed down and used much less water. I told them to stop delivering. Then they sent new terms of service which were to go into effect shortly which included a fee if I ever chose to stop their service. Ridiculous to charge me to stop my service! So I told them to cancel my service and pick up my dispenser and any empties by the effective date of the new policy. They did give me a refund for those empties they picked up with the dispenser. I still had many full bottles which I had paid for so I bought an inexpensive dispenser pump and used up the bottles. I then asked them to pick up the empties which they did in mid September and expected a refund for the deposits I had paid. I was told at the end of September I would be paid in October. I never received a refund. Today I was told that I was not entitled to one as they had already given my refund prior to picking up. HOw is that possible? How would they know how many I had to pick up vs how many were still full? They said they had paid which means if true they refunded my deposit fee before they ever picked up my bottles. Why would they do that? They are liars and dishonest. Do NOT use this company.

Can't seem to cancel. Got attorney general of KY complaint
ReadyRefresh make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I've given them written notice through their comments section (which is how they ask you to cancel, that or call a number no one answers) and attempted to call numerous times after their deliveries billed me multiple times for items not delivered and set up recurring deliveries when I specifically did one time orders to avoid any hassle. They also neglected to take my empty bottles, then fraudulently billed me 19.99 to collect them a month later. Check your statements for accuracy people. File complaints with the Kentucky attorney generals office to start a class action if you have had similar issues. I can't believe a company forces you to retain their services. I warned them I would call police for trespass if they attempted delivery again and they ignored me and snuck onto my property and left bottles I didn't order and billed me anyways. Still to this day there are more deliveries I don't want set on their site and I expect will show up anyways. There's no way to get through to them. Hopefully I am there and notice the guy show up so I can tell him in person to stop. "I don't have any rented equipment so just stop bringing me 5 gallon bottles I am not ordering please" I expect I will say.
Needed to cancel my credit card and file fraud charges with them. Have never been able to reach a person at any of their phone numbers and tried calling multiple times at different times of day and week over course of a few months. The recording just tell me they are too busy and hang up after waiting through the prompts.
I surmise there are others this has happened or is happening to. Yeesh what a nightmare. I like never ever leave reviews about anything... this was my experience. Perhaps yours will differ?

Stay away. From it
I used their service even I knew I was being ripped off. ReadyRefresh charge $7.90, or something like this for delivery, but I want to support everyone who is working if I can. When this pandemic kicked in, I maintained their service but I have got to the point where I could not afford it anymore. Called them and asked to pick up the cooler and close my account. They did and few days after, I received the bill to $50.00, for cooler reconditioning!? The cooler was in perfect shape, but I am sure they are not going to rent it to anyone. You always get the new one. Still, they charge for reconditioning. Delivery, $7.00?!
If they pay their driver $5.00 per stop, I would not complain, but if they get $0.50 they can be happy. If you consider water cooler in your home, it pays more to buy one your self and buy the water you chose. Nestle will not get out of the business because of me or even hundreds of people who think like me, but if we start using our brains, we can push them to be more competitive and offer more. We can slow down or even stop big companies from taking monopoly in many cases. Use your brains, and spend your money where you receive the most in return. I bet you don't earn it easy.

If I could give negative Stars I would
I have had an account with these guys for a little under a year. I got it through Costco and I was very happy initially. In September ReadyRefresh sent me an early shipment that I was not at home for and just prayed that it would not be taken. Then in November, they missed a delivery date and delivered at another time. During all this time they were not available by phone and I sent them emails to which I only received a generated response. Then in December, they started missing all of the delivery dates and they would reschedule, not asking if it was convenient - all of this via text or email. My emails to them went unanswered and you could not get through to them on the phone. I had a total of 7 cancellations of delivery of service from their end in December alone. I finally gave up and tried to cancel my account, which they say is possible on the app but it's only a messaging center. And they still kept trying to send me water. I sent the second delivery guy away this morning and the poor guy was so frustrated that I felt really bad for him. Do not use this service because if they leave water and you don't disrupt the delivery, they will charge you for water that they have left even after you have cancelled your account. Just to be clear, they attempted to deliveries to my house after I canceled my account with them and after I got a confirmation email saying they were sorry to see me go. The driver let me know that they would still charge me for the water even though I canceled my account with them. And because you can't get them on the phone, you can't get them to pick the water back up. Do yourself a favor and go with another source. I have had multiple conversations with other people that use their service and they have said that since Nestle took it over it has been an absolute sh*t show. I feel really badly for their delivery guys.

Used for 12 years, trust my experience.
When I lived in my moms house on the first floor, it was great getting these deliveries. I had the same quantity every 3 months. No complaints. When I moved out of my moms house into an apartment I didn't realize any problems because the second floor I lived on wasn't accesible to delivery, I had to bring them up. I was younger, not pregnant, no kids. Etc. Now I moved to Brooklyn where I have been living 5 years with my family and the delivery has gone from worse to worse to terrible. I'm done with this company after 12 years. My deliveries slowly stopped being taken upstairs. I'm on the third floor with 2 small kids and I am 7 months pregnant, my husband has been undergoing surgeries he can not bring any of that up. I can not run down to bring them up, shouldn't be doing so without great risk to be injured and I end up with 8-12 bottles at home/in the hall. ReadyRefresh don't ring the bell on purpose, to sneak away. Cruel. Customer service doesn't care and pretend like my account is closed 3 times already I am receiving unwanted deliveries downstairs and being charged. So I closed that card out and guess what happens today? They STILL delivered without payment. Thanks to Ready Refresh I have dealt with lots of pain and struggle while paying 50 dollars for 4 water jugs including tip. I have dealt with theft, problems with neighbors. All for some water. I am done. Next time if/when this order shows up it's going on offer up as free dispenser included.

Good bye ready refresh.

Worst new owner ever! Regret joining them.
I want to close my account ASAP! Due to poor services. I have been trying for 2 months to resolve my issues 1. Water filter not received but charged 2. Water dispenser leaking waiting for replacement still 3. Water gallons not being delivered to my door but states it's delivered & charged as well 4. Customer service no one answers. 5. Charges for items not received. 6. Empty water bottle not being picked up 12 empty bottles still in my apt for a month.

I return the broken water dispenser when I receive my newly purchased one since the replacement ones still not exchanged. Out of 4 months only 2 customer service representative answered. Everything else is emailed and it says call C. Service but no answer. For this I'm cancelling. It's sad that I had to join this company after it was doing so well, the new management or owner now has destroyed this company.
I would give it ZERO STARS but have to pick it so one it is...

IS ANYONE IN CHARGE THERE?
I have been with Poland Spring" water since the mid 1990's, and did not see much of a difference when ReadyRefresh became ready refresh apart from their being more expensive. I lived in the Lower East Side of NYC from 2005, to 2018 without issue. I moved to the upper west side THREE YEARS AGO< and since then FOR THAT ENTIRE TIME my water deliveries have been either postponed almost every time they were due, either the driver just did not show up, or I received an email saying that "we've rescheduled your delivery for the next day". I initially chalked a lot of this up to Covid disruption but now I see it is just incompetence on the part of the company. It is Monday Dec. 20th, IM on hold now, Ive been holding for literally 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, as not only did my delivery not show up LAST MONDAY, even after the flurry of emails promising "next day" delivery three days in a row, they have the nerve to TRIPLE CHARGE ME for 18 bottles of water the last time they delivered IN November, when in actuality they delivered SIX bottles. This company is terrible, their billing is completely dishonest, they should be avoided at all costs. Ive complained MULTIPLE TIMES> Not to mention they call begging for empties to be returned because they run out, I literally had to call five times a few months ago to comply and have them come to pick up my empties, when they are the ones who requested that the customer reach out to THEM with empties. This company is the worst, get your water ANYWHERE ELSE but from Ready Refresh

After a faithful 15 yr customer, you can't cancel on phone because you've waited over 20 min, so you send a cancellation thru their online cancellation contact that says ReadyRefresh will get back to you ( but they don't!) Then they say they have no record of any contact or cancellation. (Bullpoops) So a month later you put out the equipment and empties and hand the driver a letter and driver is GREAT ( and a veteran)... I pay what I think is my final bill but NOPE... this month they sent TWICE my monthly order... 8 bottles for 2 people wth! Altho I canceled in nov they are not going to come get them and gonna charge me. I no longer have a dispenser. I'm disabled and can't lift the bottles that are going to freeze in my driveway. BBB and AG should be looking into this outfit... N. S. Out of Needham is 2/3 $, family owned, and very accomodating. I wish I could say cancel ready refresh and go elsewhere, easier said than done. If you're tempted by the Von Trapp Family Aires... DON'T. Go more local. RR stinks.

Something's wrong!
I have had ReadyRefresh water and it's predessors delivered for over 20 years. ReadyRefresh now charge if you call. I called often because the online site kept saying my login was wrong when they verified it online! In the last year the billing has been close to fraudulent. They told me they'd bill me at the end of the month so i wouldn't have an issue. Then they recently sent me a bill for $0. Who gets a bill like this? I thought it was because i had paid more the month before. I called to make sure. They assured me it was correct. Then the following month i got a double bill snd a $20 penalty fee! After much explaining and probably paying more, they took off the fee. Their billing is unlike any other corporation and I feel it is meant to confuse customers. The website doesn't always work, and it's difficult to navigate. They make it so difficult to talk to anyone to get an issue settled or clarified without charging these fees! In the meantime, the customer has spent many hours just trying to correct them!
I don't know if it's because it's Nestles or what, but i feel they make a lot in credit card billing.
The people on the phone are very nice and try to fix the problem but the system is not always in sync.
The delivery has been very good and it's convenient but one must be vigilant about the billing!
It's just so difficult to contact customer service representatives without paying a rather large fee!

Ready Refresh (Poland Spring) water delivery service is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Here is a list of the problems:

1. The water was delivered one day late--the driver never called to inform me of this.
2. The driver left the water in the wrong location, because the wrong apartment number was written on the box. He didn't follow my explicit instructions to use my intercom.
3. There are 25-minute telephone hold times if you try to call them. You cannot ask them to call you back.
4. Their website is more deficient than that of any other merchant I've dealt with.
5. I tried to determine the email address of their CEO, Fernando Merce. ReadyRefresh have so many domain names, it's ridiculous. His email address appears to be *******@waters.nestle.com
6. I get error messages when I try to read about their job openings (so I could determine their email address format).
7. They refuse to release the full names of their executives.
8. They are perpetrating a fraud--their water doesn't come from a spring in Maine--it comes from ordinary ground water. At least one of the sites is near a petroleum site.

So, not only are they incredibly dysfunctional and disorganized--they are also criminal.

Can't read delivery instructions & and would charge you to breathe, if possible!
We have been a loyal customer of theirs through all their renames for about 30 years. The prices have steadily increased due to any excuse ReadyRefresh can dream up in their heads. On the other hand their service has gone straight downhill. Deliveries are not followed via customer request & trying to get them to correct the misplaced delivery takes an act of Congress! Most customer service representatives are not helpful at all and back the incompetent delivery drivers like they can do no wrong. We are canceling our service ASAP and will buy the same products cheaper and without nearly the hassle from local grocery store chains. This is one sorry run company with quality service at the bottom of the barrel. They need to start looking at their reviews because they are terrible. I would be ashamed to be any employee of this company including CEO! (Photo represents not following clear delivery instructions on driver's file. Supposed to be in back gate where empty bottle is sitting)

Horrible
This is the third time that I have gotten "rescheduled". I am done with this company! I can even get my 2nd delivery! 1st I just grey text messages dadi of the delivery after I got the notification stating it was coming on 6/12. Then it wad rescheduled for 6/17... no one showed so I called &was told they're having trouble with the online scheduling, sho she "manually" scheduled my delivery. Now I got a text... see below 1 & 2
