I paid for tracked UPS delivery. It's now two days after the shipping date and I'm unable to track it. I wasted my money on this service that hasn't been provided. I expected a reliable tracking service. Not happy, this is my second order that I'm having issues with.

I wish i could give more stars, the product landed but the feedback was atrocious the whole time, delivering a bunch of excuses to buy some time instead of being honest from the start. I'll do another order to them and if they improve i will switch my score.

I have placed many orders with Realchems and can say nothing bad about them. Customer service is excellent, usually they wrote back in under 5min. Packages came very fast too, never waited more than 10 days. 10/10 vendor.

Wasn't sure at first as I had read good and bad reports about these guys but I must say they are great, i found the honest reliable and they have great quality stuff. Thanks guys

I have ordered for the first time on the store and was surprised by the quality of the product and it did not last too long from how good it is. Will shop here more often that is a certainty.

I've ordered off of RC for quite sometime, aside from one issue with mailing I've had nothing but great experiences, 100% would recommend.

El primer pedido, jamás llegó, y los dos siguientes, llegaron a tiempo pero porque vinieron con DHL, que es muy caro. Carísimo.
No comprendo por qué ofrecéis la opción del correo común o estándar, si con este correo se pierden la mayoría de los pedidos. Leyendo los comentarios, veo que no soy la única.

Not only the parcel was posted late, I've realized that instead of "NEP-Crystal", they've sent me NEP-powder (pictured attached).
Update: I tend to believe that this seller is not reliable anymore:

Used them for years and was extremely satisfied. However, a lot of issues with my last order: it was around 200 euros so it should've qualified for free tracked shipping as all my orders of similar value in all the years prior - this one however just didn't, no explanation.
Then they supposedly shipped with DHL 9 days ago (that I paid quite a bit of money for), however DHL tracking shows that only a order log has been made and no goods were actually delivered to them, this AGAIN, for 9 days now.
They are still waiting to receive goods from Realchems.
No reply to any of my numerous emails,
just complete radio silence,
and I've tried each one of their email addresses.
So yeah.
Pretty sure I can kiss my 200 euros goodbye.

First two orders came in relatively quickly (approx. 10-12 days overseas). The products contained show promise in my research so far. I'm ready to place my next (4th) order, however my third order, shipped April 28 has not shown up yet. Still waiting as of May 26. On arrival I will update this review.

Never had problems with Realchems. Always get exactly what I ordered and I want to point out the news that is coming to email! Keep it going, good work! If i am ordering package there should be an option if a package will be delivered to the home, post office or parcel machine :)

Todo muy bien, los experimentos en laboratorio han sido satidfactorios. Por favor, elige el envío con rastreo, son unos pocos euros más perto te aseguras de que el paquete llegue a los pocos dias. Muy agradecido con esta empresa!!

une premiere commande jamais arrivé, la 2e ils avaient recu le virement mais ne m'avais rien envoyer jusqu'a ce que je les contact et lorsque il me l'on finallement envoyer il 'y avais pas les bon produit dedans
en gros pour 1 commande : 3 mois d'attente mini plus 2 paiement

Bon vendeur, assez rapide, pour la France, juste que pour certains produits, il faut se déplacer pour récupérer le ou les colis

Been waiting for over a month now for my parcel which they have shipped.They told me they would make an enquiry because it hasnt shown any movement for 5 days they didnt and told me to contact them in 30 days again there not responcible for any issues regarding shipping but gladly take your money.Avoid these scammers they even offered a 5% discount on my next order as compensation.Looking like an exit scam.

I wish they could be more explaining about how to use the substances ,I guess you don't want to get into legal problems ,but at the end of the day the people who ,let say ," experiment" with it ,is the only one responsable ,so I don't understand the secrecy sometimes.

Hi, 2 out of 3 of my last orders did not arrive, the two orders not to arrive were 150mcg blotter art and the one that arrived was 100mcg blotters.
Does this mean RC ran out of the product that didn’t arrive?
Anyhow it would be good to have some kind of refund or something…

After waiting for over 1 month due to what they said postnl delays.I got this reply yesterday that it could take up to 2 months.Dont contact us until then.Before that they said they will make an enquiry because it hasnt made any movement for 5 days.Avoid at all costs not worth the stress and the way they treat there costumers.
