Worst online experience I've ever had.
Don't waste your time. I recently ordered an S&B intake from realtruck. I received my confirmation email, the money was removed from my account, and the email stated RealTruck would send an additional email when I product shipped. Just like any other online shopping service. I let two weeks go by before looking at realtrucks reviews. I wish I wouldn't have. I wish I would've looked at them prior to ordering. After reading all the negative reviews I decided to call and ask for an update. After holding for 2.5 hours they then stated it could be 30-40+ days before my product shipped and even up to 120 days. Who wants to wait that long. Therefore, I started a dispute with my CC company in hopes to retrieve my money. I went ahead and ordered from another company and within 4 days, my intake is already here. Do not give this company your money. They're terrible. Hence why they have a 1.3 star review rating.

Got nothing but they took my money
I had ordered a truck bed cover back in September of 2020. On the same day I cancelled the order and changed it to a different bed cover. No problem. Lady was very helpful and nice. Well the 2nd order never came and eventually I got tired of waiting on it so I cancelled that order as well. I recently was looking through my credit card statement and I noticed I had two Real Truck charges one for about $333 and another for $306. I found where the $333 had been refunded, but the $306 had never been refunded. I contacted Real Truck on 1-14-2021 I believe. I explained to a lady name Shirley that I had been charged for an order that I had cancelled, but never refunded. She replied that I was refunded the $333 on a certain date which was true. I explained to her I was talking about the $306 that was charged on the same day. She replied back that order had never been cancelled and was delivered by Fedex 9-10-2020. Which was completely untrue. 1. I had cancelled the order and 2. Fedex or any other carrier had every delivered anything from Real Truck on that date or any other date to my address. She then replied back that it was too late for her to dispute Fedex and RealTruck did not refund for items that had been delivered. But nothing was every delivered and it was not even noticed because the order was cancelled and no deliver was ever expected. In my opinion, something shady going on. Just on a side note there was nothing from Fedex about this delivery. No tracking number, no email stating delivery complete, etc. I believe this company simply stole $306 from me.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!
Worst company I have ever dealt with! I should have read the reviews first. I order a set of 5 wheels mounted on 5 tires for $3000. RealTruck took my payment right away, took a week to process my order and two weeks to ship. I was expecting to receive my wheels/tires in 3 weeks, so I wasn't upset about that. They were delivered by freight and all 5 mounted wheels were wrapped in tight plastic on a crate and dropped off by fedex (each wheel combo weighs 100lbs). I couldn't inspect them in time as the fedex driver had to complete his route. The wheels and tires were what I ordered, so that was ok. I was inspecting them as I was removing them from the plastic and crate. The top 3 where in great condition, but the bottom 2 had the wheels scraped and gouged. They were damaged in multiple places on the surface of both wheels. The damage could not have been done during shipping either, because the damaged areas were not exposed. The gouges were deep and the powder coat was scapes off. I called and emailed and called and emailed and finally spoke to two different people on two different occasions. One of them told me that they were going to send me a return label which they never did. The other told me to send her pictures of the damage (which I did) and she will contact the manufacturer and they will contact me within 4 days. I never heard from any one again. I continuously tried calling but always seem to have 5 hours worth of people in line in front of me. Sent multiple emails and never received a single response back. It's been a month. And I've lost all hope on getting a refund or replacements. This company is a joke. I've learned an expensive lesson here—always read reviews before ordering online. I can't believe these people can get away with jerking their customers around.

I never have bought tires online before. Was a little reluctant to say the least. But I did my homework and checked all the reviews from other customers that have used the RealTruck website, and you can rest assure, these guys are top notch and legit. Great quaility products, super quick free shipping on a set of 4 tires, and lowest price I could find online. I decided to do my first order over the phone to make sure RealTruck were legit, but now I would feel totally comfortable doing my next order simply online, by myself.The salesman I put order in with over the phone, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I only hope that the Toyo Open Country AT3 tires I purchased are as good as my experience with ToughTruck Staff. From what I could find online for Toyo Open Country AT3 tires for my driving conditions in Western, NY... This tire seems perfect. I have only driven on dry roads and a little off-roading, since I bought them, and so far I love these tires. Nice and quiet on the road and super smooth ride, cant wait to try them in the snow in Western, NY. I will not hesitate to order from ToughTrucks again. Thanks ToughTruck!

NFB-119418012 - N-Fab Nerf Step RS Running Board
I was looking for a lower sitting running board for my 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LTZ Z71 Crew Cab. As most of you know the floor of this is high and I am only 5'8'' tall. I had to pull-up my self to get in the truck. Which is not easy I am 71 years old and handicap with my left hip.
I choose this style because the salesperson Mr. Michael Todd recommended and he explained an this style the side steps are lower than the other flat of round running boards.
RealTruck were delivered on time with no damage from Fedex. Very well packed and was no missing hardware.
I followed the very simple instructions and Valah I installed both of them in 45 minutes with on help which includes popping out the plastic knobs. From the truck.
The steps are located correctly and they are sitting 5" lower from the bottom of the rocker panel and comes with three brackets already welded to the support pipe.
I highly recommend this running board with steps for short and older people.

Very Poor Communication
While Realtruck is very quick to charge for products RealTruck do not have in stock, they are VERY poor at communicating delays or, in my case, their inability to fulfill the order at all. After zero contact from Realtruck (shipping confirmation, notice of delay, etc.) It took repeated phone calls from me to receive a straight answer. I am still waiting on the promised refund but am told it takes 5 days to issue one. Adding to the frustration, I never once received a call back from customer service as promised throughout the process.

Summary: Just another web based company that takes your money before even trying to procure the products they commit to provide. Customers understand that things happen... especially given the wide spread supply chain issues resulting from COVID. BUT, it is IMPERITAVE to communicate with your customers. Charging a customer nearly $2K and hoping they wont notice when you don't provide the product is not a good business model. Just saying... Last but not least, it took less than one day to charge me for my order when placed. Should it take 5 days to issue the refund? No other vendor (I have dealt with anyway) takes more than a day to issue a refund. Sketchy...

Absolutely pathetic and I mean pathetic customer service.
If it could be no stars it would be. RealTruck are horrible at any customer service and once your item has shipped your basically screwed either way. Its on you to figure out how to even receive the item. Once I reached out to even find out where my item is all they did was send me a tracking number and basically told me it was my job from there on. If your are smart at all then pay attention to the reviews they are true and I assure you they treat you exactly how I have said. They will never get another dollar of my money. Ever. And I will
Continue to blast them thru social media and will also be contacting the better business bureau. In this day and time to feel like you can mistreat customers the way they do is absolutely stupid. Even the biggest customer retail stores have failed and can go down. Just ask sears or Kmart or many others who have taken care of their customers like this company has. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM PERIOD. BE SMART AND GO ELSEWHERE. YOU'LL BE MUCH BETTER OFF.

Worst ecommerce company ever!
Purchased step/nerf bars for my Ford truck. Same bars from manufacturer and other vendors showed 1-5 day shipping depending on certain variables and RealTruck.com price was a little cheaper and shipping was free. Ordered on 6/16 and money was withdrawn from my account immediately (Sunday). A week went by and I hadn't received any shipping info. Upon logging in to my customer account I noticed order was listed as pending fulfillment/order number unavailable. I did online chat which was based out of North Dakota and completely pointless. I believe their online chat is a robot and/or software only. Called and was informed that the product would ship in 10 to 20 business days. I had to lose my temper to even get an order number. On days 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 I called and tried the bot chat over and over as well as sent daily emails. No calls or emails returned and bot chat answered as expected. Finally was able to talk to an agent and said I was done and to please cancel my order - RealTruck stated order would be submitted to cancellation department and this could take 1-3 business days to approve before a refund could be submitted. Still no word on a shipping date. Seriously? While on the phone with my bank to dispute the charge and and label real truck as fraudulent I get an email stating Fedex had delivered the item to my door. What the Heck man? I have yet to get home and inspect the product. I'm prepared for the worst...

Excellent Service
Sales reps was very knowledgeable and helpful. The questions I ask were answered without hesitation and RealTruck even ask me questions that I should have asked about the products I was wishing to buy. When all was said and done, I felt very confident about the products I was buying and that I had made the right choices in not only quality but also price. To go another step farther, 1 of the sales reps recommended another company's web site for a product they didn't handle, assuring me this company also had the kind of quality product I was looking for but also at a fair price. I ordered from both company's on Thursday afternoon, with both assuring me 2-3 day delivery and both products were delivered today, which is Monday. Spot on with what 2 different company's sales reps told me. I am very impressed that they actually did what they said they would do. Haven't opened the boxes yet, as i had them delivered to my place of employment but will do so as quick as I get them home. Will add a quality review with pictures as quick as I can do the installs.

Order and customer service
I ordered my running boards on 8/12 and on 8/13 RealTruck took the money out of my checking account. I received an email that my running boards would be here late Aug, which I was fine with. Then a week later I get another email that I would receive my running boards by Sept 12th. On 9/8 I contacted them asking for a tracking number since my order showed still pending. I had already done the live chat several times and kept getting the same answer that someone would be calling me. I never got a call back and that's why I contacted them thru their phone number. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. When a human FINALLY picked up I once again could never get an answer from them and got the same BS that someone would contact me about my order. Well, here it is now 9/18/20 and still no running boards and no answer as to why they haven't been shipped. I canceled my order with them on 9/18/20 and I will up date on when my money is put back in my account. I then went and ordered my N-Fab running boards thru N-Fab themselves and it was only. 01ct higher in price. Plus, I still got FREE shipping and my running boards will be here in 5 days or less. I will NEVER go thru this company EVER AGAIN! Horrible customer service and they LIE about the items being in stock. Please, just go straight to the manufacture for the item you need, cause this company is a RIP-OFF!

I ordered a winch and RealTruck sent me a wireless controller. That's only half of it when I tried to cancel the order before they shipped they said they would and still sent me out the wrong thing. They then said I would have to wait to get my money back until the Item was returned. This was all because the miss advertised the item which was the Item I wanted. The service after the sale was awful as well. I believe the have a habit of charging people for things then giving them a hard time to return it because some people wont bother to return it. Agents have worked with the customer in regards to the issue from the time of his communication regarding the order. The return process is approved and we are waiting the item to arrive to be returned. The customer has filed a dispute with PayPal which causes the process to pause. The customer spoke to a PayPal and our supervisor who confirmed we are working with the customer to resolve the situation. There has been no delay in communication all information to the customer in a timely fashion.

False Advertising I ordered a pair of running boards for my 2018 Suburban and used the Realtruck.com website to filter my results by vehicle. I ordered the running boards and brackets that come with it. The brackets did not fit the Suburban. Once contacting real truck a week later I received another set of brackets that were so far off they were not even close to fitting. I called Real Truck back and waited 48 hours to be told they made a mistake and don't have a bracket that will fit my truck. So I get to box up and repackage all the boxes to ship back to them after two and half weeks of wasting my time. If they did not have brackets that fit the truck then why are they advertising them on their website?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Or should I say NO customer service! I have emailed them 5 or 6 times, tried calling but nobody returns calls. I bought running boards for my Dad's truck and the end caps don't fit right so the rubber is starting to come apart and they are only 3 months old! I just want them to be right but I can't get a return email or call. I have never had this kind of customer service before. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I wish I would have read the review BEFORE purchasing the running boards.

Canceled my $300 order before I had more problems. Called them up to check on stock & availability and was told they had it in stock in their "secondary" warehouse in Texas. They have no secondary warehouse. It is a different company that they order from when they don't have the item in stock - bunch of 'fake' customer service language. I immediately canceled the order as I was told it would ship the next day and it did not. I don't deal with companies who are not upfront and truthful with me.

I'll add to the trend we're seeing with the rest of these reviews, and that is their appalling lack of customer service. Their return policy is misleading. The "30-day satisfaction guarantee" is garbage. If you've installed the cover (who's doesn't install the cover once they get it?) they won't stand by their "return for any reason" policy. They have these "Customer Service Loyalty Specialists" who are both unfriendly and inept. The whole thing is a joke. Never use these guys for anything. If you want a good bed cover go to the manufacturer direct or use anyone else but this company.

Auto Customs Inc has the very worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They are very unhelpful and the direct phone lines they give are sent directly to voicemail which is never followed up on. I dealt with a Meghan and am very disappointed with her service. I was also hung up on the phone by an Alice (was told she is the supervisor), when I asked why the customer service was so poor. This was 4 weeks after my credit card was charged and still had no shipping or delivery date. I did finally get some honest answers from a Courtney on the same day I was hung up on. Thank you for the feedback Mr. G********. I did read through all of the email communication with my team. I do feel that we could have done a better job communicating the ship times with you. The painted to match covers do tend to take longer as they have to be painted and cured before shipping. Then the are delivered on a freight truck so they take longer than ***. The supervisor didn't hang up, the phone system disconnected the call. I do want to apologize on behalf of the entire customer service team and hope you enjoy the cover.

Poor customer service. These guys are just drop shippers that don't stock the products that they sell. They advertise fast shipping when in fact they don't offer fast shipping. They just blame the manufacturer for their shipping issues. They also remove poor reviews from their website to boost sales and hide their poor customer service.

I bought a bakflip vp 2 years ago and my rubber seals at the trifolds have become unattached causing the cover to worp. I know it only has a 1 year warranty. I've tried to get in touch with company and no response. Can someone contact me.

Ordered a Encore Tonno Truck Cover from Auto Customs; the item was shipped in a reasonable amount of time BUT packaging was terrible and did not protect the product ordered resulting in damages. Of course Auto Customs is not who you contact for damaged or missing parts which is the problem. Customer Service from the manufacturer is slow and terrible; very slow and shipping the incorrect parts. So I have an order from Auto Customs that is worthless, not useable because I am unable to get the correct replacement part for something damaged during shipment.

Twelve days after the charge for my tonneau cover had hit my credit card, I sent an email asking why I had not received the promised shipping notice. After checking out on line reviews, I was concerned about the credibility of The Auto Customs. Another day went by and I called. The response was that the item was not in stock and the item had not been ordered from the manufacturer yet. By this time I was totally displeased and demanded the product be shipped prior the the first of the month or I would place the charges in dispute. At this point things appeared to be looking up. The staff was very curious, apologetic and helpful. They promised to get back to me. Although I was skeptical, they did get back to me. I was told that the order was inadvertently dropped. The order was placed and I received an email saying the order would be shipped in three days. The order actually shipped in two days. The product was received in perfect condition and was exactly what I wanted. At this point in time, I believe it was simply human error and not a fatal business flaw the processing of my order. With the exception of the order being "lost", I am pleased with Auto Customs and would be willing to use them again. I ordered a set of Pillar covers from this company and upon receipt of them I quickly realized they were not as advertised. I called immediately and was jerked around for two days before I had to threaten them with legal action if they did not issue me a return authorization. They were the worse on line purchasing experience I have ever had. Never deal with them again.

I purchased a set of running boards that were powder coated. Upon receiving the parts they were damaged. There is 4 big scratches in them and I wasn't really happy. The packaging was wrapped up and in good condition so I can Assume that the manufacture is to blame here. So I called auto customs and reported it to them. Now a week later still nothing from Auto Custom. The last I was told is that they are trying to get ahold of the manufacture and see what the manufacture is willing to do. Not a real good idea in my book when a customer is sitting on damages parts and I cant even put them on my truck.

I placed an order online, not ten minutes later, I tried to cancel it. They could not cancel the order. I had to wait to receive the cover, then take it a couple towns over to the FedEx store to return it. They charged me a $25 restocking fee. I would take me business elsewhere.

AutoCustoms runs a very deceptive website@ ************ Everything except a small logo at the bottom makes you think you are ordering from the manufacturer, not a reseller. If this were the only deception, I wouldn't be too upset - if they can fulfill the order as placed quickly and at an attractive price, I'll give them a pass on the deceptive marketing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I placed an order an order for an MX4 with them on Dec 2nd, and was told the item was in stock and would ship out on Monday, Dec 5th. I emailed them on Thur Dec 8th to inquire about status, and was told that it would not ship until Dec 15th. I never received a response to my follow up email. I called just now, and was given a song and dance explanation as to how the warehouse was busy picking and filling orders. I spoke to the same sales rep that I placed the order with, and he could offer no explanation or solution other than a meek, insincere apology for the delay. Given that it appears the manufacturer is drop-shipping the product, AutoCustoms has little control over the timing. But know that timing - don't over promise. And if you do over-promise and your partners fail to deliver, offer something to your customer than a 'I don't give a **** cause I already have your order' attitude.

They sent me a defective cover and all my complaints fall on deaf ears i will not buy from them again

Misrepresentation of In-Stock items
So in March 2021 I tried to order a tonneau cover for my truck that showed it was in stock and a week after ordering it I get an email stating it is delayed by 2-3 weeks, than when that date rolls around another email that it is delayed another 2 weeks so at this point I canceled the order and got a refund, now keep in mind none of these items showed out of stock. I decided to give them another chance so on 5/26/21 I decided to order a tonneau cover again that shows In-Stock and get an email on 5/28/21 stating my order is delayed by 2-3 weeks, seriously RealTruck are quick to charge you and take your money while failing to represent their true inventory online. Once you purchase an item and wait 2 to 3 days for an email to tell you your order is delayed than you have to call their customer service to get a refund so you can find it somewhere else and than have to wait so many days for the refund to be returned. I will not order another thing from them because in my opinion the way they do business is shady since they are misrepresenting what they InStock and than after it is purchased they send an email it is delayed by an extended length of time but they do not care they already got your money. I advise to avoid this company at all costs.

Support Services does not exist.
I would stay away from this company. I ordered a GatorTrax MX Electric Tonneau Cover for my new Ram 2500 on April 19. It was missing the two rails to mate up the truck rail system.

I emailed the sales person with no response. After waiting on-line for hours I was able to talk to someone about the missing pieces. The support person emailed me back and I was told to read pages 11 and 12 which I had. The support person stated the extra rails do not come with the system and closed the ticket.

Nowhere on the site does it sell the required adapter rails. I sent back an email on how do I get them with no response. I called back and after hours on hold I was able to talk to another support person. I was told that the rails would be sent and the ticket was closed. This was about a month ago and I have emailed three different people with no response. I waited on-line again for hours, put myself on callback, and left a message with the first support person all with no response.

I would recommend ordering from this company with care.

This is the first review I have written. I just want other people to know about RealTruck.

If I could rate them less I would. Stay away from Real Truck at all costs
This company is a total farce. I ordered a Black Horse Classic Black Grille Guard from Real Truck (at a cost of nearly $400) for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I received the item after it was finally shipped after several updated delivery dates. Once the weather cooperated (received in dead of winter) I installed the grille guard per the manufacturers instruction and within days a rupture developed in the metal (see the attached photo). I contacted Real Truck who told me I had to go to Black Horse, I contacted Black Horse, who by the way have a highly unprofessional and rude staff, sent me back to Real Truck I uploaded the photos to both Real Truck and Black Horse numerous times. Black Horse said it was damaged during shipment, then RealTruck accused me of hitting something. It was not, and I did not. Real Truck said the "their upper management" decided it was out of the warranty period and sent me back to Black Horse. This has now gone on, this back and forth, for over a month without any resolution. I'm now (for the time being) stuck with an item that is obviously inferior and defective and neither Real Truck or Black Horse will live up to this reality and do the right thing and replace it. They keep giving me the runaround and are more than happy to leave me with an expensive defective item. Stay away from Real Truck. Once they have your money they could care less about customer service or satisfaction. They have plenty of competitors that are the opposite of Real Truck and I will be using them in the future. I would recommend you do the same. Never again will I purchase anything from Real Truck.

DONT BUY IT IF THERE MAY BE A CHANCE THAT IT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED.
Any company who gives a hassle to return anything seems to be a little shady to me anyway. This one def takes the cake. It even states on their website "EASY RETURNS" BUT it also states in their return policy that if it is the fault of the customer that there are re-stocking fees and etc... fees. FULL ON INVESTIGATION TO RETURN ANYTHING.
The part I ordered was supposed to be for my specific truck and it definitely was not and come to find out RealTruck don't even carry the accessories I needed for my truck. I had to email back and forth for 3 days, sending pictures of my vehicle and pictures of the parts that did not match up. Emailed back and forth, called the 1800 #, was told they would call back, and even went on the website to "live chat" still getting a "blow off" I don't know about all of you reading this BUT I do not have time in my life to continually deal with little nuisances like this. Just send that DAMN return form and move on to the next customer that has probably been annoyed also. I promise you that I will never order something from this company again.

Horrible Company
I placed an order over the phone on JANUARY 3rd. The item was just under $250. RealTruck charged my card immediately! Who does that these days? Unfortunately, I waited until January 11th to contact them. The person on the phone said to hold on and he would check on the order. His response was "it will ship from the manufacturer on Monday" (2 days later). When I did not hear anything about the item being shipped, I contacted them. I cannot believe it is February 4th and I just received an email from them saying the ticket has been resolved. I filed a dispute with my credit card bank and sent Real Truck an email requesting cancellation of my order - ON JANUARY 20th! When the bank heard about the details and all of the documentation I had they immediately did a provisional credit to my account. It is much easier for me to include the email I just sent to the person at Real Truck for you to read and see the details of what transpired. Here is that email:

I was sitting down to trash you guys when I saw this/these emails. I will be adding to the horrendous "reviews" that we found. Too bad I didn't see them before I tried to order from Real Truck. Resolved? RESOLVED? You say this 15 days after I asked you to cancel the orderwhich was 15 days after I filed a dispute with my credit card people which was 25 days after your email where you said you were going to "follow up with the manufacturer to get a shipping date" which was after Cieryna could not contact the manufacturerand her email to me read (partly) "Your case has been assigned to one of our World Class Customer Loyalty Specialists. They are doing a little research and will be in contact soon! A "LITTLE" research? "SOON"? "World Class Customer Loyalty Specialist"? It is laughable that you send an email stating that the request has been resolved 22 days after I filed the dispute with the bank!

And the additional email that reads "Your ticket (XXXXXXX) status has been updated to solved. We hope that we were able to answer all of your questions and concerns in a satisfactory manner!"

"Solved"? "We hope that we were able to answer all of your questions and concerns in a satisfactory manner!" Are you serious? You answered NOTHING from the day the ticket was opened.

I found two sites where I can leave a review. You can be sure that I will be letting people know this story.

Realtruck offers very little value in the face of many competitors
I ordered wheels and tires from realtruck three weeks ago.
When I was initially shopping the site I used the chat feature for some advice on sizing. I told the employee via chat that I needed some specifics due to not having any experience in selecting wheel and tire sizes.
The responses I received were vague and minimally worded. I re-stated that I didn't understand wheel and tire sizes and needed specific and direct answers. After this, I still had to probe and question to get any relevant information.
Then I called realtruck and the employee on the phone was able to answer my questions immediately. This was the only example of quality service I've received from realtruck. I placed my order.
After I placed my order the salesperson told me I would receive an email from him within moments.
I didn't. I emailed the salesperson back myself and told him I didn't receive any confirmation. Then I was sent confirmation.

Today I received my order. One wheel was deeply gouged across the face of it in three separate places. These gouges went through the black finish and into metal.
I called realtruck and informed them of the damage and was told to send the damaged wheel back.
I was also told that a claim would have to be filed and then settled before a replacement would be shipped to me.
I asked how long that would take and told that could not be determined.
- worth noting: it SEEMS the damage to the wheel was done prior to shipping. It was the second wheel in a three wheel stack (the fourth wheel was standing on its side) on a pallet. The employee on the phone even stated the damage may have happened prior to shipping.

Three weeks out from ordering and I still don't have what I ordered and I don't know how long it will be.
Realtruck's email to me acknowledging my phone call about the damage tells me RealTruck have a high volume of emails and they thank me for my patience.

Things happen. This I understand.
What I do not understand is how one company can show one customer:. Poor salesmanship. Poor communication. Long delivery/lead times. Poor customer service
And my journey with realtruck is not yet over.

Why am I working this hard to spend thousands of dollars with realtruck?
What is the benefit to me for shopping with them?
Why does the customer have to wait for the company to reach a claim settlement with a vendor before they can receive goods that have already been paid for?
It seems that realtruck means to serve themselves and only then will they offer some semblance of service.

All odd sales practices especially in the world of 2021 where competitors are only a web search away on a mobile device.

I will not recommend realtruck.com nor will I shop with them again.

Horrible Site
Just an email I sent
Just would like to start this email off correctly. Realtruck is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bumper on December 12, let me repeat that DECEMBER 12th it has been almost two months and my bumper has not even SHIPPED yet. Next order of business is the customer service team. Your customer service team is completely terrible, I have called and talked to mutual people and all I get for a response is "I can send in a request" nobody has ever been of any sort of assistance to me. I have asked for a discount which probably won't happen because your team is horrible at what RealTruck do. I have asked to speak to a manager which is never on site, also needs a request for that. Lastly I have not been given ANY information on this bumper, when it will ship, ETA, location or status of my bumper. Every time I call there are no records of my email found I have called so many times and still get asked for two emails. I am tired of waiting around for answers and am tired of waiting for my bumper. This needs resolved and shipped NOW YOUR COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.

Out-rite liars!
On May 24th, 2021, I visited the RealTruck.com site. RealTruck listed A Curt tow receiver for a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe for $ 175.00 ( a very good price) and the listing stated that that delivery would be on June 4 to June 9,2021.

I went on a chat... Connected with Chris S. I asked if they guaranteed delivery by Jun 4th to 9th. His answer... "Yes" I place the order through him via chat and asked again if he was sure the order would arrive to me by June 4th-9th. His answer, again, was yes.

I finalized the order with him and my VISA card was charged $ 189.63 ( $ 175.00 plus tax).

I received an email the same day from RealTruck.com confirming the credit card charges and stating the delivery would be June 4th to 9th.

On June 3rd, I received an Email update from RealTruck... delivery is now June 14th to 21st.

I went to the site and started a chat... with Courtney B. I asked "Do you have a tow receiver hitch for a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe?" Her answer... "not at this time". I asked when a Curt hitch would be available. She replied... "we do not have it in stock, but I am showing that Curt has it in stock. The do have a lead time of 10 to 15 days, before shipping. I ended the chat.

I received another email update on June 13th... Delivery is delayed to July 5th to 9th.

I received another email update on July 3rd... Delivery is delayed to August 13th to 18th.

Contacted RealTruck via phone call on August 5th... spoke to a different Chris and explained the history and my dissatisfaction with their associates lying to me and requested a complete refund. He emailed me a support ticket for a refund.

I received an email for Leslie S. On August 11th... they would need to verify that the order had not already shipped, before cancelling the order.

Then I got another email update from RealTruck on August 12th that my order is now delayed until November 1st to 8th.

I sent an email to Laurie S. That the item was not in stock and to refund my VISa card within 3 business day, or I would dispute the charge with VISA.

I received an Email from Erin D. On August 13th... order has been successfully canceled and a request was submitted to accounting for a refund. She thanked me for my patience... which I relied that I had lost my patience and would be submitting a dispute wit VISA in three day.

My Visa card was finally credited on August 20th.

Beware! If you chose to do business with RealTruck.com!

We'll see how this ends...
I'm not sure how I should feel about seeing RealTruck's Rep Melissa responding to reviews, (only the good ones might I add) while I've been waiting for a call back for over 40 minutes. I was very pleased with the online sales rep OR AT LEAST I THOUGHT. My order was processed quickly and shipped the next day as promised. My problem which I am trying to get resolved is i paid for Fedex Priority Overnight shipping but while watching the tracking and getting a delivery delayed update after the package only traveled 166 miles I called Realtruck but it was the weekend so no one that can contact Fedex was working. Of course I called Fedex myself which is why i learned the shipment was sent Fedex Ground not the Overnight I have paid for. Now I am faced with a package that is scheduled to arrive after I will no longer be in this area... as in multiple states away not returning! But at least Melissa H is thanking customers for their great reviews instead of calling me back. I gave this three stars hoping RealTruck would at least read this review.

REAL REVIEW
I placed an order to Real Truck on April 29,2021 for an UnderCover Elite Tonneau bed cover for my 2018 GMC pickup. RealTruck charged my credit card on April 29,2021 for the full amount with a projected shipping date of April 30,2021.
Later that same day, I receive an Email from Real Truck notifying me of a new shipping date of June 2,2021 thru June 7,2021.
On June I, 2021 I received another Email from Real Truck with a new projected shipping date of July 7,2021 thru July 12,2021.
On June 16,2021 I received a shipping confirmation for that day.
On June 23 my cover arrived by Pilot Freight Company to my business address WITHOUT ANY arrival date or time notification.
The shipping box was heavily damaged as well as the tonneau cover. My worker tried to refuse the shipment but was told forcefully by the delivery driver for Pilot Freight that he HAD to accept the damaged cover and to file a report with Real Truck. (This is not true, you do have to sign for damaged freight goods).
I tried to Email Real Truck but all of my Emails were returned marked NO REPLY. I then tried the Chat line and they NEVER replied to me. I then tried to call Real Truck many times to try to rectify this problem. They would put me on hold for many hours NEVER answering my calls.
It is now VERY obvious that Real Trucks business model is based totally on sales and they only provide the absolute minimum of customer service required for them to stay in business.
Their positive reviews for the past months is 80.1 %.
The design and manufacturing quality of the tonneau cover itself is great but if you want to purchase one of these, I STRONGLY recommend that you used another vender to purchase it from.

THE place to purchase truck accessories online!
A customer of mine came in with some odd trim on his Silverado and told me that he had purchased it from Real Truck so I purchased the replacement trim (vehicle was in for collision repairs) and I have been purchasing all of our replacement truck accessories from them for almost a year now I've never had a problem with this company at all, I also love the detailed photo's and installation videos that go along with each part on their website, it gives me a lot of confidence knowing that the part is going to be the exact replacement part for my customers vehicles. That is way better than the generic photo's that you get on other websites. I've done multiple returns and cancellations with this company as well and I've never had any issues whatsoever RealTruck are big enough to give you selection and small enough to care about their customers. This is without a doubt the perfect place to order your truck accessories from!

Follow Through on shipping and follow up very poor
I called in on a Wednesday to see if I could get a Tonneau cover delivered by a Friday. I was ecstatic when the associate told me it could be there on friday with Fedex 2 day air with AM delivery for $230 and she was helpful enough to offset some of the expense.

I was beyond dissapointed the next morning when i got the shipping info and it said that it was not coming till Monday.
I called Realtruck and spoke to an associate who told me the label had been generated and that the cover had not shipped yet. I asked him to please find out what it would cost to next day it as it had not left the facility yet. I was told he would call me back 3 hours later no call back and a response and I had an email that my ticket was closed and RESOLVED. The response was that unfortunately we can not control fedex. RealTruck could have follow through and called me back at which point I would have gladly paid the additional money to have it shipped overnight.

I called back in and was told there was nothing that could be done. THIS DELAYED MY DEPARTURE FOR A BUSINESS TRIP AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE COVER TO ARRIVE. At this point RealTruck should have at least refunded the shipping as I was clear with all 3 associates that I spoke with that I needed it on Friday and paid for that delivery date... Don't Think I will order again

Bad research and advice cost extra $$$
First of all, the purchase of my products, 4 wheels was easy and I felt like the price was reasonable. My bad experience came from customer service. I ordered 4 wheels and received 1 on Friday, I called and spoke to a customer service representative and he stated that the other 3 wheels were going to take 12-16 weeks as RealTruck were on back order. This is different then when I purchased them over the phone and was told that they were all in stock and would be here within 7 days. Due to the 16 back order, I did not want to go through with the sale and said I wanted to cancel the order as other online retailers had them in stock. Well I ordered 3 more wheels form another retailer and had them shipped so I could have them installed this week. Well the issue begins, I received the other 3 wheels from Realtruck on Saturday, so my order was never cancelled. I now have 3 extra wheels coming from another retailer which I will have to return and pay the restocking fees. This has caused a large amount of inconvenience for me and is now costing extra money due to the customer service representative and/or Real trucks inventory tracking system failing. I am happy to have my wheels but now they cost me more than any other competitor on the market.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD
Wish there were a 0 star available. I understand there is a pandemic going on, with that being said all Real Truck has to do is COMMUNICATE! I ordered a dash cover on May 2,2020. RealTruck gladly took my money to never respond again. I emailed about 5 times, did the online chat with a robot to have a call back, never received a call. Did another online chat to have them email me, never received an email. On July 5th I called and waited 5 hours for a call back. I finally talked to a real person and cancelled my order. Well, within 2 hours I received a notice that my dash cover shipped. What luck? I waited 65 days with no communication and when I try to cancel my order all of a sudden it ships. What a ficken joke this place is. I will never use them again.
We also ordered some side steps for our truck in April, after 2 weeks of them not shipping we canceled and got our money back. We ordered steps from another company and received them in 2 days!

Product Selection, Service and Support Excellence!
Excellent Customer Support and Service on Top of an Excellent Deal. The service agents were all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive all the way from product selection and purchase, to after purchase support, questions and my desire to make changes to my order before the product was shipped (a personal after-thought decision on my part to change the selection). Deal was great to start and then RealTruck made it even better for me to help me make my final decision, and be happy and confident in it that I made the right choices - including my Very FIRST Right Choice to look into, and go through RealTruck.com for my after-market truck needs!

The customer support reps and service agents were all spot on helpful and extremely fast and courteous in all of their responses and actions on chat, phone and email. What an unexpectedly extremely pleasurable experience overall! I will most certainly look here first for any additional after-market items I may be interested in for my truck!

Shipped Damaged Tonneau Cover and Horrible Customer Support
I purchased a Gator recoil tonneau cover for my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 crew cab, and when it arrived the canister was dented and damaged. I called customer support and RealTruck opened a "ticket." I sent photographs of the damage with no results from customer service. Still waiting to hear back from them about my "claim." The tonneau cover canister was dented and scratched beyond repair (it looked like a previously returned item). I unloaded the 60lb cover from the box, re-packaged it, and now it's sitting in my garage waiting for Real Truck. They got my $1,000 immediately, but if you need any support from them after purchasing a product, good luck. 4 days for "rapid shipping," 1 day of wasting my time and efforts unloading/loading damaged product, waiting for Real Truck to "investigate" my "claim," and undisclosed timeframe to ship me a new tonneau cover (of course subject to their "investigation"). Bottom line, shop elsewhere.

BEWARE SCAMMERS
Went to order rims for my 21 Silverado FROM REALTRUCK on 8-30. While online a agent came on chat he stated that ordering with him would expedite shipping and gaurantee fitment. So I followed his advice paid 1400. 00 for rims and agent stated would release rims right away. This did not happen as I had to follow up 4 times. Customer service is joke 30-40 minutes hold time to be told RealTruck would just refund my money after they did inquiries as to what went wrong with their system. When not hearing back I had to call and pretend to be buying rims because that's only way anyone answers phone. Then this company said would send rims ASAP instead of refund. So expedited shipping did not work when rims arrived they hit on calipers and would not fit. Great gaurantee fitment guys. I manage 6 tire and service centers this company is a joke and beware absolutely unprofessional as I am sitting on rims I cannot use

Don't do it
These people are total liars bought rims and tires salesman was informed it what i had told him I didn't want to cut or do anything to truck he said the combo would work also said RealTruck would get to me in a week and a half also says on their website that they price match so it took 5 weeks to get here first of all second the tires rubbed so bad couldn't even drive the truck had to spend another 300$ to add a leveling kit and still rub called them multiple times to get a solution told customer care to listen to the recording of all calls during purchase she said they did and the salesman told me they would rub wich is a total lie I will be contacting bbb and sewing their bond theres alot more to say about them but my advice is not to waste your time and money with these scumbags the lie to you just to get your money and dont stand behind their guarantees warranty and word i don't ever write reviews but this was so bad I thought I should let people know stay away not a legit company liars

2016 Dodge Durango - IONIC CXV Running Boards
I am very pleased with the IONIC CXV running boards and especially pleased with the customer experience with this purchase. I called your customer service to make sure that these running boards would be the correct product for my vehicle & model and I placed the order with the assistance of customer service representative Crystal. She double checked the product compatibility and also researched and found an installation video link for a similar vehicle (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee) to help me with the installation. I placed the order with her on Tuesday and I received the product on Thursday afternoon - 2 days from Indiana to Florida - and shipping was included in the "On Sale" price!
I installed the running boards on Friday (next day) after a quick trip to Home Depot for a very necessary 18mm deep socket tool indicated in the installation video. The installation was a little awkward to install the 6 mounting brackets primarily due to me not raising the vehicle off the ground for better access and visibility. All in all - a great customer experience and a very nice product and improved appearance and functionality of the vehicle. I would definitely purchase this product again and for sure from the Running Board Warehouse. Thank you.
