I certainly can understand some misinformation or a small amount of inaccuracy but the level to which the lack of complete and correct information your company gives is purely insulting and you hide behind the cover of disclaimers! What's more frustrating is the use of the ploy; tactic of dangling the steak in front of the lion: feeding the customer just enough information then market your Premium Report for more money; a one time fee which yields only a plethora of NOTHINGNESS!

I tried to look up ONE THING, and that is all I want. My receipt said that you were planning on billing me an additional $20 on May 17. I will not pay any more than $3.98. So far I have not even gotten the one search on my own car that I sold, which now has an $80 ticket on it. I phoned and somebody called "Gabriel" said he would get rid of the monthly membership fee. We shall see. Right now I have nothing but fear that I am being scammed.

I looked up in record finder Australia to see the contact details of this Australian resident, the site showed me a little bit info which seemed accurate but I had to pay the sub fee in order to see the report
Okay I paid
But now I automatically am taken to US version of the website which I cant look up this person anymore
Back to record finder Australia i searched again and it took me to the page that I had to pay for sub!
I log in to my account and again am taken to record finder US
I cant call the number is illegitimate neither assistance request that shies my message didn't go through
This is scam

While I am filling out credit card information a pop up ad for some internet security company dominated the screen and I could no longer navigate my information without maneuvering around the damn add. This kind of $#*! happens all the time so I know nothing will be done about it but I might as well mention it.

When I wasn't finding any up to date information I was looking for I did a search on my self and my husband. Full of errors and reports of "no records" for things I know should be easily found. There must be other real record finders out there because you always hear "everything is on the internet" but these guys don't know how to find it for you.

Surprisingly misleading and poor quality site. Returned many OOPS error pages. Found nothing useful, majority of the wordy pages were simply auto manufacturer information. Please refund entire purchase immediately. Please note the my rating was the lowest possible, ie one star, however i would have preferred zero stars. WARNING THIS ReviewFeeder RELATED TO RECORD FINDERS SITE FORCES A 5 STAR RATING AND DISREGARDS MY 1 STAR I GAVE IT. Absolutely not what was advertised. I will share my bad experience on reddit, Facebook, twitter, pinterest, the better business bureau, and my own personal blog. A bit of advice, don't trust advertise. I'll give you one day to refund me, then I will let the fun begin. P.s. I have a lot of time on my hands. Your choice, it's a just a few bucks, but the principal off the matter is what I'm interested in. Good luck

Your ad, online, said that it was a free public check to obtain death information. 4.00 isnt free, then with your 14.00 automatic re occuring charges, well, thats not free, either.
Its something i needed to find out, so, you provided a service.
Dont lead someone on, is my thought. You get enough business without having to do it the way you are.

This site was definitely misleading. I went on the original site Australia records finder and I thought I would be able to search for records from there and became a member and then the site took me to records finder in the US and would not go back to the original site and after trying many times it would not let me do a search on Australia records finder. A total deceiver and a sham!

I be was looking for basic marriage & divorce records. I know for a fact the 2 people I looked up were married but all of your reports stated there were "no marriage records" for the 2 individuals. I know Records Finder were married to each other what I was needing more information on is IF they ever actually filed for divorce. But once your site said neither were ever married I lost all faith in trusting your site to dig further for divorce information

Looked up a name and clicked on the person that matched who I was looking for. Had to pay to access record. Now the record can't be found because the site it now "limited" to just the United States. What a scam! Even their "comment" page doesn't work right. Says I used invalid characters (just letters like above) and my order number doesn't exist.

Just to double check the site worked, I looked myself up. Invalid information on myself as well. Never married, never used listed email companies, and never lived with listed family members. What a waste!

I looked up 2 VINs numbers and got nothing but vehicle specs that I can get anywhere for free.

If the is a good possibility no useful information will be provided then that should be made clear before taking my money.

I can see from the reviews I should have checked first the the service is useless. That's on me.

It was odd that a survey popped up before I was given the results of my search. This was a waste of money, I paid 14.95 for my 1st search,, but then it had a button for premium results and wanted 18 dollars more. I actually accepted it, considering it more of a lesson than anything. I got back not much at all. So after spending 32 plus,, I had no information

I already filled out the info I need, your site compiled the info, demanded payment even tho search said FREE REPORT, now I find out I get sucked into a monthly charge, which I won't. AND AFTER ALL THAT I HAVE TO RE-FILE THE SAME INFO AGAIN! These sites usually suck because most info is either; out of date, misleading, or worse absolutely WRONG! Let's hope this is not the case here, but experience proves otherwise!

I read the Terms of agreement. I also read the billing terms. Which stated a one time search would be only be charged once unless you have a subscription. I signed up for one search and after you took my payment it states that I will have reoccurring payments. The way the site makes it look is that you are purchasing one search not a subscription. That's dishonest

I think I have been scammed. It indicated during my search that Records Finder found something only for me to pay and it shows no report. They are more interested for you to pay extra for the premium which is not a guarantee that their will be any changes. I am glad I cancelled my subscription. I hope I wont be billed later...

I tried to used the site a few months back with a prepaid debt card that requires preloading of funds... thank God I used this card instead of my actual bank as I never received the record search for and Records Finder tried taking money every single month from that prepaid card... don't be a victim... don't use this site

The person I was trying to get info had been indicted. By the Fayette County Grand Jury in Kentucky and I was seeking info as to what he was charged with as his victim was a family member. I paid the $14.98 Then I think I paid another $18.00 and then when I thought I had found a report that would possibly give me the info I wanted again wanted me to pay $23.08 or something like that I just left your sight and decided I was being ripped off. So I did not get a report. I learned today from the victim what I wanted to know so please cancel my subscription and refund my payments as I learned nothing for my money. I am 78 and I try to be very careful with these web sites. Thank you. Hope to hear from someone regarding my experience.

After finding the report i was searching for, it alerted me that I needed to pay $14.95 but I would have a whole host of information contained in the report. I paid the fee, logged in and it prompted me to re enter my search criteria. Now it says the report doesn't exist and to try searching nationwide! I navigated back through pages to make sure I spelled everything just as before. I did and I had a "file number" ( before I paid to join). As I go to navigate from that page, "wait. Take advantage of this offer. $3.95 for unlimited searches!" Not only is my report now nonexistent, but I over paid by 5 times the amount. I searched other profiles and all of them say "information not available" and the ones that do have any information is from years ago! I have never witnessed a site like this that is so misinformed. Oh wait, if you want to see more information. You can pay more for that to be released to you. After my initial report is now MIA. But yet I am supposed to pay more to be unsure what I am getting. Total rip off

First, Records Finder ask for your review prior to showing results. Second, they suck you in telling records have been found and are available for FEE. You pay their fee and get NO RECORDS FOUND then a long list of BS reasons. Don't waste your time or money on this website. Will report these jerks to the TX Atty General. Triple damages under TX deceptive practices act!
