Redline Steel popped into my life last Christmas when I noticed an ad while playing a game on my phone. I thought, why not check them out! Best thing I ever did!! I bought name/address plaques for my family. They were all delighted and the products were just beautiful!! I've since ordered a number of personal memory items. I love to read so I purchased a bookmark recently and I know I will never loose this one!! Love it!! Once I had a package disappear from my porch and the company replaced it gladly, no hassle. I was so grateful and surprised! Customer service has always been great and the delivery always on time. My husband is a disabled Vietnam veteran and we're so happy we can support another brother in arms type business. We wish them all the best!!! We will keep ordering from this delightful company.

Everything I have purchased from Redline Steel is top quality. The wall hangings hold a prominent place in my living room and bathrooms as there are quite a lot of good selections for any occasion/setting.
I have a whole closet full of their soft, nice fitting T-shirts that are my go-to daily wear choices since I now work from home and don't really have to dress up. However, most of these shirts would be fine with nice jeans for an office environment.

If I can't get the products I ordered without having to ask day after day, You wouldn't want to see my review of your company. I think it is pathetic on your part that you have to cheat to get my money , I won't donate to your company when you brag about how much you have, Can't you afford to buy your daughter birthday gifts without having my money to do it??? I could write a review after my products I ordered comes to me in perfect condition.

I can not remember how long ago I start ed ordering from Redline steel, but it was early in your business. I have ordered monograms for a son, daughter 5 granddaughters and 2 for us. Plus many other small gifts for family. I just ordered for a grandson in law's birthday. Always got my orders on time and usually faster than expected. All products are well made and I like that it is in my favorite State. My granddaughter lives in Huntsville and is an engineer at Redstone Arsenal. Her son my great grandson is in the Army in his 4th year. My son was Air Force for 22 years. Love this company and wish I could buy more but walls are pretty full. My favorite piece is the memorial for my youngest son that was murdered 50 years ago.

I have bought many beautiful pieces from Redline Steel. The pieces are made with the utmost attention to detail. There are no rough edges, no flaws at all and made with such high quality. I absolutely have been so pleased with every piece I have purchased. I have gifted many of these items. They are very popular as they with almost any decor. I am building a new covered porch and can hardly wait to decorate my porch with more of his items. Than’ you for giving an incentive to get me started buying these high quality pieces.

I have ordered just a couple of items from this company, I recently recieved an email for an order I did not place at all, and my debit card was charged as well. I emailed the support team about it and have not been given a response as in to why this even happened? I have also made a 5 dollar donation as well in the past which I have noticed that is reoccurring on my bank card once a month. . I highly supported this company in the beginning and the owners. But lately with charges and no answers as in to why. I'm now disappointed. That's why I'm giving 2 stars .

Redline Steel is my go to for metal art (indoor and outdoor) and unique gifts for all occasions—including children’s gifts. My special favorites are variety of Patriotic items. Prices are very reasonable and $2 Tuesdays are especially fun. Hard to find anything worth while for $2 these days. Ordering is easy with choice of sizes and colors on many items. Delivery is usually within 5-7 days. During Christmas holidays some deliveries took longer but customer service keeps you advised of any problems. I have never had to return an item but am fairly sure the process would be easily handled. The best part is that Redline Steel is Veteran owned and all the products are made here in America!!

I really love their products. I have ordered several items including shirts to metal decorations. Their shirts are made of quality material and fit true to size. I love my shirts. The metal decorations range from Christmas candy canes to horse plaques and love plaques. I love them all. Everything I have ordered was at a good price and everything shipped quickly. Redline feels like part of your family. They are a really great company.

I have been satisfied with all the products I have ordered. They are excellent quality and packaged well for shipping. I have many of the products around my home and get compliments on them.
I also have given some as gifts and always get good responses and people ask me where they can buy them.
I’ve never had a problem ordering or receiving any of the items.
I think they are reasonably priced and are made very well.

We, my wife and I, have ordered a few things from Redline Steel and have loved everything that we have received. We did purchase a few items as gifts and when given they were very well received. One of the items received is shown below. We were looking for something to add to the photos of our family saw this and it is perfect!!! For some reason, my photo wouldn’t show, but believe me everything is well made and very durable

I enjoy everything I have gotten from your company, however your customer service is lacking. I had a problem with "hope" that I tried to order. By the time I received the email answering my question, I missed the $2 special. Also, I had a credit which expired TWICE. I tried to use my credit to purchase something which is still in my cart and it didn't work. I've left four phone messages as well as multiple emails. Please rectify this situation with a phone call from a human. Thanks for your time.

I have been Very Happy with EVERY item I have purchased, both as gifts & for in my home! My daughter even asked for another matching horse for her cupboards! The quality of workman ship is THE BEST!!!!! Staff are personal and Colin feels like a friend! He is always offering specials . The variety of items & features several different colors is Great! I have bought many different items. Each one has been exactly what I expected and is of great quality. I’ve gotten a couple items in the red steel and I absolutely love them. They all have arrived in a timely fashion and are sent in a box that protects the item. I encourage everyone if you haven’t bought something to buy an item. They have a great selection including holiday, seasonal and themed items. I look forward to buying new items in the future.

I have been a customer of Redline Steel since the beginning. I love all their products and so far I have never had a issue with customer service. Like any other small company there can be issues but so far I have been Happy. The products are made right here in the USA, which means a lot to me. The are a good quality and beautiful as well. I have run out of places to put them, so some are still in packages but I have plenty of family that will love the ones I can't use. They make great gifts as well. I have sent a few to my daughter and see just loves them and can't believe how well they look in her house. I have attached pictures of my last order and I just love them. I discovered Redline Steel a couple of years ago. Once I ordered their product and saw the quality of it, I was hooked. I have many pieces through out my house and love each and everyone of them. Of course, I do have a few favorites. I especially love their $2 Tuesday products and it gives me something to look forward to each week, as to what may be offered. I love the holiday pieces, as they add nicely to my seasonal decor. I love receiving their promotions, whether it be free shipping, a discount, or special pricing on their items. Sometimes the delivery has been slow, but not always their fault. Sometimes the delivery company is at fault, but worth the wait in the end either way. When ever I have had an issue of any kind, it has been handled to my satisfaction. Redline Steel is a great company with an owner that truly cares about his customers and the people who work for him.
