I cannot refer to Regus offices since I have never been to others except Regus Istanbul Kanyon where the staff is resourceful, gumptious, diligent, patient, friendly and helpful.
Shibuya Mark City staff always try to respond on time, together with attentiveness in case of difficulty. It helps us greatly and also makes us happy.
The Regus office in San Bernardino is an excellent building to have an office. The building is very clean, secure, and easy to access. Most importantly are the staff members working there. Liz and MK are extremely professional, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provide a welcoming atmosphere for all the clients.
I love my location in Durham. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They make me feel at home. The location is convenient and close to the interstate. I am very happy I chose this location.
Excellent services but limited capabilities for virtual office members. On the other hand, new services, such as worldwide pitch contests using Regus and its client network, would be attractive and it can differentiate from Regus industry competitors.
First 3 months was a bit problems in billings, but this was settled by keeping in touch with their accounting. I am very happy with everything after that issues.

The Regus office at Firewheel-Garland has everything that we need to run a successful business. The ability to reserve a conference room for client meetings is a real plus, and along with access to the kitchen and coffee bar, we are able to stand out above the rest when serving our clients. We are a small company and would not be able to offer these services on our own. Monica Biedermann goes above and beyond when we need assistance and she has even helped us gain clients! All-in-all, a great experience!
I have always had a great experience at Regus, with Abkar and Liz. I think that things are getting better and more organized. I hope Liz can stay at that location since it is getting busier and the front desk can be unattended because Abkar or someone else needs to take a lunch break. Also, I hope the salespersons have better communication with management because the meeting room at that location was sold as an office and clients like me who often uses meeting rooms, was unable to book that meeting room any more. The only one left for the small group was the high chairs, and this is not confortable, in my opinion.
Nice modern offices. Well equipped and bright spaces. Staff at reception desk were exceptional. They basically could not do enough for us, coffee, bins, additional heater. Nothing was too much effort. Quick fast checkin and instant delivery of that all important internet oode. They know their market well
I am so pleased with my office and the office staff, and the whole atmosphere of Regus downtown overall. My office is quieter than any office I have rented downtown, as a massage therapist that is super important.

’ve never in the 30 years I’ve been in business encountered such a negative customer service experience than what Regus has befallen upon my company. In absolutely every other online account I’ve ever had, should I request a cancellation of services the reputable companies I have dealt with over the years have complied.
But oh no, not Regus. Regus demands to extract whatever meager funds they possibly can. Their business practices are down right deceitful and the level of belligerence their staff has shown is truly shocking!

We have enjoyed being at the Liberty Station Regus location. Eddie is always so responsive and personable. Both Eddie and Gaby have great customerservice.
The Hilton Head / Bluffton office complex has a variety of rooms, with different sizes and capabilities. Most always I can get a room for my business when I need it. Some rooms have good Wi-Fi access, and others don't. When I can't get access and need it, the staff has been very helpful in finding me another office to use where the internet connectivity works. The only consistent problem I have had is with the temperature. Most of the time it is too cold in the building, and the staff has no ability to change the temperature.
The Staff at Fairfax is always great.
The Facility has everything we need and is always clean and accessible.
We have used the Spaces/Regus all over the US.

Barking Regus is not a safe place to run a Business.
Due to COVID19 our team members are working from home during 2021 and have not frequently visited my office unit. The following were noticed and experienced during my visit to the Barking Regus building.
My office space was occupied by someone but no early notification has been given.
Terminated my telephone extensions without early notification. No telephone equipments are in place for me to activate and use.
Suite key has been changed by the Regus team. I am not notified earlier.
I was not been given access keys during my visit (I hand my keys in reception earlier)
I was escorted to my suite which was unusual during my visit.
I was not given permission to stay in my office suite. I have not given a proper answer to my question and given misinformation.
The accounting team did not forward my query to the regional manager for up to 3 months and I was contacted by the regional manager by end of last year (2021) only. He accepted that it was his team's fault once I did forward the email and evidence but he has not taken any action against his team till now.
I did not receive any further calls or emails for more than one month from the regional manager too. Now he tries to protect his team member by saying that my office unit has been used by his team in an accident and they removed the items immediately.
The Regus team have put me through a lot of stress, trauma which is pressuring me and not able to focus on my daily routine.
I have been forced to pay the rent for a space I feel is not safe and comfortable to use.
I would not recommend the Barking Regus to anyone as it's not a safe and secure environment to run your business.
