so far has been very helpful have taken a computer that did not work very well at all and got it up and running . I can check my e-mails now. they even cared enough to call and to check with me to see how it was operating the next day

After a phone call explaining my computer issue (ransomware), their technicians were able to remotely solve the problems, and give me solutions for avoiding this type of issue in the future. Excellent customer service!

Each employee that we had contact with was knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate getting our desktop up and running much quicker.

Somehow McAfee's total protection VPN usually causes my computer to run very slowly.
When I reboot my computer, VPN is automatically set off. The problem is when VPN is set to OFF. I told Albert, my ReImage technician, that my computer was running fine (which it was).
It funs fine with Microsoft Word and Excel.
As I write this review, my computer is running very slowly again. So I don't know what to do.
Keep resetting McAfee's VPN every time I log in? - or not use my computer?
I rate your service as 4 Stars since it was running fine after my technician last fixed my computer.

I was able to contact support to run a check on my computer and my tech was very helpful and was able to resolve my concerns within 30 minutes. Great Job!

all representatives have been helpful and patient. Remote fixing is better for someone like myself who has limited computer knowledge. Living in a fairly remote part of city it is wonderful to access support remotely.

We solved my issue with my disappearing email and removed some viruses and malicious software. Hopefully. Problems solved. If we haqve to go here again I;ll probably use a flame thrower.

I had a recurring from yesterday that I thought was resolved but it was not and I had to call back today about it. The problem was solved to my satisfaction and I am pleased.

The programme is so annoying one minute it moving doing all that is asked of. Looking at the next part i is updated then freeze too

I was in trouble on my computer. It started with a printer issue and after I tried to correct it myself I made the problem much worse. I contacted Reimage and they worked with me to resolve a number of problems and I am very pleased.
