Sent broken part and refused the RMA return they provided me. Quality of Parts has gone down too.
Have purchased numerous parts for them to repair various iPhones. Usually good experience. As of recent, parts have been defective, shipped broken, just bad customer service when you call. Always an attitude. Most recent purchase sent a iPhone X screen replacement. Received with broken prongs in the ribbon. Explained that to customer service for return. I had to pay for return shipping. RepairsUniverse received and sent email rejecting my return saying the item was damaged. No $#*!. That's why I called to get RMA to return. Now out the money for product and shipping back. Opened AMEX case... look for another parts supplier, there are plenty out there.

Do not buy from them
VERY UNSATISFIED! Order the wrong part because of their misleading ad on google and now RepairsUniverse don't want to refund me the money after receiving the product back.

The chat customer service promised they will look into it and will email me back by the end of the day. 3 days later, they still haven't said anything so I contacted them again. After a brief chat, I was told that they will not give me a refund because the item arrived later than 30 days. However, their email stated "Please postmark your package no later than February 14,2021 or your return cannot be accepted" it was postmarked Feb 13. And they received it on the 18th.

I requested a refund that the agent stopped replying and kicked me out of the chat. So unprofessional.

Additionally, I paid for 2-day delivery and revived in 4.

IPad replacement screen order
When I received the screen it was broken, the wires that were suppose to be connected to the screen were detached. The packaging didn't show signs of damage I followed the process the company laid out by taking pictures of the package, and the condition of the screen, wires etc. I printed and filled out the form RepairsUniverse required and spent more money to send th defective product back to Repair Universe. This process took 2 months! At first they couldn't find the delivered package. Then, when they found it and saw the detached wires they accused me of cutting the wires! THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND ME ANOTHER SCREEN! How does a Business that handles their customers this way stay in business? My issue is still not resolved. They said their decision is final. So They Took my money and dont get the screen I paid for!

Terrible Customer Service
Received Ipad replacement screen without adhesive. I called requesting expedited adhesive, RepairsUniverse then sent Iphone adhesive non-expedited. I called, they said would call back and did not. I called for refund, they said I would have to pay shipping. I still don't have advertised product and now have to pay shipping to return it. Unacceptable.

Bad Customer Service, Not honorable shipping
I ordered a part from them and paid for over night shipping. I did not receive it the next day. RepairsUniverse stated I made my order too late (past 5pm, I made it at 5:30). So, they refunded my order. I re-ordered the same part the next day, hours before 5pm, paid for overnight shipping AND an extra fee to have it delivered by noon and my package still did not arrive. I've paid them $51 extra for mover night shipping on two packages and haven't received any of them. The funny part is, I re-ordered the same part and it is now apparently on back order, even though I re-ordered the same part the next day. Now I have lost a customer and money because of this company's ineptitude at honoring their overnight shipping policy. They said they sent me an email stating that it was back ordered. I acquired my email from front to back acourednd the only email I got from them was an order confirmation. They didn't attempt to help athe all, they just offered to refund my money for a second time. So, now I am down two parts($310), shipping fees, one customer (who was going to pay 230 for a phone fix) and money. So, a customer, the potential for a return customer and over $500 that could be in my account right niw, but isn't because of this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Customer and Tech Support Non-Existent
I bought the iphone 5c replacement screen to repair my child's broken screen. I opted for the more expensive assembly that included the home button, microphone, speaker, etc..., so I would not have to disassemble parts from the old screen. The screen arrived in good shape, and I installed it. After installing the screen, Siri could not hear me, the recorder would not work, and no one could hear me on facetime.

I called the number for tech support a couple of times, and nobody was ever available, but I was directed to the "live chat" to get help. Nobody was ever available there either, and I was directed to leave a text message and someone would get to me immediately.

Well, I got confirmation my message had been received, but nobody ever called. After nearly a week I got another confirmation e-mail basically telling me RepairsUniverse had received my message and someone would get back to me immediately. Nearly 2 weeks later and nobody has called me. I ended up taking the microphone/speaker/camera off of the old screen and swapping it out with the "new" screens gear. It worked.

Customer Service and Tech Service appear Useless with this company. Expect to receive your part, but if there are issues, don't count on them to help...

Absolutely Horible! Buyer Beware!
The only reason this place gets one star is because one is necessary to write a review.
Stay far from this lousy excuse for a business. I paid $100 for a new phone screen so I could fix my phone. What I actually received was another damaged screen! It literally looked like all RepairsUniverse did was ship me someone else's broken screen they had sent in for repair!
After letting them know, they tried to blame UPS and had me send pics of the packaging I received it in. It WAS NOT UPS! The package it came in did not have so much as a fold or crumple; it was flawless.
They then had me send the screen back to them for "investigation" and about 2 weeks later wrote me to tell me that they saw chipped paint near the camera, thereby making it non refundable. What a joke!
Horrible business and waste of over $100!

Very cool website!
Very cool website! I fixed my own phone MYSELF cause of these guys. Great techs and chat helped a lot. Ordered an iPhone 4 screen and got it in a few days. The people there are very good and helped me pick the right part and gave me tips that were actually useful. I am a proud and happy girl right now due to these guys! Thanks and I tell everyone about you!

IPad Pro 10.5 screen
Horrible product, when I received the screen I had dead pixels down the middle so I took pictures of the defective product and returned it for a replacement. Upon RepairUniverse receiving my return RepairsUniverse sent me a message back saying that I sent them a broken screen and that they will not reimburse or replace the defective product. So I lost $190 for nothing.

These people do not communicate, and when they do they are full of themselves
RepairsUniverse did not advise their intentions before unnecessarily curtailing part of an order, and then refused to discuss it. When trying to "chat" which was in no way rude, they reiterated a policy which need not have been enacted, and rather than discussing it, they ended the chat point blank. I would certainly not recommend them to anyone after this experience.

Don't get your device repair by this company.
You can buy parts from here, but don't let them repair your device. This is because if something goes wrong with the repair, RepairsUniverse won't refund you even for the part that they used.

In my case I send over my phone because I drop my phone and screen broke. So, then they return the phone back to me and there was two issues: 1-the screen was not properly glue down. 2-there was a dead zone in the screen. So this tells me that they did not check my device properly before it left. So I decided to just return the screen and get a refund.
Once I return the device, they told me they check the screen and it works and so they can not refund me any money.
Then they want me to pay the shipping cost to return the screen back to me.
So clearly there is something going on with the phone.
Now I just lost $70 for them not to fix my phone and I have to keep another $70 screen even though it did not fix my issue on the phone. So am down $140 right now.

In conclusion, this company only want to take your money, but if they screw up they will not refund you at all.

The Worst
“I ordered a replacement screen. What I received was a "new" screen that had one of the mounting tabs broken off. RepairsUniverse didn't want to even give me an RA, saying I should pursue the shipper for damaged parts. After numerous phone calls I was finally able to communicate to someone that there was no evidence the item was damaged in shipping. The tab was broken off (it's super tiny) but the packaging was fine (which means it was placed in the packaging broken). Sent it back. They claim they never received it. My bad for losing the tracking info. Their bad for sending a bad part and not replacing it. Bottom line is they have the screen I purchased and paid to send back to them. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN!”

You will regret dealing with them
Stay away from these people! I searched for a Galaxy tab a screen on their website. A Galaxy tab screen popped up and I ordered it. When I got it it didn't fit. RepairsUniverse only refunded me for the screen, refused to pay shipping. I sent the tools back, they kept them, but didn't refund my money. They could care less about their customers. Before ordering you better read ever little thing (including the fine print). They are all about taking the money.

Excellent!
Excellent! RepairsUniverse have parts I have never even heard of and I have been around a long time! Pricing good but people are the best I ever encountered, really. It was nice, actually. Ordered off website, they shot off the order and my device was ready to in a matter of hours... Thanks! I recommend to all I know, which is alot! Hahaha!

Do NOT buy anything from these crooks
Do NOT order anything from these thieves! I paid $9.98 extra for USPS First Class Mail because I wanted to receive my order in 1-3 days. Which is the stated delivery time for first class mail. Instead these idiots shipped it via UPS Innovation. Which is slightly faster than pony express. It took 9 days for me to receive my order. I did an online chat to find out why I did not receive the shipping method that I paid for and was told that I had to email customer service. I tried to call their phone number and there was no option to speak to anyone in customer service.
So I emailed them and told me that USPS First Class mail is 7-12 transit days. Which is a complete lie. I use USPS First Class mail regularly and I have never had any problems with transit times. RepairsUniverse refused to answer follow up email when I continued to ask for an explanation. I am done with these crooks.

AVOID -0 Stars Poor Customer Service, stupid T&C's
Universe for a replacement, at then end of this review is the exact content of their email, RepairsUniverse want a used item returned in perfect condition, no scratches, damage or adhesive of any kind! Before they'd send a new one! Completely unrealistic for a phone screen! So I've have to disassemble the phone, send in the screen (leaving the phone disassembled while I wait for a return) I asked it they could send me the new one and I'd then send the old one and I was told: Please note upon placing your order you automatically agreed to the terms and conditions. Hiding behind T&C's is the lowest of the low. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Defective Part + Restocking
Received defective part. Repairs Universe evaluated the part that I returned at my own expense. RepairsUniverse acknowledged the defect and issued a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. I'm not sure why they would be restocking a defective part. I suppose they will ship it to they next customer so they can make another 15% restocking fee. What a racket.

Just got off of live chat and had a great time with...
Just got off of live chat and had a great time with the tech! I just wanted to see if I was ordering the right part for my HTC 1. He gave me great advice, too! So, I made the order and can't wait to get it! If all goes as smoothly as the chat did, I will have it made! Their site if full information as well. I plan on using the resources RepairsUniverse provide, like the chat and the youtube videos. I cannot wait to try this myself! I am confident, though, thanks to the tech! Perhaps I will let you know how it went. Wish me luck!

I thought all online sites were scams 'til I found RepairsUniverse.com! RepairsUniverse handled all my questions (which were alot) and got me the part I needed for my repair and some other "fun" stuff too! My credit card information was taken over the phone and I felt secure enough to do that with this place! I got an order number and they sent a tracking number once it shipped, which was that day! Bottom line, got parts, fixed phone and feel great I could do it myself AND save a bunch of money doing it! GREAT!
