Useless to me. When I called to activate because I missed the key in software to install myself. While on the phone I found it. During conversation I was not clear what tech wanted to do. He was general. After a couple of minutes, not to my surprise, and sure enough he mentioned he would need to remote into my system I was a definite no yet he did not want to listen. No one will ever remote into my systems. I have been working with computers for 30 years and just need software to look at code to see if any errors could be located due to a BSOD. I was unable to get tech to listen and was aggressive which I will not except so I finally hung up on him. He then called back immediately twice after hanging up again both times. Now after those 3 times I blocked # and 2 minutes later I heard nothing but checked phone messages and he had called back a 3rd time and left a message which I deleted. I will block my card for this purchase and block web site. Wish there was a no star selection.
A few days after my good first year was over with Restoro, they sent me
the test results of their new analysis before my "Repair".
Next step was for me to pick a payment method which was my debit card
Then the problem began as I filled out their payment form which I did.
Then they kept canceling me out because they claimed the code on my debit card was not correct according to their 'magic machines' ? ?
I checked it 3 times against my card and reapplied but it still canceled me.
As a 91 year old user, I would appreciate a little help!
Although they had my email address, no one bothered to contact me
and explain.
I don't need their kind of operating ! Based on this bad experience
I would not recommend Restoro based on their system & poor service .
The tech's were fantastic and the job they did was excellent. My laptop hasn't run this fast in years. they also made some program adjustments that were not within the purview of their job just to help out.
The only issue I have is now I have pop up screens telling me I have problems that require fixing and of course there is a cost involved, this is happening only hours after a full paid for repair. I could understand this if I used the internet to download something but the only "on line" use I have had is Mozilla for my email and Amazon Prime to watch a movie.
My Dell laptop was very very slow. I was working on a very important project and had an unmovable deadline. I first bought your Restoro Premium subscription thinking it would fix the problems.
I have the good fortune to connect with Alvin R. and he advised my laptop should be analyzed to determine the condition of the operating system and all other components. Alvin ran test on the laptop and afterwards advised I owned a very good computer, but it was infested by trogan malware, outdated drivers, and old programs.
Alvin offered the maintenance program indicating your tech engineers could fix the laptop and make it as good as new.
I bought the Gold subscription and Alvin assured me your engineers would start on my laptop and fix it in number of hours. The engineering supervisor is to call me when the laptop is repaired.
If your team, both Alvin and Joseph Gopez, fix the laptop and lets me continue and finish my project, I owe them my undying gratitude and vote the Customer Supporter of all time. Alvin R. and Joseph are superstars and a credit to Restoro.

My computer will not restart after running restoro and restore points are not working. Customer service did not reply for a week. When I emailed them again requesting help they did get back to me and have tried to resolve my issues via message which was helpful and I liked the assistant who I was dealing with. The issue is not yet resolved but fingers crossed it can be sorted as they have said I can contact them again if their suggestions don't work. At this point in time I wish I did not purchase this software.
Everything went fine until the engineer started asking questions that I didn't know about and he expected an answer that I could not give him he kept saying that the answer was not the one he expected, I am 76 yrs. old, I am computer illiterate, I've got very frustrated and want to end the call, he is the engineer not me, I hope I don't have to deal with this situation again, for everything else I am satisfied, Alexa is working again, in the App I found a feature that said repair and I clicked on it and it worked fine Alexa is responding like before and the computer is working fine, or at least that I can tell, thank you for your patience
As much as possible, my issue was resolved fairly quickly today.... I know I can safely say that anytime my machine starts to slow down... Restoro gets it running fast again. I orginally started using Restoro because my machine was running slow... it had been getting steadily worse over the last few months... many times; I was sure I interrupted something trying to break through my defenses.... tiny glitch at the wrong time... never before until all the recent updates for security... a game site that I trusted as little as I've trusted any other site (owned by Russians, and played online with Russians (my guildmates, all great guys).... Anyway... Restoro got me up and running almost like new... Today, I noticed I was lagging during start up... and ran into issues with Restoro taking a while... (support says, it wasn't that long... but it was 100% and not automatically fixing it; as far as I could tell...) So, confusing message??? 100% and not done.. hmmm.. We'll troubleshoot that later. :-)
But, so far, pretty happy with this; let's see how it goes... in the future!
Congratulations Restoro you have wasted 3hrs of my afternoon, did my first scan received my free license key just to see if program worked, glad I made a restore point. When I restarted PC didnt even have keyboard had to do a manual shutdown, when I started PC back up it was 3x slower than normal and still didnt fix my printer issues. So I ran another scan it came up with the same issues had to get another key and go do it all again, still super slow. Between HP software and yours I now have way more problems than before. Couldnt leave a review because the button did not work so I did another scan came up with the same issues. Terrible Program Worthless
I have to admit I was very suspicious when I first contact Restoro for help with my computer. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the help that I received from their technicians. They did a great job with the primary problems with my computer and got my computer running extremely well and removed viruses and got my problematic software up and running. I presented another problem with my computer at the end of the call. My printer was not printing in color. They were not able to fix it immediately but they have scheduled another appointment to fix that problem. Their techs are very friendly, communicate well and clearly and are very knowledgeable. It was money well spent and I will use them again.
They are very responsive and considerate. They are clear in telling you and reassuring about what they will do to clear up the problems with the computer. I could see clearly what was happening and was glad that I had called them. I can't speak too highly of their effort and the way they inspired confidence to be able to help someone out. It's exactly what anyone would want. They will listen to what someone is requesting and will tailor their solution to your needs. I can't say anything about refunds because there was no need to discuss that. I was overjoyed with the result I got. I must say that I did not subscribe to any long term plan, but I know what will happen later. It's like insurance.
Restoro broke my computer. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen. No one responds to the previous thread only to the latest email and it is not helpful. Here is my review on trustpilot so you know:
"I recently "cleaned up my computer," by storing a bunch of my things on an external drive and deleting them for my computer. I added a VPN and an encrypted email service because I have been hacked (for over a year and a half) and have just barely been able to evade my hackers. But I thought there might be leftover junk on my computer and it has been running slow since the day we bought it, so I read a few reviews - absolutely not enough! - and had Restoro scan my computer. It turns out to have it clean your computer you have to pay, so I went ahead and paid about $45. After a 3-hour scan in safe mode (as opposed to the 30 minutes they say is about what you should expect at the max) I decided to go ahead and pay and have it clean up my computer." Restoro" BROKO my computer! My VPN will no longer load, several other programs don't work, and although I have shown the screenshots of what's not working and pretty much actually told them which ones were deleted from my windows components, every time I write a letter the same thing happens. A new customer service person responds, doesn't know anything about my problem and asks me to go through it all over again. Oh and apparently there is a mandatory paragraph telling you you can go on chat for quicker service. I tried that twice. What happened was this. The chat bot or customer service representative was busy so I waited. Then the screen went away absolutely gone! Even though I told them that, I still get a new representative or two everyday telling me to get on chat to solve my problem! I've been doing this faithfully for a week and have received absolutely no help. Finally today, the last customer service representative sent me the instructions to delete Restoro from my computer. Without mentioning anything of a refund! I have had it. Don't ever download this program! I don't believe they're scammers, but they are incredibly inept at helping and it is not the individual's fault. It is a systematic approach to customer service that doesn't work worth a hoot! I'm sure you can find better cleaners out there than Restoro. Please try for your own sanity's sake."
I had a huge issue (Microsoft involved) and could not get a hold of anyone at MS; I googled best help online and Restoro came up at the top of best. I used their online repair app but it did not touch my problem. They suggested I invest in a technician and I did. I had three Restoro techs over several days work on my computer and completely revive and fix it. Perfect. I'm about to teach online classes this weekend and can rest assured knowing my computer will perform as I need it to. Very happy with their expertise and service. Recommended!
I was in a bind, having inadvertently opened a scam email that I had already confined to my Spam folder, and that sent a maelstrom of malware on my system. I bought a Restoro package originally to sort an email issue I was having, which is how this error and all the malware came to light, so I thought it well worthwhile investing in a further service to allow Restoro to thoroughly clean my laptop. That is now done and, apart from my Outlook server which I have to check on, I understand my laptop is back to running healthily and - I wait to see - performing better than ever. A well-worthwhile service that I can recommend!

Hello Eunice (agent Tier-1 support?), just wanted to let you know that so far the (HP Windows-10 Wi-Fi Laptop) you re-imaged for me "seems to be" working much better and the change(s) you made to default(?) color and display of the Laptop etc., Helps me immensely very GOOD! and as you may have mentioned a recent-automatic "Microsoft Windows Update" may have changed the screen display (I will turn off the Auto Update option) and review all the updates BEFORE installing!!! Anyway, I just wanted to say once again how kind and patient you were with me during the repair session*** I am very hard of hearing with Phone use and will have to get me one of those machines that display the conversation on a screen to read!!!, of course that wiil slow us down considerable, but at least you would NOT have to keep repeating it all??? Very Good Job :-)))

i received a computer as a gift, and I am so very glad I tapped into this awesome resource before using it. There were many privacy issues, and the tech support woman Cindy, had so much patience in the cleanup process, and getting me to understand what to do to get my wireless mouse working. She was patient and whizzed thru like the pro that she is!!! I am 100 % happy with the service, and the package that was suggested that I purchase to make sure all of my info is secure. I would highly recommend to my friends & family. Thank you, Restoro Tech genius :)
How convenient. They already saved me another computer house call to get my computer to communicate with the printer. So now they will get it connected if it quits communicating, which it does. They ask if you will stay by the computer for five minutes when they take over your computer. I kept checking in and was able to get a couple more annoyances taken care of. My directional keyboard keys weren't working. Nor was my voice to text working. They fixed it. RESTORO should help me keep a computer calm when my computer turns on me.
I can't thank Restoro enough and the 2 gentlemen technicians I dealt with today regarding issues I was having with my desktop computer. Both Jose T and Nelson R were fully knowledgeable and spent as much time listening to and answering my concerns as was necessary to complete the repairs. They both are worthy of TEN plus stars for their caring assistance. Having spent 3 frustrating days trying to figure out why I could not sign in to Microsoft Edge when it kept trying to have me sign on to GOOGLE which I did not want to do Restoro came to the rescue. I first spoke with Jose T who spoke with excellent knowledge of what and why I needed to have my computer checked out at which point I signed on to have that done. With sincere thanks to Nelson R who then took over investigating the technical problems that were detected, he remained on line for quite a while until things were restored to what they needed to be with viruses and other technicalities taken care of. He kept in touch with me through messages until all issues had been resolved. I can't tell you how much their concern and expertise are appreciated, they are two gentlemen that I had the utmost confidence in the ability to see me through to a happy conclusion. I highly recommend Restoro to anyone in need of computer savvy workers, they certainly earned my trust and appreciation .. again, sincere thanks to you Jose T and Nelson R, if there were 10 stars to give you would certainly get them.
Customer service. Overall good. Tasks went beyond initial conference. Service tech worked in my absence and finished hte job the next day. My second coll in was initiated by me and I could not get passed him to speak with Arjay, who had been working on the job. Things could have gone smoother had he been put on right away when I called. Price - not excited about this but I feel I got value for money.
Overall, the process moved ahead with those working on the job demonstrating that they knew what had to be done. Thanks
One great thing was that I contacted Restoro and within one minute, I believe, I had someone offering to address my issues. There was absolutely no delay. Everything was done, obviously, very professionally and I am extremely pleased that I have someone (ignorant as I am about computers) who can restore what was becoming a dreaded chore into the pleasure of knowing I am able to get back to business and it will work the way it is supposed to work. And it certainly did not take them very long to restore order to what had become chaotic and extremely aggravating. I highly recommend Restoro for professionals, polite and proficient, who wasted no time on checking out everything that had been troublesome to me.
