I was defrauded!
There are three companies, Restoro, Paddle and SafeCharge... Buyer beware! I am a senior citizen (75 years old). I paid $544.73 for a Restoro service to assist me with my software when I had trouble. That service was abruptly canceled for no reason. Restoro refuse to refund my $544.73. I was also supposed to get MacAfee and Cyber Ghost, which I also never got.
I was defrauded, misled and duped. They they took advantage of disabled old man.
Do not trust these companies.
Just today I had a conversation with a representative of Restoro. She had a thick accent, so I don not where the cal originated. The conversation was among the most obnoxious I have ever had in my life.
All I want is my money back, because I never received the services.

Total Disaster
The number #1 ranked VPN in most Reviews is ExpressVPN always just nudging out NordVPN. When I went to make a purchase ot the ExpressVPN Restoro were a problem and they insisted I use this Restoro program to fix any of my existing Windows issues". I thought that was a great idea. It turned out that I encountered less than stellar intelligence at Restoro so I dropped this so called fix. I tried to get Express to just get me online. The Rep I talked to insisted I get with Restoro first. After a couple hours working with both I just demanded my money back and went to NordVPN. I feel this Restoro is a scam. I was in the computer business BEFORE Bill Gates was. He was still a telephone hacker with Steve Jobs. I retired after 37 years in the business most of the time in my own shop. This company is outside of the US and has many issues. They are inept, and a bad bet.

Not sure this app helped
Support-
Wanted to share my (review) or two cents regarding your app. I really don't feel this "highly" toted app is really doing anything to improve the performance of my Dell Laptop.
Running this Restoro program back-to-back has the same amount of "repairs", which means it did not work the first time. The program twice asked me to work in the"safe" mode to fix something and the program just stopped! I had trouble getting the Lic. Key to work and had to contact Custome Relations, which took over 24-hours.
A quick search of the Cons: show Inability to customize settings-Their Customer Support is rather limited

Won't Contact Customer - NO Customer Service.
24 hrs ago I purchased this for my pc & was not able to download. Tried emailing & calling but NADA. Last night I received a reply email informing me the flow of customers in front of me was "medium volume." Over 12 hours later I tried to then call and waited... eventually leaving my number and a message. Still have not heard from them several hours later. This is a SCAM. I'm contacting my Discover card AND the Better Business Bureau.

I have Never Been More Frustrated with a Service
Initially I downloaded and activated Restoro to update my drivers for my new computer. After activating it and being told Restoro could solve my issues, Restoro reported finding malware on my computer and managed to convince me to pay for the one-time technician support session.

Keep in mind, my issues were simply malware and updating my drivers. What resulted was 5 hours of extreme frustration as the technician assigned to help me decided to DOWNGRADE my OS to Windows 10 (FOR NO GOOD REASON), and I did not get any call back or any notification of how my issues would be continued to be resolved. My apps would not function, so I called back to restore Windows 11, and fix the other issues. The next technician could not even download Windows 11 correctly, as I watched them essentially screw around to see if they could figure out how to download it. Funny enough, I watched them hit "OK" for the Windows 11 download that EXPLICITLY stated I would need an external DVD drive since it was downloaded as an ISO file. Of course, once it finished downloading, I could not install Windows 11 due the aforementioned file issue. I genuinely questioned if they knew what they were doing.

I ended up resetting my computer since it was still new and I could re-download my files as needed (which solved all my issues). I told them I wanted a full refund for the $150 one-time technician session, and was told I would get a partial $100 dollar refund for the year subscription I purchased (~$45) and partially for the technician session. I only received a refund for the subscription. It had been a 5 hour endeavor at this point, and I was so immensely frustrated I refused to bother dealing with them again, even if it meant receiving the full $100 refund.

In my eyes, what I payed for for Restoro, was for inexperienced technicians to make my issues worse, not properly handle the problems at hand, and waste my time and money. I am sure others may have had luck with this service, but I did not.

This is a complete scam to get control of your computer
So yesterday I bought and paid for the 24-hour license to fix some minor computer issues. Once paid for I received a license activation which I used. Restoro told me my license was activated then shut off when I pressed "Fix Problems". I restarted it which then had to do a 10 min scan and concluded with trying to get me to pay for the same thing again. I put my already purchased activation code in again and it takes me to the fix problems button which when I push shuts the damn program down again.

At this point I called their tech support, after a 5 min wait I get a guy on and explain my situation. His first response is that he wants to take over my screen. I ask why? He responds with "I want to see if you did something wrong". I then tell him; "how did I do something wrong if it gave me an "Activation Successful" message and the problem lies with restoro not fixing the problems?"

He of course ignored this and claimed the only way he could help is by taking control of my computer. I said that's not going to happen and WTF are you selling a repair system that does not work itself? He stated it does work if he can get control of my computer. I then at this point stated that since I was sold a defective product I want to cancel the transaction. He came back with "well you already used it", which I then informed him again that "I'm calling him because I CAN'T USE IT and I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THIS IS AN OBVIOUS SCAM".

This goes on for 10 mins and at that point I informed him that the conversation has been recorded and that I blast this program all over the Internet. He said he will submit a request for a refund but it will take up to 48 hours to get a response. I told him that if I have to stop this transaction via my credit card company I will sue them for whatever costs I incure.

I will follow up by tomorrow at this time with the results. This is not a legit company at all.

I purchase the $27 Restoro repair for my PC
After I called Restoro for technical support to help me. Restoro had me to let them remote in my PC. All they did was review my PC technical data and and showed me errors in my PC logs. Having worked IT before, I knew that all PC systems have error codes because that's the nature of computers. And all the technician kept trying to do was to get me to do was to make another purchased of $119 to have another tech to remote into my PC? I kept insisting why they couldn't fix my problem at hand instead of cleaning up unnecessary error codes in my PC? But all I got was a run around from the tech to make another purchased? So I requested a refund and as of yet had received it to date? And it's been almost two weeks since I requested my refund which should of been refunded by now? Hence why I'm writing this review to stop others from experiencing what I endured from their SCAM!

Restoro is a scam
I purchased restoro and the first thing Restoro did was ask to do was give them access to my computer to run their software. Then they tried to sell me $600 of future services. I told them no and when I tried to run the program it ran but when I entered their key it was invalid. I called support, they want to to the same thing all over again. The wouldn't give me the license key to do the repair. This is nothing but a scam, plain and simple. Purchase at your own risk!

Beware
If it sounds too good to be true... Bought the 1 time license, thinking that it would repair the thousands of errors it uncovered but you have to call to "activate" and it becomes a hard sell session to get you to let the technician, who just happens to have a "slot" open to work on your PC for a few hours to correct all of the problems for a mere $249. When you resist, Restoro start negotiating that price. Even if I could afford it, I am now too suspicious to continue with this company.

Restore costs
I found the service very good, but beware the initial cost is reasonable, and you expect an electronic software package os solve the problem instead you get a very knowledgeable person phones you up to discuss your problems. He scans your computer remotely and finds lots of potential problems and spy ware. Obviously worried I was going to lose use of my lap top, I agreed for them to run a full diagnostic, but at a cost that would similar to high st. Ouch too expensive

Contact information unavailable
I have on numerous occassions tried emailing and phoning this company for support after Restoro worked on my Computer. I paif $120.00 for 1 year subscription and they would clear all the errors and mistakes plus remove anyharmful adware etc. plus fix my printer problems. Well since then I have had so many pop ups stationMicrosoft urgent security problem 55 critical security holes, McAfee trying to download their softeware which I don't want or need as I Have Kaspersky. Total Security. Phoner numbers they gave no response to. I have a Support # from my first email May 22 11.42. This is after 3 hrs of them working on my computer. Todayte I have not had a response frome them., I went on line to support today again and compalined and they gave me anoth Support number. So then I phoned a number on that page and held for 15 minutes to have someone finally come on and say all technicians are busy leave a message and some one get back to you. The other number i dialed said it wa s not in service.
I am at the end of my ropes with company and I am seriously thinking of charging them with false advertising unethical business pracrice and anything else. They have taken my money but are certainly not following through with what they told me. I have things on my computer I did not ask for and changes made to my desktop. BEAWARE of this company..

FRAUD
Restoro fraudulently charged my PayPal account this time last year for a product I did no order. I reported it and got a refund. They just hit my PayPal account again yesterday for a renewal. I alerted PayPal and they wouldn't refund the money as they said it was not an "unauthorized" transaction since they checked and I have a subscription with automatic renewal. Now I am fighting with RESTORO customer service about getting a refund. They want to talk 30-60 days to send my money back. This rep keeps blowing smoke screens and trying to cover up. They are NOT keeping my money for up to 2 months on a fraudulent charge. I think not. This guy on chat ID #SPK-809-36514. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS AND DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEIR REOS TELL YOU.

Restoro is a scam. Don't bother
I have a Windows 10 blue error message. Restoro claimed Restoro would help me fix this issue.
Still not fixed after their scan. Waste of time. I demanded a refund whilst on the line as I sensed it was a scam. Refund was refused.
Technician on the call tried to sell me more software £149.00 worth initially to help fix all of the other apparent issues.
Don't waste your time or money with them.
I managed to get rid of my blue error message by completing a system restore without their help and removing their software as a consequence.
I'll be getting a refund through my payment provider.

Curser problem did not get resolved.
Restoro was asked for help with my curser problems which cost over $27 to get started, she scanned and said I needed a technician which would cost more as I has suspected viruses. I refused to pay more and luckily Restoro reimbursed me immediately. I took my computer to a tech in town and the only problem was I needed a new mouse, I had not viruses, he checked it out. Very disappointed in their service as it cost me only $20.00 here.

Roses
My system had been really messed up by a bad actor or two. I had visited some dubious/sketchy sites and acquired a number of malicious bugs. I am aware of some of them,
But not nearly to the extent that Restoro does.

Long story short, Restoro cleaned my system up and quickly. The only thing I have a problem with is my Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The icon is on the screen, but nothing happens when it is clicked. I don't know if this problem was not fixed by Restoro or if I somehow messed it up after it was cleaned. It is as if the executable was missing.

It's a rip off
I just bought the Premium Plan and had to call to get it activated. After a thorough analysis which seemed very thorough, I was told I needed a system engineer to solve the issues. I was given an option for a one time plan that was very expensive, then I was offered another plan that was still expensive, about $500. When I said I need time to think about it, I was made to feel like an idiot for not addressing the security issues identified immediately. When I insisted I still needed to think about it, I was offered another plan straight from Restoro that cost less but offered everything the second plan offered. Now why wasn't I offered the third less expensive but more comprehensive plan in the first place? It was a hard sell and feels like a big scam. I don't know if the Restoro Premium program that I already paid for will actually do anything. I was expecting a program that would identify issues and that would automatically clean up and address the issues it identified, not having to talk to an agent and get a hard sell. Really upset!

Rude Representatives!
I purchased the Restoro software program to fix a loss of audio after installing the latest Windows 10 update. The program did not restore my audio, so I contacted Restoro directly. A technician attempted to restore my audio remotely by taking control of my computer, but seemed unable to do so after nearly an hour. He abruptly terminated the session without telling my how, why or how to contact him, and when I called Restoro back to find out what happened, I had to leave a voicemail. My phone message was never returned, but instead I received a boilerplate email response from Restoro over five hours later asking how my session went. Hint: Not great!
(The next day I contacted a local computer tech guy on my own who fixed my issue remotely in less than 20 minutes and at a lower cost than the Restoro program.) Because Restoro failed to do the thing I needed it to do, I called Restoro to ask for a refund. I spoke briefly with a female representative who talked so fast I couldn't get her name. She hastily told me that I would shortly receive a confirmation email of my refund and then hung up on me! Two days later and I hadn't received any refund email, so I called again. This time I spoke to "Jose" who said he would check with customer service and would call me back, and then hung up on me without further explanation or even a goodbye! (In his defense, he did call me back to tell me he contacted customer service and that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get the confirmation email. He said that this was the only thing he could do.) Fortunately, I did receive the refund confirmation email, but paying for software that didn't seem to do anything and dealing with abrupt, rude representatives did not give me warm and cuddly feelings for this company or its product.

Good until you delete it
So I used the basic one use and it fixed some things while didn't fix others and was fine, but the pop ups are extremely annoying every time something happens a pop up occurs and even if you click don't show again it comes back. I deleted the app while keeping the changes it made, and the second it deleted by computer black screened and now it's running extremely slow. Application does more than what it says and it's completely screwed my computer

Buyer Beware - It's malware and it won't fix your Windows problems.
This program installs malware on your computer. It does not fix any Windows 10 problems. I should have known better when my Anti-virus software picked up on this program as malware as well as the company's website. It took me over an hour to download the exe file. Then when doing the initial scan it got stuck on the stability check indefinitely. It was a royal pita to remove this program as the normal Windows uninstaller only gave me errors. I had to use Iobit's uninstaller to get rid of it. No 'helpful" software should cause hours of frustration and do nothing. Save your money. I would attached a proof of purchase but this program messed up Windows so badly no phto program can open.

Worst experience ever... my computer needed attention from a IT/PC repair company. Avoid at all cost
ONE STAR NOT 5!
Browsed the internet for a solution to a problem and found this programme. The telephone i called number which was alleged to be for the purposes of activating a link to download the product turned out to be a phone call to a sales person who sold me (quite expensive) services I didn't need or really want but felt pressured into buying, which then left what In my opinion was quite sinister software on my computer, and to cap it all It didn't fix the issue I had in the first place.
And in fact this site erroneously displays a five star review when in fact I've left a one star review and wouldn't have left any stars at all if it was possible
